"Amelia we are going out for dinner as a team can you make it?". Addison asks her ex sister in law as they are packing up to go home for the day.
"Sorry Addie I can't technically I was meant to already be out the door and home making dinner by now". Amelia tells her referring to the tight schedule who boyfriend Tyler had her stick too.
"Amelia please you can't let him keep controlling you like this". Addison replies concerned for her.
"Yes I can after all it's what I deserve". Amelia tells her.
"Amelia". Is all Addison can say.
"Addie I have to go you're even lucky I'm still working now". Amelia informs her ex sister in law.
"Right I will see you tomorrow". Addison tells her slightly upset she couldn't help her.
"Bye". Amelia says walking out and heading home.
About forty five minutes after leaving the practice Amelia managed to get home to make the dinner and finished just in time because Tyler walked in the door.
"You know better this is already meant to be on the table for me alongside a glass of scotch". Tyler tells her angrily as he walks in the door and sees her heading over to place the dinner on the table.
"I was running late at the practice". Amelia tells him not telling him Addison was the reason he hated her and the feeling was clearly mutual.
"The practice you always use that as an excuse". Tyler yells at her hitting her in the face which she is used to and ok with after all she thinks it is what she deserves.
"I'm sorry". Amelia says walking away as she doesn't eat much these days.
Meanwhile at the restaurant the rest of the team are having dinner when the topic of Amelia comes up.
"So Amelia couldn't make it?". Sheldon questions.
"I tried to get her to come but she said she had to be home to put dinner on the table she was already late as it was". Addison fills the team in on the conversation she had earlier that evening.
"This is getting worse and worse she can't even come out for dinner with us". Jake comments to the group.
"It's not like she would eat anything have you guys noticed how skinny she is?". Sam questions.
"I have and it's really worrying me". Addison responds.
"Yeah me too". Charlotte comments.
"We really need to get her out of this relationship it's being going on for too long we need to stop her thinking she deserves all of this because she doesn't deserve any of it at all". Cooper states to the group.
"I mean we have tried but what can we do try harder". Addison then comments as her phone rings and she looks at the ID saying that it is Meredith Grey and walks away.
"Hey Meredith this is a surprise". Addison says greeting her former love rival.
"Yeah sorry to call out of the blue". Meredith responds.
"It's fine are you ok?". Addison asks knowing Meredith had being trying for a baby.
"Yeah I'm fine but I have a patient who is pregnant and wants a good doctor to deliver the baby in a small practice and I thought of you. That is if you're willing". Meredith informs her.
"Yeah absolutely when do you want to start then transfer?". Addison tells and asks her.
"We can be there in the morning". Meredith tells her through the line.
"Ok see you then". Addison responds knowing Meredith might be able to help.
"Yeah see you then". Meredith says and they hang up.
"Who was that?". Jake questions as Addison returns to the table.
"Someone who may be able to help us with Amelia". Addison tells them.
"Derek?". Sam questions.
"Close Meredith". Addison responds.
"It's worth a try". Sam replies.
"It is she is coming in the morning with a patient for me". Addison comments to them.
"You ok with it?". Sam asks.
"Yeah she thought of me and she may be able to help". Addison responds.
