Chapter 01: Izuku Midoriya: Origin
It was daytime in Musutafu, Japan, some people were still out with friends or family.
There was nothing to fear knowing their city couldn't have been safer with Pro-Heroes patrolling the streets, even checking in and greeting their fellow citizens as they patrolled.
From time to time, some citizens would sometimes ask for a picture or even an autograph.
They were practically seen as celebrities, with some Pro-Heroes having to work harder than others to stay in the spotlight and to be ranked as some of the top heroes in Japan.
However in a park a child was crying while a group was hovering over them.
A boy with green hair stood by the child while crying also.
"Why are you being so mean, stop it Kacchan, your making him cry Kacchan!" Yelled the green haired boy.
The boy got into a defensive pose.
"If you keep on hurting him, I-I-I uh, i'll stop you myself!" Yelled the green haired boy.
The boy with blonde hair looked at him in shock before smirking as the two others followed suit.
One grew wings from his back while the other expanded his hand.
"You want to pretend to be a hero?" Asked the blonde hair boy as he punched his own hand and an explosion came out.
"You don't stand a chance without a Quirk, Deku." Said the boy.
The green haired boy backed away in shock as all three of them ran towards him and proceed to beat him up.
Soon the green haired boy laid down on the park, battered and bruised while the other boy looked over him.
The green boy looked over the sky with droopy eyes.
Years later
The same boy, now a teenager was practically running towards something.
The boy is somewhat short for his age, his round face framed by a short mess of fluffy dark-green hair which sticks up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, their irises the same green color as his hair, which at times are very watery, and are usually stretched quite wide, giving him an innocent appearance. He has a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek, but despite these prominent traits, he's often described by others as being plain-looking.
He came to a stoplight and was getting impatient for it to turn blue? A/N: I'm not familiar with Japanese customs like this so sorry if they don't make sense.
The green haired boy continued run as cherry blossoms began to fall.
He ran towards Tatooin Station where he saw giant man was screeching.
"Whoa, that's one large super villain!" Yelled the boy.
The giant man knocked over a tower antenna from the station which will fall on civilians as people gasped.
Suddenly a very tall, muscular man of a wide build with slightly-tanned skin. He has a square jaw which juts out a notable amount, small eyes and short white hair, spiked out behind his head ran over to that antenna and caught just before it could hit the ground.
"Oh nice, way to go Death Arms." Said one civilian.
"The punching hero, i wish i had a quirk just like him." Said another civilian as Death Arms as he was struggling to hold the antenna.
Soon water began forming around everyone and made the same banner that police used to keep people away.
Everyone please stay back." Said another person who is dressed like a firefighter, sporting a long yellow jacket with high-visibility lines running down the centre, along his sleeve cuffs, hem, and high collar, as well as a red fireman hat. A thin cannon is strapped to his left shoulder which is attached to the red water tank he wears on his back. He wears a white mask with a single orange bead embedded into the centre, which could possibly be his eye. He has taps for hands with circular wrist-guards just behind their openings, red valves over the top, a pair of similar knee-pads on his legs, and yellow sneakers on his feet.
"This area is far to dangerous." Said the person.
"Whoa the rescue specialist Backdraft is here, he'll make sure we're okay!" Yelled another civilian.
The green haired boy tried to see the battle but the crowd of people kept him from doing that.
"He must be pretty desperate to be full grown in the city." Said another civilian.
"Do you know what happened?" Asked a man to another man next to him.
"Just some amateur, stole someone's bag and got himself cornered." Replied to another guy.
"A Quirk like that he's just a petty thief." Said the same man as the green haired boy moved through the crowed.
Suddenly someone came flying through the air.
The woman were practically screaming.
"It's Kamui Woods!" Yelled the woman.
"We're your biggest fan!" Yelled the crowd of woman as a young man with a rather muscular build, standing relatively shorter than other high-ranked Pro Hero. His face being covered. His costume is a dark blue bodysuit that includes a wooden belt, wooden knee pads, and wooden shoes. A small bundle of roses hangs from the left side of his belt as he jumped through the crowd and jumping to the station where the giant man was.
Kamui Woods practically jumped the giant's hand tried to squash him.
"Get away from me or i'll break you to bits!" Yelled the giant as his yelling was heard throughout the entire city.
The green haired boy finally got to the front of the crowd and saw the battle and gasped.
"This is gonna be good!" Yelled the green haired boy.
The giant tried to swing at Kamui Woods but he used his arm to grab to the top railway and practically swung himself up there.
