Disclaimer: I do not own either of these shows. Also I am aware that jennete mcurdy isn't in the reboot and as far as I know neither is Ariana Grande (though that would be cool). Therefore, this scenario his highly unlikely. I had also heard Freddie is going to have a step daughter but I don't know anything else. This story is not likely to be anything like the actual reboot pilot. This is how I could imagine it if sam, cat and other victorious characters were to be in it as well. Another thing I want to mention, is that in my story, freddie's stepdaughter has non-verbal autism. I just want to point out that although I am learning more about it, I am in no means an expert. I will do my best to represent autism in my story correctly, and appropriately but I do apologize in advance if my story includes something that is inaccurate and or offensive. With all that said I hope you enjoy my story. Oh and also some puckentine included

We start off in Sam and Cat's Apartment. It has been 7 years since the last episode. Now Sam and Cat are married. Now they only babysit for friends and family because they have different jobs now. Sam decided to become a professional fighter. She has participated in 6 championship fights and won all of them ( I don't know much about MMA works) As for Cat, she has become a professional singer and has done four tours. Sam and Cat both just got back from their most recent fight and concert and have decided to take some time to do more local jobs for a while so they could spend more time with each other. Sam is coaching a teen mixed martial arts class at punchies for teens 13-17, and cat is working as an assistant choir director at Hollywood arts.

Cat POV

"Honey I'm home!" said Sam as she walked in the door. I walked up to her and kissed her cheek. "How was work?" I asked. Sam replied " lot of kicking and punching" She looked up and must have saw my horrified face because she chuckled and said " don't worry, everyone was wearing pads. No injuries". Then she asked me " How was your day?" I replied with " good, the choir at Hollywood arts is learning a new song". " I bet it's beautiful" said Sam, "but not as beautiful as you". I blushed. Then I looked outside, and the sun was still shining, and it was a beautiful day so I suggested we go to the park. Sam agreed. I got my jacket on and opened the door and right outside, sitting by our bushes was a little girl. She looked to be about the age of 4. She had light red hair and had a cute purple top and blue skirt. She seemed upset. She was rocking back and forth, had her hands over her ears and was crying. As I looked around to see if any parents were nearby, Sam asked me, "Do you recognize her?" "No", I replied. Never seen her before in my life. Sam and I made our way over to her. I knelt to her and touched her shoulder only for her to scream. I tried calming her down and asking her name, but nothing was working. That's when Sam said " Cat" she has a road ID bracelet on. It says her name is Winnie. It also says she has autism and is non-verbal. She cannot speak. There's a phone number on it as well." Sam took out her phone and started to dial the number but stopped when she heard a male voice that we both recognized. The voice said to someone on the phone "Honey, I found her". We turned around, and Sam's face was at a loss for words. It was Freddie Benson.

Sam POV

I looked up to see Freddie coming toward us. "There you are Winnie" he said while kneeling to her, "it's ok now." The girl stopped crying and stood up. Then he turned to me and Cat and said, "It's so good to see you again, and thanks for finding Winnie". "Wait, are you her father?" asked Cat. Freddie replied "Yes, well technically her step-father". I was so mad that Freddie did not tell me he got married but I gained control of myself. Still Freddie could see I was upset because he said "Sam, I'm guessing you are upset I didn't tell you I got married, and I don't blame you. It was a week ago, and I just moved here with my wife." "Congrats Fredward" I replied. Cat then continued with " can we meet your wife?" Freddie then said hesitantly, "Well, Sam, you already know her." Just as he said that I heard an all to familiar voice say my name. "SAM?!" I looked up, sure enough, it was Carly Shay. She ran up and hugged me. Then the little girl ran to her. That is when it clicked. Freddie and Carly were married now! Carly had a daughter with another boy, then remarried to Freddie for some reason that I had yet to find out. I had nothing against Carly and Freddie getting married, but I couldn't believe Carly never told me she had a kid! We promised her no more secrets and I thought she would not keep secrets from me either. Carly then said to me "I'm so glad to see you again! I see you met Winnie". I couldn't hold my anger in anymore and retorted back with "Any other secrets you have been hiding shay?" walked back into our apartment and slammed the door.

