This is simply my take on the Naruto story
October 10th
The Yondaime Hokage's wife is giving birth to their son Naruto, Minato Namikaze the Yondaime Hokage is holding the Nine Tails intact, Kushina Uzumaki, Minato Namikaze's wife is a jinchuriki (Power of a Human Sacrifice).
Flashback
It was a beautiful day in konohagakure and Kushina was at the doctor for a checkup, she wasn't expecting this kind of news, she was pregnant, her face was shining bright of joy and happiness.
Kushina came back to her house and Minato was making dinner, Minato could see that Kushina had a big and bright smile and aura around her.
"Is something wrong dear?" Minato said
"What do you think about babies?" Kushina answered
"Baby's are great and the new generation of konohagakure, why do you ask that kind of question?" Minato replied
"I was at the doctor today and found out that i'm gonna be a mother!" screamed Kushina in a low voice
"That's wonderful Kushin… wait, that means that i'm going to be a father!" Minato said
"Yes!" Kushina said while rushing towards Minato and gave him a tight but emotional hug
"Kushina, I can't breath" Minato said with the last air in his lungs
"Oh, sorry dear, i'm just so excited, you know!" Kushina said with a little worryness tone
"I understand, i'm so full of joy!" Minato said
"I am to!" Kushina replied

Minato was fighting a big fight while holding Kyuubi inside Kushina after a few minutes that felt like hours to Minato, there was a little cry in the room. After a few seconds the little child was taken out of Biwako Sarutobi hands (The Sandaime Hokage's wife) and she fell to the ground and there was a mask man standing with the little child in his hands.
"NARUTO!" both Kushina and Minato screamed
Flashback
"Hello my wonderful student!" said a old man with white hair
"Hey Jiraiya-sensei" Minato replied
"I heard Kushina was pregnant! Congratulations!" Jiraiya said
"Yes I am, 8 months" Kushina said while showing her stomach to Jiraiya
"I was reading your book Jiraiya-sensei and we think that the name 'Naruto' is the perfect name for our child" Minato said while Jiraiya's eyes widened
"Are you sure Minato?" Jiraiya said with a questioning tone
"Yes we are Jiraiya" Kushina replied
"We hope that our son will be like Naruto the character in your book" Minato said with a smiling face
"Will that mean that I will be his godfather?" Jiraiya asked
"Yes it will" Kushina and Minato said
"Who will the godmother be?" Jiraiya replied
"We think that Tsunade will be the perfect fit, but she needs to be in the village when Kushina gives birth" Minato asked while Kushina nodded
"That won't be a problem!" Tsunade replied walking towards them behind Jiraiya
"What's his name?" Tsunade asked
"Naruto Namikaze-Uzumaki" Kushina replied
Flashback end
"Get away from the jinchuuriki Yondaime or your child will be no more" the masked man said to the Yondaime Hokage
Minato took a few steps back and the masked man threw Naruto up in the air, Minato moved as fast as ever towards Naruto, the masked man could not react in time, when Minato made contact with Naruto, the mysterious man disappeared.
"You live up to your nickname Yondaime, but can you save him from that?" The masked man told the Yondaime, the Yondaime found explosion tags inside his blanket that Naruto was raped in. Minato reacted fast and threw the blacket aside and teleported to the nearest kunai he had using the Hiraishin no jutsu (Flying Thunder God Technique). He was holding his kunai which was located right outside the birth house, he teleported Naruto to the Namikaze compound where Minato laid him in his bed.
