"Flutter are you sure you can do this?" Tusk asked. He was one of Flutter's teammates who also wanted the reign of the Asiatic Lions to end. Tusk was their team's hacker who had hacked into the cameras to tell Flutter when her target would be coming into the area.
"I'm sure she'll do fine, besides, she's trained a lot." said Flutter's uncle, Hoo, who had morphed with an owl.
"Do you mind being quiet?" Flutter hissed "I can't get rid of him with you all talking in my ears!" Tusk muttered an apology through her earpiece and then told her
"He should be coming around the corner in 3… 2… 1." Suddenly Flutter heard a series of thumps on the rooftop behind her. She sighed and turned around.
"You again?" she asked the three people that she now faced. "Didn't I already deal with you several times already?" 'and started liking one of you' she added silently. "Tusk, Hoo, I'm aborting the mission. I have to deal with some other problems." Tusk sputtered. She turned off her earpiece.
"So the names of your accomplices are Tusk and Hoo? You sure you don't want to tell us your name too?" Canine, who was a member of the elite guard for the king and queen, smirked. Flutter didn't even respond and quickly moved her hand towards her bag, and grabbed something she had been working on for a while. A gun that would toss a weighted net down on the person when fired. It had worked very well in the test runs on Tusk, but in the real world, things didn't usually go as planned. She knew that from experience. She fired the net at the three people, capturing only Canines teammates before the wind blew the net about to settle over Canine's head away.
"For a first real-world test, not bad!" Flutter muttered to herself. Canine was furiously scratching at the net binding his teammates when his extra sensitive ears heard a whoosh. He barely managed to get out of the way before a ninja star embedded itself in the rooftop next to him. Then another. And another. He was rolling around like a dog trying to avoid the stars. Then there was silence. Canine looked up just in time to see Flutter launch herself off the rooftop using her very pretty wings. 'Canine what are you thinking?!' he scolded himself. 'She's one of the bad people!' Then he heard a cough.
"Hey uh you do know you're about to cut my leg with your VERY sharp claws right?"