"It's Kamui Woods!" Yelled the green haired boy.
Kamui Woods let go of the rail and swung his arm and it restored to it's original form.
"He may be new but he's making a big name for himself!" Yelled the green haired boy.
The man across the boy with stars or something on his head smiled and shook his head.
"One look at the dopey grin and i know what you are." Said the man as the boy looked at him in confusion.
"A Fanboy." Said the man as he pointed to the boy with a tease.
The boy practically blushed and sweat when he said this.
"W-Well sort of." Said the boy as he looked away with an embarrassed laugh.
Kamui Woods ran towards the giant and jumped when the giant made another attempt to squash him.
He landed down on the giant's hand and continued to run while still on it.
His arm expanded again which ensnared the giant's wrist but the giant practically threw him around.
Kamui Woods let go and landed on a station.
The two glared at each other.
"Assault, robbery and illegal power usage during rush hour traffic." Said Kamui Woods.
"You are the incarnation of evil!" Yelled Kamui Woods dramatically as his arm grew into several pieces like trees.
"There, his special move!" Yelled the boy as he pointed to Kamui Woods.
"C'mon tree man, show us something flashy!" Yelled the man next to him.
"The Preemptive!" Yelled the boy.
"Binding!" Yelled Kamui Woods.
"Lacquered Chain Prison!" Yelled both Kamui Woods and the boy at the same time.
The giant covered his face as he knew he couldn't escape that.
"Canyon Cannon!" Yelled another person, a woman to be exact jumping down from nowhere and is the same size as the giant and kicked the giant out of the railway.
Everyone was practically in shock, even Kamui Woods as he had no idea at what just happened.
The woman who kicked the giant was young woman who has purple eyes with white pupils, with elegantly long eyelashes. She has long, voluminous, creamy blonde hair reaching her waist, with two shorter strands curled to frame her face, parted slightly to her left. Her costume is composed of a purple and pale tan-colored skintight bodysuit, which is accented with orange stripes. The suit appears to have a pair of purple gloves with orange accents on the edge of the cuff. The design is similar for her "boots" which are cut off at the thigh in a deep v-shape. The suit also has three peculiar orange diamond-shaped dots on the purple top that are located under her chest, and she also wears a purple domino mask with horn-like protrusions on the sides.
People began gathering when they saw her butt which was covered in leather and everyone was saying money shot over and over again which scared the boy.
"Piece of cake for the world's next hottest hero." Said the lady.
She looked at civilians below her.
"Hi there everyone, I'm Mt. Lady." Said Mt. Lady as she introduced herself.
"And you don't have to worry about this bum anymore." Said Mt. Lady with a wink.
More people gathered while kept saying money shot again over and over.
The boy merely focused on his bag as he trying to find something.
"Wait, she's getting all the credit?" Asked Kamui Woods.
Mt. Lady waved to everyone as they were cheering.
She began to grow smaller.
The police have the former giant tied up while Mt. Lady still waved at everyone.
However what they didn't know was that Mt. Lady smirked in a greedy grin.
The boy began to write down about Mt. Lady and the other heroes on the scene all the while muttering about Mt. Lady's power.
The man before came up to the boy again.
"What's that fanboy, you're taking notes over there, want to be a hero too huh?" Asked the man.
The boy noticed the man and laughed.
"Yes, more then anything." Said the boy.
The boy finally made it to where he was going: Aldera Junior High.
"So as third year students it's time to take seriously about your futures and what you want to do with your lives." Said the teacher.
The boy merely continued writing down his journal while the teacher talked.
"I could pass out some career aptitude test but." Said the teacher before he threw the papers away.
"Why bother?" Asked the teacher as some of the students began using their powers.
"I know you want to go to the hero path." Said the teacher as the students, except the green haired boy.
"Yes, yes, you have very impressive Quirks but no power usage allowed in school, get a hold of yourselves." Said the teacher.
"Hey teach, don't lump me in with these bunch of losers, i'm the real deal but these guys will be lucky to end up as sidekicks to some busted D-Listed out there." Said the same blonde haired who beat up the the other kids years ago.
The blonde hair was a young man of average height, with a slim, muscular build, and a fair skin tone. He has short, spiky, ash-blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright red in color.
The other students practically yelled at him for saying that.
"Let's go, i'll take you all on." Said the blonde hair with confidence.
The teacher began looking over his chart.
"You do have excellent test results, it is possible that you'll be able to enter U.A. High." Said the teacher while all other students except for a red haired girl looking at him in shock.
"He gonna try for the national school?" Asked a different female.
