Deep in England's forest, there lays a Cave in the forest this cave has had many names but the most important one was the crystal cave ( The Birthplace of magic) inside of it was crystals and a door. That Door led to a Private Dimension a world the size of Avalon and in that Dimension lays 3 Inhabitants 3 Legends they were Morgana, Mordred, and Merlin all three of them Immortal they were made Immortal by the old Religion.
It has been over 1000 years since Arthur Pendragon died.
After the battle, Merlin heartbroken never return to Camelot which is why within 2 years Camelot fell their enemies too great what with Uther making enemies out of Magic and most of the other kingdoms.
When Merlin learned it he was outrage so great was his Rage that he Slaughter every last kingdom scattering the people across Britain, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland which left them open to Rome and their Wizards.
Merlin was found by Rome but the Wizards knew exactly what he was and they offered him a gift the Last son of Arthur Pendragon.
Grateful Merlin, Followed them back to Rome and took up his old Family name Ambrosius through him he turned Rome into an empire while traveling he learn that Romans use a Foci called Wands learning about Magical Focuses he grew fond of them so much so he had a Wand, Staff, and Ring made The Wand was made of English oak and the scales of Kilgharrah who died a year after Arthur did.
His staff was made from Kilgharrah's Bones and his Sidhe Staff which he blended together.
His Ring was made of Hornbeam and the wings of the sidhe the Stone was Embreld but it is what it contains that is important inside was the soul of Kilgharrah who begged Merlin to recreate Dragon kind and he did but they weren't as Great as Kilgharrah becoming the modern dragons while the dragons of Kilgharrah era became known as the great dragons.
After a while, he discovered his Wand unlike for others didn't give him a boost of power instead it allowed him better aim and forced him to gain better control over his magic as the wand wouldn't take him outright forcing his magic through.
The Ring well that one was different it allowed him to mirror a future tool the Stone of the Hallows. Thanks to Kilgarrah's sacrifice magic gifted the Ring the power to summon and recall the dead.
His Staff was his strongest Foci for it allowed him to expand his Aura of Magic this is why he always carries the Staff on him and it gave him a boost of power.
After moving to Rome Merlin grew in the ranks becoming head of the Senate and thanks to that Lucwen Arthur's son married a Witch name Bree through them came 5 children which would one day become Potter, Longbottom, Black, Greengrass, and Bones.
At age of 123, Lucwen Pendragon died with his children and grandchildren. None of them were able to meet the magic required to be Lord of House Pendragon.
After the Roman empire fell Merlin traveled the world where he met the four Founders as children taking them he raise them as his Apprentice they were his pride and joy when they founded the school they put a spot in the wards so that if Needed Merlin could take over the Lands under their domain ( The Enchanted forest aka Forbidden Forest size of the state texas through magic, Hogsmede, Hogwarts and over 290 miles beyond the black lake over the mountains.)
Then Salzar was forced to kill his Grandson who became a Dark Lord and who history actually speaks and thinks of when they think of Salazar Slytherin.
Getting a little involved with the Magical world Merlin created laws and Orders then he left creating the lines of Notts, Tyrells, and Stark thanks to that the lines became known as the eight or the Grand Most Ancient and Grand Monster noble( Instead of Utmost Ancient it is Grand Ancient) houses.
After, Merlin left William the conqueror conquered England, and thanks to that the Wizenagomont was created but the Eight gained the Third highest titles of Grand most Ancient and Grand Most Ancient ( Archduke) with only Merlin higher (Grand Duke) sadly after 100 years the Wizenagomont remove his laws.
In anger, Merlin abandoned the Magical World.
After 300 years of traveling, Merlin felt Magic pull him hope filled him but it was broken when Morgana and Mordred returned until Freya said
'' My Love Arthur is being healed ''.
When he asked what was taking so long he learnt that when he used his Magic to burn Arthur's body Arthur's soul was damaged and now Avalon has spent their time trying to heal him.
Horrified Merlin broke down which is where Morgana and Mordred came in they pieced him back together and after 300 years in 1750 Morgana and Merlin married and they blood adopted Mordred who was now their brother.
Returning to the Magical world Merlin opened up an account with the Goblins who knew what he was and swore loyalty to him.
Pleased by that Merlin created for them the Wards of Gringotts which had only one weakness the Blood of Arthur could steal from them but only those pure of heart and only if Magic itself wants that done and a Pocket Dimension for Goblins, Hebogoblins and other Goblin kinds too live instead of underground.