Although Sam's response hurt, I understand why she replied the way she did I mean, we're best friends and we do our best to keep in touch and tell every big event such as when I moved back to the USA. Well, being married, and having a kid is definitely a big update, and one I was 4 years late for. However, things hadn't exactly been easy lately. It didn't have to do with Winnie, it had to do with my ex-husband. He was well, a monster and until recently, all my focus had to be keeping my daughter safe from him. I never intended to never tell Sam about Winnie. The last update she got from me was that I moved to Galveston. I wasn't sure if telling Sam about our past would fix anything, but I felt I at least should give her an explanation.

Later that evening, while Sam was getting some groceries, I was doing some work at home when I heard a knock on the door. I opened it and saw Carly, Freddie, and Winnie" Hi" I said. "hello" replied Carly. " I don't think we officially met but I've heard a lot about you. Your Cat right? Sam's wife?" I replied with a smile "Yes I am, it's nice to finally meet you". Then remembering how Sam responded when finding out about Winnie. " I'm so sorry for how Sam responded to you". Carly shook her head and sighed. " I don't blame her, but I'd like to at least tell her why I haven't told her yet. Is she here" I shook my head but informed them she'd be back soon and invited them inside. When they came inside Winnie took out an electronic device and tapped it. A voice came out from it that said "water". The girl pressed it again while looking at her mom. " I can get her some water" I offered. "Thank you replied Freddie. I gave Winnie some water and she did the ASL sign for thank you. Just then Sam walked in.

I saw Carly, Freddie and their daughter in our apartment. I was still hurt about the secret, but I knew my reaction was wrong. I started to apologize to Carly when she stopped me. "Sam" she said " you have every right to be upset" but I want you to know the full story. The last update you got was that I was living in Galveston. Here is the rest of what happened."

Carly's pov

I started to tell Sam my story after taking a deep breath.

" A few weeks after living in an apartment in Galveston, I met a young man named Ryan. We had quite a bit in common, and while we were dating, he was super sweet and nice. Eventually, after 2 years of dating we got married and got our own place. A few weeks later I became pregnant with our daughter. That's when something in Ryan started to change. He became more irritable. He would get angry all the time. At first I tried to ignore it. Until I realized he was drinking. Like a lot. I walked in on him by in the living room drinking a bottle of beer and the whole floor was covered in tons of cans of beer, piles of bottles of vodka, and loads of whiskey cans. I confronted him about this. I didn't intend to make him feel bad but I knew he had a problem and I told him he needed to get help, not just for his sake but for our baby. He just retorted with "B**tch I'm fine" then shoved me to the side. I decided to just let it go that time. However, he kept drinking and being more aggressive. One time when I was already at the full term of my pregnancy, he was drunk and very angry, he nearly punched my stomach. I ducked out of the way in time and that was the first time I tried to leave. He could have killed the baby, but he blocked the door and forced me to stay. He was twice my size and strong. He also said if I left, he would make me and the baby regret it. A few weeks later I gave birth to our daughter Winnie. Her dad would always look at her in disgust and when he was drunk he was a real hazard to her, and he was drunk a lot. Fast forward to when Winnie turned 2. Winnie had never spoken one word, was overly sensitive to many things, such as when I tried to brush her teeth. I took her to a doctor where she was diagnosed with autism. The doctor explained that with therapy it is possible Winnie could talk in the future, but it wasn't guaranteed. She also said that at her age, it couldn't be clear wear on the spectrum she would be, but probably around a level 2. At this point, she'd be considered non-verbal and she suggested I get an electronic communication device for her called a dynavox. I let her try one out and she picked it up fairly quickly. The device had pictures of objects and when she tapped it, the device would talk for her. When Ryan found out about it, he got even more into his alcohol and got more aggressive with me and Winnie. " If you leave I will hurt you and Winnie!" He had hit me and Winnie more than I can count. However, There are two incidents that stood out the most. The 2nd almost involved you Sam"

I took a breath and continued my story

" This first incident happened about 2 months after Winnie's diagnosis. She was in her high chair at the moment. Now one of the things she does is stimming which is what she does to keep herself calm when she's over excited, or upset. One of those motions is rocking back and forth. For Winnie this one would occur when she was nervous. It was clear Winnie hated to see us fight and hated hearing Ryan yelling. Well Ryan was yelling in anger and out of nervousness she started rocking back and forth, to the point where everytime she rocked back, the chair made a popping sound. In a rage, Ryan went over to the highchair and shoved it sending both it and Winnie to the floor. Thankfully I was there to catch her before any severe damage could be done."

