Using the ley lines he used his magic to expand this small island to the size of England and Europe combine with it being magically done it was now a new dimension but the island was shaped like Italy.

Focusing for a moment he summoned his 1 Of his Mansion, Castle and beach house placing the Mansion near the Waterfall, the Castle in the Mountains while the Beach house went near the Beach.
Opening the last chest he brings out his personal supply of Resources and supplies.

Outside the Castle were Barracks and a small city
with a stable, Stadium for Duels and sports, Greenhouse, Pond, Lake, and A Floo/ Teleporting point.

Seems the Starks were Mutants of some sort as of now Stark Industries and Peverell Corporation were Neck and Neck in the Business world.
With his Gold, they had Labs across the world with himself owning 25 Mansions, 15 Penthouses, 10 Townhouses, and 5 Manors just in the USA he owns property throughout the world including 3 Private Islands 1 his first island second near Greece, and the other near Japan.
The one near the US was the biggest and that one had Mutants living on it all of them now serve as his people.
Asgard
In, the time since the 4 arrived in Asgard there has been hundreds of changes for instant Loki with Mother's Permission created a massive Spy Network, Assassin guild, and Inventing guild using it in the few years since birth Loki with Frigga aid managed to convince Odin to send Warriors off for Wars outside the Nine Realms.
Meanwhile, Thor took Seidr Courses learning he had a bound Core and Both Seidr Magic and Storm magic with his Storm Magic being his strongest after graduating Thor convinced Odin to create the Mage Legion an army of Men who uses Magic on the Battlefield.
Asgard has fought and won 3 Wars with another being fought at this time and in that time Thor, and Fernir have gotten married Thor to Sol the Goddess of the sun, and Light Magic and Fernir to a Shapeshifter.

Because of that, Tony Stark worked to turn the cities and towns back to what it once was as they were no longer needed.
Now, most of the planet was Forest, Rainforest, and oceans.
Peverell Corp actually made it where there were Wall cities and 450,000 Live in each with people living in Skyscrapers. The Rich can live outside the Wall cities.
Thanks to the work of Stark and Peverell Magical creatures such as Satyrs and the god Pan has been reborn and were working to make certain the Wild doesn't fall again.
