Let me make a few things clear before we start...

1. This is my 1st fanfic

2. The idea I am using is very overused, but I like the idea.

3. Don't judge before reaching the end of the book. I think it gets interesting towards the middle of the book. Probably.

4. I was reading this fanfic on the net, and it was left incomplete by the original author, so I decided to "borrow" the author's work and modify it in my own way to make it my piece of work. And no, I didn't exactly steal it. I modified it. And I did a lot of research to make sure that what I am doing is not wrong in anyway. So don't accuse me of stealing. The first few (10 or 11) chapters are from the other author and modified by me. The rest is purely, solely, originally my own piece of work.

5. To see the original author's work, refer to this link: https/m./s/7871337/1/Myths-of-a-Hero 6. Did I mention not to judge me before this? I am just writing for fun.

6. I was previously on wattpad, but I am here now. You can find me on wattpad by the username TheFunnyAnnoyingDude

Me: Come on! Say it !

Percy: No ! No, no, no !

Me: But why?

Annabeth: because you are the single most annoying person in this world, and we dont like to listen to you!

Me: *scratches chin* Well, thats true, but I dont care. Just say it and I'll let you go!

Percy: No

Me: *with an evil grin, rubbing hands together* I will take away all your blue cookies!

Percy:N-n-nooooooooo...

Fine! I'll say it! Rick Riordan owns us, this stupid author doesn't.

Me: Good. Now go, I am trying to eat these cookies.

Percy: Okay, I am going. Wait, what ?!

Annabeth

She ran her fingers across the cold metal railing of the Argo II. It had been six months since her heart had been free of this misery. And the one person on earth who had the ability to calm her pain, had disappeared.

Now, at last, in just a few minutes her stormy gray eyes would finally be able to see his Sea Green eyes. Sea green eyes that were as deep and filled with emotion as the sea itself. Sea green eyes that could be as calming as a stream, or as powerful as a tempest. Sea green eyes that were always gleaming with a troublemaking mischief.

Sea green eyes that were Percy's.

Annabeth sighed, terrified. A thousand questions raced through her mind like a wildfire. Would he remember her? Would he still like her? Did he have another girlfriend? Never in her life had she gone soinsane because of oneboy. She had been bottling up her pain, and all she wanted was for it to stop.

On top of that, she had been disowned by her own mother. It was too painful to remember. She had a faint idea of why Athena had done that, and Annabeth didn't like that idea.

Suddenly, a bright flash of light blinded her. Annabeth shut her eyes tight, her mind rapidly trying to process what was going on. The feel of the wind changed. The railing vanished. When the light died, there were several surprised and angry calls.

Annabeth opened her eyes to find that she was in the Olympus throne room. But it was the oldOlympus. The one from before the Second Titan War. The Ophiotaurus was gone, too. Also, the throne room was empty for except one single goddess.

"Finally you are here... I was starting to wonder" a voice said.

"Lady Hestia!"Annabeth said and bowed her head to the goddess sitting by the hearth."Can you explain why I am here ?"

"You'll have to wait".

Annabeth turned around to look at the other demigods-all of them blinking in bewilderment-Rachel, Grover, Thalia and several demigods standing there in the same confusion.

There was another blinding flash of light and the king of gods, Zeus dropped out of thin air, landing on a knee and making a dramatic entrance. (Cause he should be the God of Theatrics, you know?)

"Why am I here ? I just dismissed the council! And what are these demigods here for ?"

"We'll have to wait, father, because it seems you didnt summon us", Thalia said.

Zeus blinked, too surprised to remember to be angry. "I'm not your father, and I didn't summon you. Who are you?"

It was Thalia's turn to be confused. "Dad, I'm your daughter," she insisted, "Thalia Grace."

Zeus' eyes grew to the size of drachmas. "B-but Thalia," he stammered. "You're supposed to be a tree..."

Annabeth instantly solved the puzzle, and figured that she had better step in before either of the lightning users broke something.

"My Lord," Annabeth stepped forward, and all the other demigods turned to look at her. "If my theory is right, we are demigods from the future. The room looks more like it did the firsttime I came here than the most recent."

Zeus raised an eyebrow. "And you are?"

"Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena."

"So you are saying you are from my futu- Aaagagudhdjhrbrjeui3oebfbjdhbfrjhdndkfn*$#$*!@@$Hhhhh!!!!!!"

The last part was because the mighty king of Olympus was crushed under the weight of 11 olympian sized butts plus 1 underworld god appearing on top of him.

How to describe the next scene ? You know the way all clothes are tangled and entwined together after you remove them from a washing machine after a wash? Just replace the clothes by 12 olympian gods and one underworld god. Yes, that terrifying image was what was in front of Annabeth.

"Aaarggh! Ow!What am I doing here in the name of Pac-man!",said a certain wine god.

"Ow! Ouch! Apollo get your golden butt of my head!" "How do you know my butt is golden ?" "I helped mother with the delivery when you were born, dummy! Ofcourse I know what you look like!" "No kidding sis, I was born before you".

""Ahem! Apollo if you are done duscussing butts and stuff, can you please get off my back ? And Hermes please put your feet away from my mouth, they are as smelly as Ares' gym socks!" Said a sea god.

