Hey, just so you know, I don't own a lot.
I know a lot of you probs won't read this, but for those who do, have a wonderful day. Also, yes Doctor/Charlotte Green is my OC. I know this seems like a really weird mash-up, but I hope everyone enjoys it. And yes, I guess it kinda is an AU, with Liz and all. But let's pretend that never happened, ok? And also, yes, this is an AU, because the Argo ll isn't built. Also, no. You have to figure out where Gaea's base is yourself there will be a hint in the next chapter.
Avengers tower
The Avengers gathered around the meeting table, the multiple windows opening up to the bright sun shinning outside.
Peter held hands with Charlotte, a new recruit with a special ability to create portals and cast spells, not too unlike Wanda.
Tony Stark cleared his throat and began to address the audience around the table.
"So, I'm assuming everyone is here?" He asked. Everyone nodded their heads in union.
'So, to get us started on a happy note, a lot of shit is going on around the world right? So, we need to stop this Gaea from defeating us all; but, we need more forces. Guys, we were lucky to stumble across Chars here. But even if she is powerful, we need more people." At this, Peter and Chars looked at each other, smiling.
"So, reinforcements?" Nat asked. Tony nodded. "Sounds about right," Thor commented from across the table.
Then, everyone erupted into pandemonium.
Demigod camp
Jason looked into the reflection of his sword.
He could only see a slight bit of his face; some parts were messed up by the blade of the sword.
He could see his long, shaggy hair. His blue eyes. His nose.
He wasn't quite sure why this mattered to him.
Sun glistened on the blade, the metal practically marinating in the temperature of the hot summer day.
"Jason?" Percy Jackson called. Jason liked to think of Percy as his weaker, less hot cousin, but he knew that wasn't the case.
"We've got something!" Percy shouted. "Jason Grace?" Percy asked, calling his full name out again. With a heavy sigh, Jason stopped admiring his sword and got off the seat in the dinning hall he had lounging on for the last half hour, his free period.
"Coming!" Jason called. He could make out Percy heading back into the big, blue building that was dubbed "the big house," for obvious reasons.
Jason walked into the porch, and opened the door.
Inside were several demigods arranged around a ping pong table, sharing some snacks. Jason could see Leo and Percy playing cards.
Jason swallowed a lump in his throat as Percy relaxed in his chair.
Jason stood awkwardly at the door, looking at them.
He scanned the room for an empty chair, and finally found one beside Hazel and Frank.
"We've found people to help with The Earth Mother." Chiron started. He took a nervous glance at the ground. Jason knew enough to know that names had power.
"They're known as the Avengers." Chiron continued. Percy nodded. "Like Spider-man?" Percy asked. Chiron' brow crinkled with confusion. "Spider-who?" Chiron asked. "Never mind." Percy sighed.
"We were thinking to meet in New York" Chiron nodded. Everyone nodded at different times.
"Let's blow this popsicle stand!" Piper shouted as she and Percy ran out the door.
Avengers HQ
"So, let me get this straight. You're demigods?" Steve asked. For the millionth time today, the demigods nodded. Their necks were getting sore. "Greek and Roman?" Charlotte asked. They all nodded, again.
They sat in the Avengers HQ, where they lounged on comfortable seats.
For some reason, Leo could pick Charlotte out of the crowd, her name not blending in with anyone else's.
She had long, wavy brown hair and bright purple eyes. Her skin was very fair. She was defiantly someone Leo could describe as beautiful. Peter, the star lord; no spider-man, sat beside her.
Peter Parker watched Leo with immense curiosity. He looked like he was interested in Charlotte; but then again, Charlotte was glamorous, and everyone was interested in her.
Peter had found out about her some years ago, and he remembered the story of how they meet very clearly.
Peter was walking home from being spider-man. Suddenly, a giggle erupted.Peter looked around, and finally saw someone.
A gorgeous girl. The top she wore showed her shoulders, and other than that, she wore an open white blouse on top. She wore a black skirt, but Peter could hardly make it out.
She started walking towards her. She skipped, and Peter could help but know she wasthe most graceful thing he had ever seen.
"Catch me if you can, Parker!" She giggled. She then grabbed a woodenpole and shimmied out it, grabbing onto a balcony. She jumped from balcony to balcony, and Peter couldn'tkeep up.
"Fine. You win." Peter sighed.
From that day on, Peter would keep on hearing her laugh, everywhere.
But, back to topic.
Annabeth looked around. The architecture here was simply amazing.
But, she had taken note of everyone there.
First, there was Charlotte.
She was really pretty, and probably pretty smart because she was scanning the room too.
"I'm the Doctor." Annabeth heard a little girl's voice in her head. Probably Charlotte. "That's my name. Like, iron-man or hulk."
Oh.
Annabeth made eye contact with Charlotte.
So, she needed to think of a name for herself.
That should have been easy. Wise-girl. No, that was something personal between her and Percy.
But she'd have to think of something.
Charlotte looked around the room and shuffled closer to Peter.
She'd like that Annabeth girl.
Charlotte was Doctor. She was smart, cunning, and persuasive.
Enemy base,
"Yes ma'am. They're bringing in the superheroes." Agent scoffed. Gaea's face turned solid. "Good, then." Gaea laughed.
All the birds flew away, and with her laughter, an earthquake shook the place she resided.