"Not just any gets into the most elite school in the country." Said a different boy.
"That's way it's the only place worthy of me." Said the blonde.
He jumped up to his desk.
"I aced all the of the mock tests, i'm the only one at this school who stands a chance of getting in, i'll end up more popular then All Might himself and be the richest hero of all time, people all around the world will now my name and it will all start at U.A. High!" Yelled the blonde as he clench his fist.
Someone in the classroom actually laughed in sarcasm.
"With your attitude Bakugo, you'll be lucky if U.A. will even takes you in or even get any fans." Said a girl with bright red, short hair in a bob cut. Her eyes are brown, and big and was wearing the same uniform as the other students.
Everyone was in silence until-
"WHAT DID YOU SAY RED HAIR?!" Yelled Bakugou in anger.
"YOU HEARD ME!" Yelled the red haired girl as they both glared at each other.
The teacher waved his hands to calm them down.
"Now now calm down you two, now Miss Vandom, i know your still new here from America but you can't go around picking fights and Bakugo, you know you can't threaten girls." Said the teacher.
The duo looked at each before looking away and scoffed.
The teacher looked over his chart again.
"Oh yes, Midoriya and Vandom, you planned on getting into U.A. High as well, right?" Asked the teacher.
Midoriya gasped while Bakugo stood there in shock.
Vandom practically answered for him.
"Uh huh, and unlike Mr. Greedy Hothead here, we want to get in to help people, not get rich." Said Vandom as both she and Bakugo glared again.
The class was in stun silence until everyone started laughing.
"Midoriya, a Quirkless nobody getting into U.A., Vandom maybe, but not him." Said one of the students.
"Well they got rid of that rule about Quirkless people not allowed getting in, so it could happen." Said Midoriya as he stood up from his desk in defense.
Bakugo was in rage and practically destroyed Midoriya's desk with an explosion from his hands and knocking Midoriya to the ground at the same time.
"Listen up, Deku!" Yelled Bakugo in rage as Midoriya looked up.
"You're even worse then these rejects, you quirkless wannabe." Said Bakugo as smoke was coming from his hands.
"You really think they let someone like you in when they could have someone like me!" Yelled Bakugo as he clenched his fist and pointed at himself.
"Anyone can do better then you, Baka." Said Will, still learning her Japanese.
Now Bakugo was seething in anger.
"YOU WANT TO GO RED HAIR?!" Yelled Bakugo as explosions came out of his hands.
"ANYTIME, ANYWHERE!" Yelled Vandom as fire came out of her hands.
The intense rage was fierce that even the teacher was scared to stop them.
"Wait wait, that's not it at all Kacchan, i wasn't trying to compete against you, you gotta believe me!" Yelled Midoriya as he was trying to ease the tension between the two.
"It's just that i always wanted to be a hero, since i was kid." Said Midoriya.
"I may not have a quirk, but i can still try my hardest, can i?" Asked Midoriya.
"You'd never be able to hang with the best of the best, you'll be lucky not to get killed during the exams." Said Bakugo.
Midoriya looked down at the floor in sadness.
Vandom looked at Bakugo in anger and disgust over how he treats someone like Midoriya.
You are a lot of things Bakugo, but hero is not one of them! Yelled Vandom in her head.
Meanwhile in another city at the same time.
A woman screamed while a barrier was around her as a humanoid sludge was running through the town.
"Hey get back here, somebody stop him!" Yelled a man as the sludge was laughing.
"No one can stop me, this cash is mine!" Yelled the sludge as he was still running through the streets as no one dared to stop him.
"Dude where all the heroes?" Asked one citizen.
"Weird, normally someone would swoop in right away." Said another.
Meanwhile a man was coming out of a store with a bag in hand.
"Maybe they're all still too busy from that scene this morning." Said another.
"Man there's no stopping them." Said another.
Behind them, the man transformed into a muscled figure.
"Yes there is." Said the man in a deep voice.
Everyone turned and gasped as they saw who it was.
Everyone moved away as to give him space to move.
The sludge turned around to see who it was as the man said:
"I Am Here!"
Soon enough the school ended and everyone was walking out with the exception of Vandom and Midoriya.
Midoriya was looking over his phone over the heroes.
"Man that fight from this morning is all over the news." Said Midoriya.
"Already?" Asked Vandom in impressiveness as Midoriya nodded.
"I better write some notes down before i forget anything." Said Midoriya as he pulled out a notebook, filled about superheroes and the Quirks.
Just then the notebook was snatched.
