As I open my eyes all I hear is the horrid song of the crows outside my window I shoo them away and get dressed I open my door to get breakfast but all I'm met with are the arguments of my parents, nothing new the two have been at each other's throats scene the last august when my little "sister" was born she was a brat, to say the least, the fought because the child wasn't my dads they've been married for 16 years just a year after my brother Norman was dad and mom argue because my mom hooked up with my dad's friend Jordan Lux they've been pals since eighth grade and now my dad just ignores his existence. I go to make toast because it's obvious my mom wasn't making breakfast like she said she would yesterday. After all, she is too busy arguing with my dad that he needs to start talking with his "friend" Jordan again "he is upset that they can't resolve the issue".I grab my toast put a bit of butter on it grab my backpack and my lighter the second I step outside I grab a pack of cigarettes god the worst addiction to have it started the same week my mom and dad started arguing it was an escape at first then it pooled to addiction I still try to lie to myself that "it's just a coping mechanism" I knew it was a lie and I still try to deny it I get to the bus stop and see my boyfriend spook I love him so much I decided to surprise him by putting my arm around his waist he jumps a little he realizes it's just me and he calms we wait Floris arrives he stands to the side a bit more just as if magic exists Sammy shows up and he and Floris start chatting I glance over a little and see Vic one of my friends since fourth grade he's pretty funny and he at some point in the sixth grade me and him were forced into a fight because I and he liked the same chick and we only after the fight did I find out she is lesbian Vic was in the hospital after that he had a broken arm. Vic, me, and spook started chatting after a few minutes the bus arrived and scared the shit out of me I very audibly screamed spook laughed at me and I playfully punch him in the arm we get on the bus and sit next to each other and Vic sits behind us so he has someone to talk to Sammy and Floris sit two rows ahead of us I and Vic start chatting spook brings up the sour look on my face I say its nothing but spook and Vic have been me friends for long enough to know I'm bullshitting they try to squeeze it out of me to no avail we get to school and Sammy and I walk to class together we have math I suck at math but for some reason, I have an a- in that class we get in and Ms: Arcane asks us all to take a seat she starts teaching and I go on my phone five minutes before class ends she walks over to my desk and puts a note down she walks away and I open it and it reads "meet me after class there's something we need to discuss", shit I'm screwed I could sneak out of class and run to science but ill get in more trouble when the school security guard Mr:spalding catches me if I do this it my second strike I've done something like this before it did not go I guess I'm staying after class crap.