The second incident happened a few weeks ago, and it leads up to why things are the way they are now. I had just witnessed Winnie be slapped again by the man who was supposed to be her dad. She was crying and I told Ryan off only to be slapped myself. Just then Ryan walked out the door. I'm not sure why he left at that moment. Probably to go to a bar. I took Winnie to her bed then went to my room. Then it occurred to me.

I looked over to Winnie who was getting drowsy. Sam chimed in with "Carls, if this story is too hard for you to finish, you don't have to" I sighed and said " it's not that. It's just, I don't want Winnie to hear this next part. She's too young right now." Cat offered to take her to their room and watch over her. I thanked her and gave Winnie to her. She walked with her upstairs. Once Winnie was out of sight and I heard their door closed I continued.

It occurred to me that at that moment, Winnie would be better away from me. It hurt to even think about giving my daughter to someone else, but I told myself, at least until Ryan is out of our lives, it would be the best thing. I wanted to give her to someone I knew I could trust and that could take good care of her. While my dad and spencer would good people, they didn't seem like a good fit due to their lifestyles and personalities. I mean my dad traveled all the time for his job, and that didn't seem good for Winnie, and my brother spencer, though nice, and definitely showed moments of being mature, all in all he was a child at heart and often was irresponsible himself. Of course I loved his goofy antics, but with Winnie, it just wasn't a good fit. Then you came to mind Sam. You and Cat. You are nice, and tough as nails and could easily protect Winnie, and I had heard about Cat and how nice she was and that she liked kids. I was about to call you to ask you if you and Cat would be willing to take care of Winnie for a while. I remember my hands were shaking as I looked for your contact. The thought of me giving away my daughter just broke me, but inside I felt it would be safe for her and I kept reminding myself it would only be temporary. Unfortunately before I could hit call, Ryan walked in the room. He saw the paper of names I was writing down, and he figured out what was happening. I had never seen him get so angry. There was screaming, hitting and pushing, and kicking. He even threw a chair at me and I was lucky to escape with my life. I dodged out of the majority of the chairs path but the leg did hit my arm giving it a large bruise.

I showed sam my bruise

Then, Winnie happened to walk in the room and started crying, upset at the fighting. Ryan chucked a huge empty glass bottle of vodka at her. It hit her face and broke at the corner of her right eye. Lots of blood was coming out. I ran to get towels and pressed it against her face. Just as Ryan was about the throw another punch two police tackled him and arrested him and took him away, and paramedics took the both of us to a hospital. They checked both of us and confirmed we'd be ok. Thankfully although Winnie's injury was big, it wasn't gonna cause any big damage. She just needed stitches. However, had the bottle been any closer to her eye she could have lost that eyes vison, and even worse had he thrown that bottle even harder, she could have ended up with severe brain damage. You may have noticed the stitches near her eye, well that's why they are there. I found out that in our fight I accidently facetimed Freddie and he saw the whole thing and called the police. Then he took the quickest flight he could get to make sure we were ok.

We are still recovering but Freddie has helped a lot. He has been way more of a father to Winnie than Ryan. He even used his techy skills to improve Winnie's communication device such as improving the audio quality. By this point it was running down. A few weeks later, Freddie and I got married and decided to move away from the state where we suffered. We chose California and now I have reunited with you.

I couldn't believe carly went through all that, and I felt even worse that I didn't figure it out myself. Carly assured me I had no reason to feel guilty, and I told her she didn't need to feel bad to. Then I made a promise to her. If I saw that monster ryan come near her, Winnie, or anyone that we cared about, he would be meeting my buttersock. We hugged each other and Carly thanked me for listening to her story. To celebrate our reunion, and their freedom from a monster, we decided we'd celebrate by getting burgers at bots, and even though Winnie wasn't my daughter, I already felt a close bond with her. Carly then asked for me and Cat to be her Godparents. A position for which we both gladly accepted.

The end.