Pleased with his gift Gringotts name him an honorary Goblin and he gave the Goblin King the task to forever manage his account he was told to make him money.
In 1759
Merlin outrage with Azkaban being built left once more that was the last the Magical World saw Merlin.
Merlin after that traveled to the Muggle world where he brought Islands, Castles, Manors all of which were all for his Wife and himself who after a while grew to like the finer things.
In the Muggle World, he spent over 300 years learning and to this date fought in 3000 Wars and Battles growing into a Great General, in fact, he actually had the title of General in the American, British, and Canadian Army and navy.
He has degrees in every subject.
The only Magical battle he was a part of was when the Department of Mysteries attempted to capture him outrage he slaughtered every last one of them and Morgana recreated the Department using her magic making the Department loyal to them through the use of Old Magic.
Through the battle, he claimed 200 Families, and with that came power he never sat in his seats though he always sent Proxies but either way his seats added up to 530 Votes in Aiblon Ministries which were the Roman empire States.
The title of Lord of Magic became Worthless to Magicals with the Creation of the Wizenagomont but Magical creatures all obey him and he was given the title of Grand Duke and the Only member of Most Grand Ancient and Most Grand Noble seats.
In 1953 Freya spoke once more the Knights of the Round table will be reborn from the line of Lucwen Pendragon.
Merlin excitedly watched their lines but he noticed quickly magic was slowly sending them back.

Sirius Black was born and Magic announce him as Gwaine reborn thanks to that Merlin put him under his Protection: but the Old religion would not allow Merlin to aid him directly which forced him to watch through crystals and indirectly aid him.

Magic Rejoced all at once for Arthur Pendragon had been reborn to the Potter Family.
The Knights were gathered with 4 Knights in the Weasley family with Leon, Elyan, Percival, and Lancelot born to them Ron Weasley was reborn as Sir Bedivere, Elyan as Fred Weasley, Percival as George Weasley, and Lancelot as Percy Weasley.
Ser Galahad was reborn as Nevile Longbottom.
Finally, Gwen was reborn as Igraine Pendragon.
James Potter was reborn as Uther Pendragon.
Outrage at Uther being reborn Merlin managed to send a curse to make it where Uther would never behave that way.
That had a bad side- effect the Madness of Uther instead went to multiple future dark lords including Tom Marvalo Riddle.
Pocket Dimension
On the top floor of a massive Tower lays a bedroom it was the size of Winterfell's great hall except it was filled with a Modern TV ( TV from 1980 ) A small Game system and a bookshelf with 200 Books on it.
The Bed was an Emperor size bed big enough for ten people to sleep comfortably only two people were on the bed plus a Dog and a pet Runespoor snake and a baby dragon all of them at the foot of the bed.
There were 3 doors in room 2 leading to a bathroom with a Standing Shower and Bath and a solar room with 2 desks in it allowing them to do their paperwork.
Asleep in their beds they gasp awake as a pulse of magic hits them.
Waking instantly they felt it Arthur was awake.
Eyes wide open their eyes glowing gold which was fading sitting up Merlin tilts his head '' So Magic will finally allow us to get involved ''.
Morgana more in intune with Ether Magic or Dimension Magic says '' More than that Love Magic will never bind us again... seems magic only wants Magic free and the Old ways return ''.
A Glint comes to Merlin's eyes as finally, Destiny has no hold on him getting up he said '' Morgana I want you to deal with the Politics and gathering us allies meaning I Want you to do what you do best. Tell Mordred to deal with the Business side I'll sit in our seats and do everything else ''.
Giggling Morgana slaps him with a smirk and a glimmer in his eyes '', you always know what to say ''.
Kissing her nose Merlin gets to his feet and walks to his shower thinking for a moment he quickly decides to actually use his power to create an army destroy the Ministries and then slowly take over the magical world recreate the government he made and then move magic beyond this realm and hopefully battle against Aliens who probably have their own magic.
Snorting at how clinical that sounds he smirks as he knows the fun was about to start.
Morgana pov
Grabbing her wand made of Aspen with Aithusa scales as a core her Wand doubles as her Staff since it was made by the high priest but in Staff form, it was made of Rowan.
Thanks to placing her blood in the core it had the power to shapeshift back and forth.
Yawning she got up and walked to her bathroom readying to finally do what she has always wanted to do be the Queen and now thanks to Magic finally allowing it she will have her King and her Kingdom.
