Ariza which means trouble , disturbance and Malfunction in Turkish becomes the scenario when a series of events occur between two people Ali Riza and Halide Gurkan in different social and economic classes cross paths with a simple cab ride.
Ali Riza is a taxi driver trying to support his mother, brother and two sisters along with a brother in law and niece has his life turned upside down and inside out when he picks up the beautiful Halide Gurkan.
Halide is a doctor who has come to visit her father Hasmet after a long absence due to the family business. Hasmet Gurken is the powerful mafia head of one of Istanbul's underworld consortium of which Hasmet gave up his seat at the table due to the assassination of his wife and two sons. Trying to protect his only daughter , Hasmet went into voluntary retirement and gives his seat as head of the consortium to Fuat Ersoylu who we find out in later episodes ordered his sons Burak and Murat to carry out the execution of Hasmet's family only leaving Halide as the lone survivor because Burak couldn't kill the love of his life Halide.
Burak's obsession with Halide leads him to organize the birthday party for Hasmet for the sole purpose of proposing marriage to he. Halide even though she was raised with Burak and Murat never considered Burak as a love interest and rejects the proposal and rushes out of the party and gets into Ali Riza's cab and asks him to take her away from the party.
Unable to take no as an answer Burak and his men chase down the cab and tries to forcibly remove Halide from it. Ali Riza confronts Burak to leave Halide alone gets into a fight with him where Burak receives the first beatdown he has ever experienced, putting him into a rage to get his revenge on this taxi driver that doesn't know who he is.
Halide, knowing Burak's anger tries to warn Ali Riza that he needs to disappear or he and his family will be harmed. Ali Riza appreciates her concerns but would rather have her as his guest at his sister's wedding which gets heads to turn especially from his family when they see how beautiful and kind Halide is.
The conflicts between Ali Riza and Burak escalates when Burak finds the identity and address of the taxi driver and brings a gang of armed thugs to the wedding when a fight ensues and Burak trying to kill Ali Riza misses and shoots and kills Nihan Altay the sister and the pending bride of Ferit Cayeli.
When Fuat Ersoylu makes a low level member of his family plead to killing Nihan and allows Burak to go free ….. Ali Riza looses his faith in the justice system and decides to punish Burak in his own way and enters the world of the mafia gangs and begins to plot his revenge. Halide blames herself for all the trouble Ali Riza and his family have experienced and asks her father to provide protection. With Hasmet's influence and Ali Riza's brains and courage his rise in the Mafia world takes everyone by surprise including the Ersoylu family which now view Ali Riza as the trouble and turbulence that they must crush before he crushes them.
The mysterious Muzaffer Cura comes out of the shadows and recruits Ali Riza to become a spy for the purpose of bringing down the consortium and all the family heads especially the Ersoylu family. Not until Episode 30 does anyone find what Muzaffers real motives are and even then the writers of this series tend to leave many details unanswered and quickly led to a happy ending, which was the classic good guy getting everything he wanted.
The finale of ends with a 5 year jump whereby the family and friends of Ali Riza and Halide gather to celebrate the 5th birthday of the very beautiful daughter of Ali Riza and Halide which they named Nihan. Nihan is everyone's princess and the center of everyones's attention. Grandpa Hasmet places the infinity necklace that Halide always wore to protect her. Uncle Mert put a princess terra on her golden hair. Grandma Rukiye looks with pride while the smiles on Ali Riza and Halide's faces tell the ending that Halide has always dreamed of and now has.
Episode 31 will fill in the missing plots and subplots that Episodes 1 - 30 failed to clarify.

As Burak reaches for his gun Ali Riza shoots him between the eyes and Burak lays dead in the arm chair

Ali Riza walks away and the next scene is of he and Hasmet walking towards each other and then hugging
Ali Riza: Is it over
Hasmet: It's over, it's done

Hasmet: Will be distributed to the original owners
As was the case with Robin Hood, the money taken from the Shadows was distributed to the locals as Hasan, Ferit, Ramco, Aslan and Sabri give bundles of cash to the surprised locals.
Chapter 31 begins the five years prior to the Happy Ending

The Altay family arrives at the Gurkan mansion where Halide greets each member of her new extended family and they proceed to the living room to start with the formalities. Ali Riza gives Halide the traditional bouquet of flowers and box of chocolates and Rukiye begins the conversation
Rukiye: Hasmet…. From the first moment Ali Riza brought Halide to our family I knew that she was the one for him…. her beauty…. her kindness and most importantly her love was what any mother would want in a daughter and a wife for her beloved son. Several days have passed and the place that brought so much tragedy at Ferit and Nihan's wedding is again alive with joy and celebration as the final touches have been made to the wedding table that will marry Ali Riza and Halide.
Hasmet has instructed Sabri to have security present so that no one can interfere with this wedding
Ali Riza in his formal tuxedo walks Halide who is dressed in a strapless , very fitted lace and sequence bodice with a full flowing satin skirt and a veil covering her face. As with most fairy tales the prince walks his princess to the wedding table as all eyes are on them with claps of approval.
The Wedding Register: Is there anyone in attendance that has any objection to this union …. Not a sound was heard. Let's proceed with the ceremony….. Halide Gurkan do you take Ali Riza Altay to be your lawful wedded husband?