They looked to see that Bakugo had the notebook in his hand.
"I don't know what you think you're doing Deku, but we're not done yet." Said Bakugo.
Vandom groaned at his sight.
"Will you just go away already, Bakugo?" Asked Vandom in annoyance.
Bakugo ignored her as two of his friends came over.
"What'cha got there, his little diary?" Asked one of his friends.
They looked at the title: Hero Analysis for the Future #3.
"Huh, don't tell me your taking notes on how to be a hero." Said one of the friends.
"That is so pathetic." Said one of the friends as they both laughed at him.
Vandom scoffed.
"Well at least he has a chance to get in even without a Quirk, unlike you two." Said Vandom.
The two friends glared at her but didn't say or do anything else, mainly cause of her power.
While Bakugo was the strongest male student in the class, Vandom was the strongest female and because of her fierce temper, they fear her more then they fear Bakugo.
Bakugo punched the notebook as he used his Quirk to burn it which caused Midoriya to gasp.
He threw it out the window before Midoriya could get it back.
"Okay what is your deal, you freak!" Yelled Vandom.
"To show that i mean business, when i am the only who gets into U.A. people will talk about me and not you, some pathetic wanna be looser." Said Bakugo.
Vandom practically growled as electricity formed all over her body.
Midoriya and Bakugo's friends screamed as they went to the edge of the room, knowing then when her body is like that, it is deadly serious.
Vandom grabbed Bakugo by his uniform and their face were next to each other.
"We'll see who'll be some wanna be looser when I get into U.A. and you'll be the one no one ever talks about, you greedy little bastard." Said Vandom in a tense voice.
She threw him to the back of the wall and stomped to get out of school.
"C'mon Midoriya, we're leaving!" Yelled Vandom.
"R-Right!" Yelled Midoriya as he followed her out as he was right now afraid of Vandom then Bakugo right now.
Bakugo was glaring right where she left as he was seething with rage.
Both Vandom and Midoriya were walking outside the school where they stopped at a Koi Pond, where Midoriya's notebook was.
Midoriya picked up and was sniffling as tears came out of his eyes.
All he wanted to do was to be a hero but ever since he was told he had no quirk, that dream was a little bit hard to do.
Vandom placed a hand on Midoriya's shoulder to give him comfort.
"Let's go home." Said Vandom as they continued walking.
Midoyra was always grateful, ever since Bakugo learned Midoriya had no Quirk, he would always harass him but ever since Vandom came to school he was bit free and learned what a true friend was.
Suddenly they heard something behind them and saw it was that sludge villain who was running from town earlier this afternoon.
They were both shocked and scared to see a real life villain right in front of them.
The Sludge villain was all over Midoriya as his sludge like tentacles were in his mouth.
"Don't worry, i ain't gonna kill ya, i just want to take over your body." Said the Sludge Villain.
Midoriya tried to grab onto to something but kept failing.
"Go ahead and grab all you want, i'm made of liquid, nothing you do can effect me." Said the Sludge Villain.
Suddenly the Sludge Villain stopped what he was doing and let go of Midoriya as he was gasping for breath.
The Sludge Villain looked at himself.
"W-what happened, why did i stop?" Asked the Sludge Villain to himself.
"Because i made you stop." Said a voice from behind him.
The Sludge Villain turned his head around and saw Vandom holding her hand like she was casting a spell or something.
"H-how are you?" Asked the Sludge Villain as he had no idea how she was doing this.
"My Quirk is called Elemental, which mean i control all four elements including Water and since you told me that your body is made of liquid, that was all i needed to get you off him." Said Vandom.
The Sludge Villain tried to move but couldn't when just then the sewer gate he came from smashed open.
Everyone looked and gasped at what they saw.
"Have no fear citizens, you are safe." Said a man with a deep voice as he came out of the sewer.
It was a huge blonde man with muscles on his body that would put most people to shame.
"Now that i am here that is." Said the man.
When the Sludge Villain saw that the girl was distracted and could no longer hold him, he used this chance to escape.
However the blonde man ran up with super speed and was right next to the villain.
"TEXAS SMASH!" Yelled the blonde man as he punched the Sludge Villain.
The impact was really effecting the Sludge Villain.
"I can't feel myself put together!" Yelled the Sludge Villain as he disintegrated into pieces, literally.
Still both Midoriya and Vandom looked at the man with much shock.
"Are you two all right?" Asked the man.
"Sorry about that back there, i didn't mean for that smash, usually i'm more careful at seeing citizens with incidents like this." Said the man.