"Hey, who ya callin' smelly?"

"Ares, this is not the time! And getoff my chest!" Said Aphrodite.

"What in the name of Hades' underpants is going on ?!!!" Said Athena

"Demeter get your fingers away from my man-parts ! And Athena kindly stop using my name and my underpants as swear words!!".

"Zeus, stop letting out sparks of electricity, you are frying me!" Said Queen Hera.

All of this noise was overcome when the all mighty Zeus, the king god, from under the butts of a few other gods, said something very intelligible like "MMMMMPPPPPHHHHHH !HHHHMMMMMPPPPHHHHHSJDNDNDJBD!!!!"

The demigods waited patiently and amused for the next five minutes as, with lots of colorful cursing and usage of some words we dont need to know about, the gods untangled themselves from each other and got seated on their thrones.

Just when everyone was seated, a TV screen appeared hanging in thin air.

"Is this thing working ? Hello?! Curse Hephaestus and his devices", Said a certain old hag lady from the TV screen. "Ahem! So gods and godlings!" One of the three fates said, holding a paper and reading from it,

"We are sorry for the inconvenience, but since the author is bored and also wants to teach the gods a lesson, he has asked us to do this. This is an experiment. You will soon find a book that you have to read together. From time to time we will also send different people from the alternate universes. And don't worry demigods, because when you return to your own universes, you will not be remembering any of this. Thankyou! Remember, you are in the universe where Annabeth Chase is ten year old, and the demigods are from another universe where they are preparing for the Second Giant war."

"Hey wait!", Travis Stoll said. "What author ? What books? What universe?" But by the time he completed his question, the TV screen went black.

Annabeth said quickly "It seems you gods are from another universe, because Zeus said that Thalia was supposed to be a tree, we are from another universe where we are ahead in time by 7 or 8 years"

"But I am from after the giant war, so I must be from a third alternate universe or something." said Nico Di Angelo and Will Solace nodded and said "This is soconfusing, I think my head is going to blast from overload of weirdness."

Annabeth agreed. This was very, veryweird. Just now she had learned that different universes existed, where time ran at different speeds. But she decided not to mind it. Afterall, she was a demigod. Demigods ate weirdness for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

"If we must, we will read. We cannot go against what the Fates decree," Zeus sighed, and thunder rolled in the distance. "Very well. Please introduce yourselves."

Rachel stepped forward, still holding the letter. "Rachel Elizabeth Dare, Oracle of Delphi. I am from same the same universe as Annabeth."

Apollo pumped his fist. "Sweet! My oracle's not a mummy anymore!" Rachel nodded, smiling uncomfortably, and stepped back.

"Grover Underwood, satyr."

"Will Solace, son of Apollo."

"Katie Gardner, daughter of Demeter."

"Travis and Conner Stoll, sons of Hermes."

"Chris Rodriguez, also a son of Hermes"

"Clarisse de la Rue, daughter of Ares."

"Leo Valdez, son of Hephaestus."

"Piper McClean, daughter of Aphrodite."

The last four demigods looked a little uncomfortable. Finally, one of them spoke up. "I have been in the Lotus Casino and Hotel since the 1940s. I'm Nico di Angelo, son of Hades."

The gods glanced at Hades, but said nothing. A young girl with cinnamon-toast colored hair and gold eyes stepped forward. "In the future, the Greek and Roman camps will learn about each other. I am Hazel Levesque, daughter of Pluto. I'm from 1942." A ripple of surprise rose up around the room, and Hazel stepped back, her eyes flitting every now and then in Leo's direction.

Next, a bulky Chinese boy stepped forward. "I'm Frank Zhang, son of Mars." Annabeth almost didn't believe him at first-he looked nothing like a son of the War God-but his expression was deadly serious.

"Jason Grace, son of Jupiter."

"OW!" The cry came from Nico, who was rubbing his head, glaring at a sea blue spiral notebook that had just fallen from the sky. He picked it up and flipped it open to see the first page. Instantly, his face blanched. "It-it's Rachel's sketch..." he stammered." It-it says... Percy Jackson and the Olympians Book one: The Lightning Thief."

Annabeth hurried over to glance over Nico's shoulder. Instantly, she gasped in shock.

It was Percy. Twelve-year old Percy. His back was turned, but she would recognize that mop of black hair anywhere. He had his minotaur's horn in his left hand, and Riptide in his right. He stood in the ocean, his hair billowing in the wind, watching lightning flash across the Empire State Building. Annabeth felt her heart ache for him to turn around so she could see his deep green eyes.

"Do you mind if I read first?" Hazel called from Annabeth's left, interrupting her silent pain. "Frank and I just finished a quest with Percy, and he said some things I don't understand." Nico nodded and handed her the book. Annabeth's heart leapt to hear that Percy was alive, and she followed the others silently to the hearth.

The demigods settled on the couches that had magically appeared around the hearth.

Hazel opened the book to the first worded page and muttered in a prayer of thanks that the book was in Latin. Then she read in a clear, strong voice, "Chapter one: I Accidentally Vaporize My Pre-Algebra Teacher"
