A story where things will shake up GH & PC forever! Some people may die or be injured & there will be life-changing choices. The scenes will occasionally shift from one place to another. This occurs shortly after Franco's murder & Peter being exposed at his wedding to Maxie. Sonny never suffered memory loss & found his way home soon after on the same day.

Peter and Cyrus hold a meeting. Jason is out on bail.

After the memorial service, Elizabeth heads home while Cameron goes out with his friends. Laura offered to watch Jake and Adien so Elizabeth can have some time to herself. Elizabeth turns the key in the door as Nikolas calls to check in on her before heading to GH for a board and senior staff meeting. "I'm fine Nikolas, I need some time to myself. Please thank Ava for her help with the service."

Elizabeth walks through the door letting out a big sigh. As she walks up the stairs to change her clothes and get out of her shoes, she thinks, "I've gone to way too many of these things. Georgie, Emily, AJ, Sabrina, and now Franco," She put on a pair of sweats and a t-shirt and her comfortable slippers. She hears the doorbell and runs down the stairs, half expecting to see Franco. Instead, it's someone from the hotel Franco stayed in before he was to check into Shadybrook. She signs for the package and sets it on the table. She breathes in deep as she takes out a letter opener to break the seal. Inside are a picture of her and the boys and another of her and Franco. She sets those aside and there is an old phone of Franco's. At the bottom of the box is a letter addressed to her. "Elizabeth, I have matters to attend to before I admit myself. Forgive me, but I have to make things right for Drew. If something were to happen to me, please give this to Jason."

Elizabeth was already having doubts, especially after Carly's visit. Carly told her she was going to bail Jason out and then go home to Sonny. Part of her wanted someone to blame and Jason fit the bill, but she decides to listen to the message first. The message was from Franco when he had all of Drew's memories. She remembers the horrific experience Cam almost went through and Franco took his place, then what happened with Kim, and then later his kidnapping, but when she got Franco back, he didn't have any of those memories. When his tumor reappeared, he began hearing Peter August's voice in his head. She plays the message and her hand goes to her mouth. She can only imagine what his plans were and it didn't involve Jason. There was another recording from the day he died. It was a forwarded message from his new phone. She couldn't believe what she was hearing. Franco was arguing with Peter later and suddenly Peter was confessing to everything. The kidnapping, causing Drew's plane to crash, his involvement in holding Jason captive, admitting he was a willing participant, not just his father. Then she heard a scuffle, followed by two loud sounds. She's heard enough from being around Jason and getting shot twice to know what that sound was. She heard Peter say, "now, no one will know". Franco said, "Elizabeth, I lov…before what must have been his sending that message.

It wasn't Jason, it was Peter. She wipes her tears and calls Jason, hoping Carly has bailed him out. She tells him "I know you didn't kill Franco. I know who did, but you need to come over now before Cameron gets home. She gets dressed properly and waits for Jason to arrive.

Meanwhile…..

Peter along with the help from Cyrus is intent on blaming everyone who has tried to keep Maxie away from him and Cyrus wants to take out Sonny and Jason. Cyrus wants another go, but this time with a bigger bang! But they need to be smart about it. Julian had loyalties elsewhere. Peter said, "Jason is still in lock-up and I will take of it, I have another stop to make, but then I will get far out of town." His goal is to get Maxie somewhere safe where he can convince her they belong together. He knocks down the door to their apartment and surprises her, telling her he will prove his love and explain how he fixed everything for them. Maxie calmly agrees as not to further anger him. She grabs her phone and sticks it in her pocket. Peter drives her somewhere that can't be traced back to him.

Jason arrives and she shows him both messages including the one where Peter confesses to everything. She begins sobbing again and starts to hyperventilate. Jason pulls her close and lets her cry it out.

Cameron walks in the door and Jason and Elizabeth separate. Cam goes off on Jason and the nerve he has showing up and hugging his mom. Elizabeth says, "Cam, honey, Jason is not responsible. There is new evidence." Cam asks what that new evidence is. Elizabeth hesitates and says, "We don't know yet, but I'm sure the police are doing everything they can to find Franco's real killer. Can you please go upstairs so Jason and I can finish our discussion?" Cameron grudgingly agrees and heads upstairs.

Jason's phone rings and Elizabeth can hear one side of the conversation. "Sam?... What do you mean Maxie's gone?" Jason lowers his voice, "you think Peter took her?...that would explain Anna's concern about the lengths Peter would go to get Maxie…..what do you mean Spinelli thinks he knows where she is? Is he with you?...can you stay with him, I don't want him going off and do something foolish….what's the address?" Jason nods his head to Elizabeth to write down the address for him. He repeats out loud the location. Before he hangs up he tells Sam to take Spinelli with her to Sonny and Carly's and wait there. There's no telling what Peter might do. Elizabeth hands over the address and then she hears the garage door & her car driving away.

"No…no…no!" Elizabeth exclaims and runs upstairs. Jason follows and asks her what is wrong. "He took our gun from the safe! He must have overheard our conversation."

"Elizabeth, stay here, call Anna and tell her... " "Like hell, I will Jason. Cameron is out there, going after Peter and probably blaming himself."

"Ok", Jason replies, let's go!"
