Rosie was somberly resting in the roundhouse that she shared with her best friend for life and 1 true love: Thomas. her eyes were bright red from crying and weeping all day long. her mouth formed a trembling frowning face and the residue of dried tear drops stained her face. Rosie's eyes once again became glossy with tear drops that were threatening to spill out over at any single minute just as she re-watched the ending of the previous Thomas and Friends episode.
"Rosie? there's something I need to tell you." Thomas began just before the DVD had already ended. A silent sob escaped from Rosie's mouth just as fresh tear drops had begun cascading right down her face. right after Thomas had said those words, Rosie heard the most tragic, depressing and heartbreaking news she heard in her entire life. Rosie got right out from the roundhouse and she puffed right over to where Thomas was. Thomas went right over to her side.
"Hi there, everybody. I'm Thomas the Tank Engine." Thomas sighed heavily on the verge of tear drops as his best friend for life and 1 true love was right next to him.
"and I'm Rosie the Super Spirited Engine." Rosie's voice cracked a bit just as she struggled to hold back her own tear drops.
"I never wanted to make a presentation like this. I never thought I would need to make a presentation like this. but Rosie and I have some super unfortunate news to share with all of you. on ninth, two thousand twenty-one at four thirty-six PM, we lost Mrs. Kyndley." Thomas solemnly admitted to the video camera. he and Rosie both began sobbing silently the very minute that Thomas had finished relaying the tragic, depressing and heartbreaking news.
"Sh-Sh-Sh-Sh-She had a dark black mole of an unknown cancer on the left side of her neck. but by the time she noticed it, it was way too late...the mole had spread way too far and way too deep for the doctors and nurse to be able to remove it." Thomas continued between sobs and weeps.
"I really miss her more than anything." Rosie said to herself between sobs and weeps ever since this was truly the very first death in Sodor that she had ever experienced.
"We all miss her more than anything. but she's with the ghostly heaven spirits right now and she's not suffering any longer. she was in so much pain." Thomas sniffed depressingly at the memory of how ill Mrs. Kyndley appeared when she was in the hospital.
"I'm just super lucky that she's not in pain any longer. Rosie and I need some time off. but we can continue the show. even though it might be super hard without Mrs. Kyndley here with all of us."
Rosie turned way back in the roundhouse to muffle her sobs and weeps.
"Rosie?" Thomas asked her as he frowned in sympathy at the sight of his best friend for life and 1 true love once again sobbing silently to herself.
"Were you looking at those old photos again? I told you twenty-seven times not to do that." Thomas sighed heavily just as he approached the roundhouse to console his best friend for life and 1 true love. he hated seeing her in such a state of despair like this. Thomas let out another heavy sigh when Rosie had once again neglected to respond to him right before his driver and fireman placed a nicely-wrapped gift basket on the sofa right next to his silent sobbing best friend for life and 1 true love.
"Here, Rosie. Henry and Emily made you a gift basket." Thomas offered to try to cheer Rosie up a bit. a smiling face spread right over her mouth when Rosie had somberly accepted the gift. Thomas knew that Rosie would never be able to resist candy snacks, no matter how depressed, sorrowful and heartbroken she was. the first thing that Rosie discovered right in her gift basket was a chocolate lizard. this instantly reminded her of Mrs. Kyndley. and it caused her to once again break out into tear drops, almost instantly upon viewing the chocolate snack treat.
Thomas frowned once again when Rosie had completely abandoned the basket of yummy good candy snacks to begin sobbing silently once again. this was more serious than Thomas had thought if Rosie was gonna refuse chocolate snack treats.
"You know something? Mrs. Kyndley's surviving daughter and her husband and twin grandkids, Kayla, Jimbo, Colby and Katie inherited her cottage. you really think it might make you feel so much better to welcome them in Sodor?" Thomas offered once again to try to cheer up his grief-stricken best friend for life and 1 true love.
"Mrs. Kyndley had twin grandkids? why didn't you say so in the first place?" Rosie beamed up immediately perking back up. she quickly rushed right over to greet their deceased neighbor's twin grandkids.
"Hi there." whistled Rosie. I'm Rosie. and you must be Kayla, Jimbo, Colby and Katie."
"Nice meeting you, Rosie." said Kayla. "my husband, Jimbo and my twin son and daughter, Colby and Katie have just moved in to my mother's old cottage."
"Welcome to Sodor, Kayla, Jimbo, Colby and Katie." Thomas said to them.
And so, they were all welcome to Sodor while the memories of Mrs. Kyndley had lived on in their hearts and minds.