"Give me a moment Naruto, i'm gonna save mom" and then Minato teleported to his wife
"Kushina i'm going to teleport you to Naruto, find Tsunade and heal you-" "I might have to seal the Kyuubi inside Naruto, i'm sorry Kushina" Minato explained
"No Minato! I won't let Naruto have the big burden of having the Kyuubi inside him!" Kushina screamed
"Kushina, i'm sorry, but if it comes to it, i'm afraid I have to do it." Minato said while tears are dropping
"Hold on Kushina" Minato said and Kushina held on to Minato and before she noticed it, she was laying beside Naruto, a few seconds later Tsunade appeared
Flashback
"Tsunade!" Minato said in a loud voice almost taking all Tsunade's breath out of her
"Yes Minato?" Tsunade replied
"I need to teleport you to Kushina NOW!" answered Minato and before Tsunade could reply, she was in front of Kushina and Naruto. Tsunade was shocked to see Kushina in the state she was in.
"What happened?" Tsunade said while healing Kushina
"You know that I had the Kyuubi sealed inside of me, right?" Kushina asked
Tsunade nodded
"After I gave birth to Naruto a masked man appeared out if nowhere and took Naruto-" Kushina said while Tsunade gasped "Minato used his speed to get Naruto out if his hands and teleported him here and got back after me" Kushina said
"What happened then? I can't seens the Kyuubi's chakra inside of you" Tsunade replied
"While Minato teleported Naruto the masked man must have known of the secret behind giving birth while being a jinchuuriki-" Kuhina said while Tsunade narrowed her eyes "when a female gives birth while being a jinchuuriki the seal losens, that's why Minato was here, to keep the seal in check, but it after Minato teleported Naruto here, the masked man in some way extracted the Kyuubi from me." Kushina said while Tsunade gave a horrified look
"Does that means that the Kyuubi is loose in the village?" Tsunade asked
"Yes i'm afraid so, but Minato has all under control" Kushina said and gave a sad look
"Why are you sad?" Tsunade asked
"If Minato removes the control of the Kyuubi from the masked man, he will seal it inside Naruto-" Kushina replied while Tsunade was getting angry 'How can Kushina let that happen! That is outrageous!' Tsunade thought, Kushina continued "I would not let it happened but since i'm too weak to have it sealed inside me again, I will agree with his decision" Kushina said while tears coming from her eyes, Tsunade look surprised and was worried about Minato
Flashback end
Minato came back from teleporting Tsunade to Kushina to heal her.
'at least Kushina will survive now' Minato thought
"Yondaime, i'm surprised you can move so fast, I give you my respect" the masked man said
After a few minutes of kicking and punching each other, Minato had learned one thing, he can let things go through him and when he attacks he can not use that Jutsu or what it is.
"I will end this here and now!" Minato said while creating a rasengan and throwing his tree pong kunai towards the masked man, it went right through him but that was the plan, when the kunai was on the other side of his head and the masked man's hand was about to touch him, he vanished in a yellow flash, Minato teleported to the kunai he threw and landed his rasengan in the masked man's back, throwing him into the ground leaving him a Hiraishin no jutsu tag on the spot where the rasengan hit.
"It seems like I underestimated you Yondaime" said the masked man while holding his arm, but his arm was already falling apart, before the masked man could react, Minato used the Shunshin no Jutsu(Body Flicker Technique) and appeared right in front of the masked man.
"The Kyuubi does not belong to you anymore!" Minato said before slamming his hand into the masked man's stomach, releasing the control the man had over the Kyuubi.
Before Minato could react, the masked man vanished in a circle shape almost as if he was being sucked away and said "Remember this Yondaime, there are many ways to get the power of the Kyuubi". 'Well the Kyuubi is no longer in his control' he thought to himself, a few seconds later everyone could hear the Kyuubi over a mile away, he was preparing a big ball of chakra.
'That's almost my just like rasengan' Minato thought, a few seconds later, the Kyuubi launched the big round purple ish color ball at the great Hokage rock where all the hokages faces were carved into the mountain to resemble that they protects konohagakure.
Minato was fast and slammed his Hiraishin no jutsu tag onto the mountain. When the attack from the Kyuubi hit the mountain it got sucked away and teleported outside and away from the village.
Minato teleported to the Kyuubi, bit his thumb, made some handsigns and said "Summoning Jutsu!", a big toad appeared.