The tower had ten floors the Master floor was on the top floor and that was where Merlin and Morgana sleeps. The Seventh floor was where Mordred sleeps and the First and Second floor was where their Servants sleep. The Third and Fourth were the Guest rooms while the Fifth and Sixth were the Potion Labs and Dueling rooms. The Eighth floor was the Ritual room while the Ninth was the storage and Fitness rooms. then we have the Basement floor for the Darker or higher rituals and spells plus the dungeons and a sex dungeon ( Morgana).
Outside the tower was their Ranch, Quidditch Pitch, Stables, Race Track, Pool, Lake, Pond, Forest, Greenhouse, Infirmity quarters, Potion Lab ( This one for creating new or improving old ones), Forge, Waterfall, Elf village, Magical creature Village and Massive hills and Farmlands full of Druids and ancient Groves all of which were under their command.
They rule over all of it.
In fact every Sunday there was a Quidditch game between the ten different teams since the Villages hold 100,000 People each there were hundreds of games and teams even some Muggle base games that they were making a Magical version out of.
Looking out the Window Mordred looks down on his Technomagic shops ( Technoagic is Magic that can allow Electricity and magic to work together) which number in the dozen excited he knew what he would do, unlike Merlin and Morgana he had no desire to Rule all he wanted was to be a businessman.
Grinning excitedly he was finally able to open his shops outside of here followed by his desires to be multiple shops with selling Pranks, Defense ( 2 Kinds for the average citizen and the other Houses and Ministries), and Potions.
Getting his orders from Emrys he gathered the third through seventh sons who would never inherit and orders '' Wizards and Witches we can now expand out of this plane as such I have ordered each of you to create a branch of my company and create shops in every magical city and village in the world each family will own anywhere from 20 to 48% of the shop while I'll own the other remainder is that understood ''.
Getting their nods Mordred opened the portal and allowed them to leave to create the businesses.
Walking to his room he grabs his wand, Staff, and Sword his wand which was made out of Walnut and Griffin feather. His Staff was made out of Pear and the Blood of a Unicorn. The sword is goblin steel with Dragon blood dip into it.
Unlike, the others he lost his connection to the Old religion forcing him to use Foci he can no longer use wandless magic and Old magic.
Sighing at the loss again he turns suddenly he felt something he hadn't felt in centuries Old magic eyes flicking gold a Ring appeared on his finger this one made of Yew and Earth Phoneix Feather.
relieve he stares at the ring feeling that the ring would allow him to use old magic he walked over to his desk and grabs a vial of blood putting his finger on the table he pours the blood on the Ring then he chants '' Bind the ring to soul forever ''.
Eyes turning gold the ring glowed as it dissolves into a tattoo which moved to his chest which burned for a moment as the ring tattoo appears on his chest.
Panting a little Mordred walked back to his dresser grabbing his townhouse 13 room home portkey he says '' Light in the darkness ''.
Vanishing in smoke Mordred was portkey away with the regular hook grabbing his navel.
1 hour later
Getting dress and getting out of their tower the two look at each other then Merlin asks '' Well my love what Home should we use ''.
Morgana thinks for a moment then she grins '' We should use the Compound in Essex, England ''.
Smiling excited Merlin grins as he looks down at his suit and Trenchcoat with a grin he says '' How did I know we will play the part of a Mafia ''?
Laughing Morgana in Black dress replies'' I don't know love this time let's have our Members go after Rapists, Child abusers and Human Traffickers ''.
With a huge smirk really getting into it He says '' We could then take their money and deal with Gun Dealing, Drugs, the Black Market, and extortion ''.
Grinning pleased she says '' We could then invite members on the Magical side ''.
Snorting pleased Merlin nods then he says '' We will have to do this slow not fast or the people will reject us forcing us to kill them ''.
Agreeing with him the two turn their rings teleporting away with the people continuing their work.
But one person in the prison of Azkaban woke up
eyes glowing Gold she growls as she roars '' Morgana, Emrys I will have my revenge ''.
Face de-aging she transforms into her true self Niume was reborn using her magic she walked through the close door walking up from the deepest part of the Prison as she moves she kills the Prisoners using them she brought back others in her Circle growling in rage she remembers one betrayal her Morgause Morgana's own sister chose Morgana over her but she cursed her with Mortality creating the line of Davis and Zabini luckily she exchanged her with Circe a powerful witch so she once more has nine Witches.
Vanishing from the Prison they took every last prisoner still alive with them.
Using their magic the Dementors left with them and the Prison fell.
Collapsing in on itself Azakaban had fallen.
Niume now had an army of 20,000 of Magicals under her as Azkaban was one of the ten only prisons for Magicals in the world prisoners from all over were sent to the Prison.