Vandom looked back to see the former Sludge Villain.
"Could have fooled me." Said Vandom.
"Well i guess that's what happens when you navigate through a sewedge system." Said the man as he let out laughter.
Vandom let out a sweat drop as he was doing this.
How can he pass that off as a normal and a good thing? Asked Vandom in her head.
Meanwhile Midoriya was still dazed and blushing at what he was seeing in front of him.
"Anyway you two were a big help, thank you." Said the man.
The most amazing human that's ever existed, All Might, in the flesh and i'm looking right at him, he looks so much cooler in person! Yelled Midoriya in his mind.
"Are you okay, Midoriya?" Asked Vandom as she went close to him.
Suddenly Midoriya snapped out of his trance and looked for something.
"I need to ask for an autograph while i still have the chance!" Yelled Midoriya as he kept looking.
He saw his burned notebook.
"Please sign my notebook!" Yelled Midoriya as he opened up and was surprised at what he saw.
"HE ALREADY DID!" Yelled Midoriya as she saw All Might's signature.
Vandom was shocked as well.
"When did he even do that?" Asked Vandom as she doesn't remember All Might even holding the book.
Midoriya bowed so fast all you could see was a blur.
"Thank you so much!" Yelled Midoriya.
"Sheesh, calm down Midoriya." Said Vandom as she knew he was embarrassing himself.
"Well i need to go now, so stay out of trouble, see you around." Said All Might with a thumps up and a smile on his face.
Vandom grimace as she heard the word trouble used several times when she was ten years when she and Adam were traveling together.
"Wait, your leaving, already?" Asked Midoriya.
"Pro Heroes are consistently fighting time as well as villains." Replied All Might as he exercising to prepare to leave.
He can't go yet, there's still so many questions i have to ask him. Thought Midoriya.
"Now stand back, i'm taking off." Said All Might.
"Thanks for your continued support!" Yelled All Might as he jumped high into the sky.
All Might felt something against his leg and looked down to check.
What he saw surprised him the most in his life:
He saw Vandom and Midoriya holding on to his leg.
"Are you two crazy, let go!" Yelled All Might as he tried to push Midoirya and Vandom off his legs.
She knew Midoriya would pull a stunt like this, so she thought she would tag along as well.
"Are you the crazy one, if we let go we'll fall to our deaths, even the No.1 Hero should know this!" Yelled Vandom.
All Might practically stopped when she said this.
"Oh yeah, good point." Said All Might, calmly.
"I just wanna ask you a few questions, your my hero All Might, please!" Yelled Midoriya as he could as the wind was making it difficult between talking.
"Okay, Okay, just keep your eyes and mouth shut." Said All Might.
Midoriya and Vandom did and held close tightly to his leg.
Suddenly All Might groaned and couched as blood began to spill out of his mouth.
They soon landed on the top of a building's rooftop.
Midoriya was gasping for life while Vandom was completely fine.
"My whole life flashed before my eyes." Said Midoriya softly.
"Not a very smart move, bang on the door for awhile, someone will let you in." Said All Might as he begins to walk away.
Vandom glares at him.
He's lecturing us on not smart moves while he almost pushed us off before i even mentioned it, some hero he is. Thought Vandom in his head.
"Now i have to go, see you on the flip side." Said All Might as he held out his hand.
Midoriya jumped back to life when heard that.
"Wait, not yet." Said Midoriya.
"Just one second." Said Midoriya as he ran after him.
"No, i don't have any time." Said All Might as kept walking without even looking back.
"I have to know!" Yelled Midoriya as he flashed back to his life, to when he discovered he had no quirk to Bakugo's recent bullying today.
"I-is it possible for a quirkless person like me to become a hero?" Asked Midoriya.
All Might stopped when he heard that question.
Vandom looked at him, this was always a sensitive subject for him.
"I'm a normal kid without any powers, could i ever hope to be someone like you?" Asked Midoirya as tears fell down his face.
All Might looked back at him.
A/N: Not what you expected huh, for many months i had this idea in my head and just recently i finished this chapter.
Of all stories I've made, i dare say this one will be one of my favorite and will have fun writing about.
Plus no ever thought of this kind of story, a (somewhat) three crossover between W.I.T.C.H., Brand New Animal and My Hero Academia and you have have to admit, it's pretty unique.
Anyway the next chapter will introduced to our third main character, the conversation between Midoriya and All Might won't take place until the 3rd chapter.
Oh and before i forget to mention, this is canon to my recent fanfiction series i was working on recently, i will try my best not to give you spoilers.
