Basic summary is.
Madara is Minato's Tou-san (Father)
Pure blood Uchiha Line.
Tsunade is Kushina's Kaa-san. (That will be explained later in the story)
Naruto is Half Uchiha, Quarter Senju, and Quarter Uzumaki.

Story
A young boy with Pitch black hair, With red Streaks through his hair, Eyes blacker than black, pale skin and three whisker marks on each side of his cheeks walked through the village known as Konohagakure no Sato (The Village Hidden in The Leaves)
Konohagakure no Sato, or Konoha for short, was created by Senju Hashirama, And Uchiha Madara.
The young boy looked up to see the Great Stone Faces of The Past and Current Hokage.
First was the Shodaime Hokage (First Fire Shadow) Senju Hashirama. Hailed as the strongest Shinobi in History. And nicknamed, Shinobi no Kami (God of Shinobi)

Second was the Nidaime Hokage (Second Fire Shadow), Senju Tobirama, who was the brother of Hashirama.
Third was the Sandaime Hokage (Third Fire Shadow), Sarutobi Hiruzen, who was a Student of The Nidaime Hokage (Second Fire Shadow) and is the current Shinobi no Kami (God of Shinobi). He knew every single Jutsu in history.
Fourth was the Boy's favorite, Yondaime Hokage (Fourth Fire Shadow) Namikaze-Uchiha Minato. Who was renowned as the Fastest man in History. Konoha no Kiiroi Senkō (Yellow Flash of The Leaf)
"I wish I could be like him…" The boy muttered under his breath.
*Thwack*
The boy felt a sharp pain on the left side of his head, he looked back to see Inuzuka Kiba, The heir to the Inuzuka clan.
He had messy brown hair, sharp black eyes with vertical slit-like pupils, pronounced canine teeth, and nails claws. He also has the distinctive red fang markings of the Inuzuka clan on his cheeks.
"K-kiba-sama…" The boy whimpered, he was scared of the Inuzuka, he'd always beat the boy to pulp, and nearly killed him.
"Oh, is poor little baby Naruto-kun sad~?" Asked Hyuuga Hinata.
Hinata is a slender girl of fair-complexion who, as a Hyūga, her most distinguishing trait is the Byakugan, giving her featureless white eyes. She has dark blue hair that she keeps in a hime-cut of different lengths, her hair is cut just above her forehead akin to a bowl-cut with chin-length strands framing her face; in Part II, her hair reaches her lower back and the framing strands reach shoulder-length.
(A/N: Yes, I'm making Hinata an ass. Sorry for Hinata fans)
"H-hinata-sama…" The Boy — Naruto — said, scared.
Kiba let out a cackle as he walked towards the scared Naruto, he cracked his knuckles when he reached the scared Naruto.
"I'm really pissed off right now," Kiba said with a dark grin. "Can I take my anger out on you?" He asked sweetly.
"O-of c-course… K-kiba-sama…" Naruto said.
"Good~" Kiba said, grabbed Naruto by his shoulder and punched him in the face, sending him flying into a building.
"Akamaru, you can play with him," Kiba said.
A small white dog barked and rushed over to Naruto and bit his leg.
Naruto let out a cry of pain, but he didn't move, he knew if he did, he'd have hell to pay for.
"Come back, Akamaru" Kiba ordered and the dog rushed back.
"Byakugan"
Naruto's eyes widened when he felt someone punch him in the chest with his or her palm.
Naruto's were the size of dinner plates. He spat out blood and the last face — or thing — he saw was the face of Hyuuga Hinata, smirking.
Unknown location, unknown time
Naruto groggily opened his eyes and looked around, he saw that he was in a sewer.
"Follow the voice" Naruto heard a soothing voice say.
He walked towards where the voice originated from and saw a giant cage.
"Hello, Naruto-kun"
Naruto's head turned to see…
"Yondaime Hokage (Fourth Fire Shadow)…?" He asked, his eyes wide..
The man smirked, standing in front of him, was the Legend himself, Namikaze-Uchiha Minato, the Yondaime Hokage (Fourth Fire Shadow) of Konohagakure no Sato (Village hidden in the Leaves)
Minato is a tall fair-skinned man with bright blue-eyes and spiky blond hair with balck streaks through them; he has jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face.
He was wearing a short-sleeved long white coat over his mission attire, decorated by flames-like motifs on the edges, with the kanji for "Yondaime Hokage" (Fourth Fire Shadow) written vertically down the back, and closed on the front by a thin orange rope.
"Hai" Said Namikaze-Uchiha Minato, He walked towards Naruto.
"But… how does the Yondaime (Fourth) now my name…?" Asked a confused Naruto.
"I feel like every Tou-san (Father) should know the name of his Sōchi (Son)" Minato said with a grin as he patted Naruto's black-red hair.
Naruto's eyes became wider. "Wh-what?"
"Yes," Minato said. "I, Namikaze-Uchiha Minato, am the Tou-san (Father) of you, Senju-Uchiha Naruto" he finished with a bright smile.
"Senju…?" Naruto asked.
"Hai, you mother. Senju Kushina, was the Daughter of Senju Tsunade and Kato Dan" Minato said.
"But… How are you alive?" Naruto asked. "Didn't the Kyuubi no Yoko (Nine tailed Demon fox) Kill you?" He asked.
"He did, but, but I sealed part of my Chakra inside you, with the Kyuubi (Nine Tailed Beast) of course" Minato said.
Naruto's eyes widened, before he teared up. "S-s-so… I'm the Kyuubi…?" He asked, sobbing and choking on his own words.
"No, and far from it!" Minato said in a firm tone. "He is," said the Kiiroi Senkō (Yellow flash) as he pointed to the cage.
"Kyuubi, come forwards"
From the blackness of the cage, a lone crimson eye with a black slit opened.
A silhouette of a giant fox with nine tails was seen.
The silhouette stepped forwards to show a gigantic fox with orange fur, 9 giant tails, and crimson slitted eyes.
Naruto grabbed onto Minato's cape, he was pale as a cloud.
"I'm not going to hurt you, Kit," The Kyuubi said, in a surprisingly, soft tone.
"Y-you're… not?" Naruto asked.
"He's not" Minato reassured.
Minato lifted Naruto's shirt and placed his fingers on Naruto's seal. "I'm opening the seal, my time is running short. Kyuubi, explain everything to him" he Minato said.
"That I shall do," The Kyuubi said.
"Wait… you're going?" Naruto asked in a heartbroken tone.
"Sorry, sōchi (son). My chakra is running out. Don't worry, The Kyuubi won't eat you. He'll train you, help you get through tough times. He'll protect you…" Minato said. "Unlike me…" He muttered under his breath.
"B-but…"
"Don't worry, Naruto-kun. We'll meet again" Minato said.
The seal began to lift as Minato began to vanish.
Naruto began to sob, he hugged his father for possibly the last time.
"Goodbye, sōchi" Minato said and hugged Naruto back before turning into nothingness.
Naruto looked up and saw the Kyuubi, looking at him with sympathetic eyes.
"Kit, I know how you feel. I lost my father too. And I was sad… extremely sad" The demon said, trying to comfort the Human boy.
Naruto's eyes began to turn crimson as his pupil divided into 4.
One stayed as his pupil, the others surrounded his pupil, and became three tomoe.
Senju-Uchiha Naruto, has just unlocked the Three tomoe Sharingan.