"What can I do for you Minato?" The big toad said
"Well Gamabunta, I need some clearance, can you defend me while I get closer to the Kyuubi?" Minato replied
"I can try, but don't let it take too long" Gamabunta answered
"Yes, I know!" Minato replied
After 20 seconds of defending Minato slammed his hand onto Kyuubi's claw and teleported them both away.
Hiruzen Sarutobi (The Sandaime Hokage) could feel the Kyuubi got teleported and he was a mile away, he was trying to get there as fast as he could.
Minato was fighting the Kyuubi and was setting up a barrier, he was almost finished with the barrier when he felt a chakra signature coming, it was Hiruzen Sarutobi. Without any hesitation he tried to get the barrier up before Hiruzen came but he was a few seconds late.
"What are you trying to do Minato?" Hiruzen asked
"I am going to seal the whole Kyuubi into my newborn son, Kushina is to weak to get it sealed back into her" Minato replied
"Minato, what Jutsu are you planning to use?" Hiruzen asked
"The Reaper Death Seal together with the eight trigrams seal" Minato answered
"Minato, let me do it, I have lived my life, let you live yours!" Hiruzen said
"No, this is my responsibility!" Minato said
But it was too late, Hiruzen began the handsigns for the Reaper Death Seal and Minato stood there in shock.
"No! What are you doing Hiruzen!" Minato said with a loud voice
"You can not change the outcome Minato, teleport Naruto here, NOW!" Hiruzen said with an even bigger voice
Minato teleported Naruto to him and Hiruzen began the sealing process, Minato defented Hiruzen from Kyuubi. After a minute or two, Hiruzen sealed the whole Kyuubi inside Naruto, Naruto was crying as the barrier came down.
Flashback
Kushina was holding Naruto while Tsunade looked at them with the biggest smile on her face, se looked at her godson, 'He definitely had Minato's looks, that's for sure' Tsunade thought, seconds later he was teleported away, both knew why but Kushina was very emotional and hated the decision, but it was made. Tsunade gave Kushina a hug and the hug lasted for a few minutes where Kushina let all her emotions out.
Flashback end
Hiruzen fell to the ground while the Shinigami(The Reaper Death God) took Hiruzen's soul and disappeared
After the barrier disappeared, Minato collapsed due to chakra exhaustion, a few ANBU's rushed to the Yondaime hokage and the Sandaime hokage.
"Yondaime hokage is alive, what about the Sandaime hokage?" the ANBU-Captain asked
The other ANBU looked in disbelief that the Sandaime was dead. The ANBU-Captain commanded again "Is the Sandaime alive or not!", "No sir, i'm afraid the Sandaime is dead-" "what about that child?" the another ANBU member asked interrupting the ANBU member
"Take the Yondaime to the hospital an I will take care of the child" the ANBU-Captain said and the other ANBU nodded
The ANBU-Captain was the Yondaime's only student that was alive and he knew who the child belonged to. The ANBU-Captain used the Shunshin and reappeared in front of the gates to the Namikaze compound, when he was at the door he heard Kushina crying, he ran as fast as he could and found Kushina hugging Tsunade.
"Lady Kushina" the ANBU-Captain said, Kushina looked up on the ANBU-Captain
"Kakashi, just call me Kushina" Kushina said with a sad tone to it
"Kushina, I have Naruto with-" before Kakashi could finish his sentence, Kushina ran up and pulled Naruto to her
"Kakashi, this means a lot to me but tell me, what happened to Minato?" Kushina asked
"He collapsed due to chakra exhaustion" Kakashi said
"How did he survive the Reaper Death Seal?" Kushina replied
"He was not the one using the Jutsu, it was the Sandaime hokage" Kakashi announce with a sad tone
"W-What?" Tsunade said in a high and loud tone
"Shh Tsunade, Naruto is sleeping!" Kushina said "So the Sandaime used the Jutsu instead of Minato, is that right Kakashi?" Kushina asked
"Yes" Kakashi replied
