It has been a few days since the Amnesty Act was repealed and Supergirl's identity was revealed to the world and a strike team was ordered to kill all aliens on sight including Supergirl, and if any human helps any aliens seek refuge, they would be killed on sight as well. But the aliens that escaped were considered fugitive, even she too was considered a fugitive.

Kara has been hiding in her cousin's Fortress of Solitude ever since her identity was revealed. She didn't know if her sister was still alive, but she was afraid to go out there.

She walked to the console and turned on the ice-screen and watched as the news of her Identity being leaked caused chaos among the people of National City especially with the Children of Liberty group going around killing aliens. She needed to know if her sister was okay. So she takes a deep breath and leaves the Fortress for the first time in ever since the reveal.

When she entered the city limits, she landed in an alleyway and peeked out , she was stunned and horrified at what she was seeing. National Guard trucks everywhere, rounding up aliens and the humans who ever helped those aliens. She felt her heart ache at the sight.

But she had a mission to do, so she looked backed away from the entrance and took off heading towards her apartment. That's the first place where her sister would go.

When she landed through the window, she was stunned. Her place looked like it had been tossed around. She saw blood on her wall by the bedroom and felt her heart drop in fear. "Alex!" Kara called out as she wanted to know where her sister was but no one answered. "ALEX! ARE YOU HERE?" Kara screamed then she heard a cough from the bedroom, Kara ran over and let out a gasp as tears fell down her face, "No." she whispered. She saw Alex was leant against the wall across from a dead agent, holding her gun and a bullet hole close to her heart.

She ran to her sister's side, "K….Kara…" Alex called with a raspy voice and then groaned then she coughed again, with blood coming out her mouth. "Are… Are you okay?" Alex asked as she placed a bloody hand on her sister's cheek, Kara was crying as she placed her hand on top of Alex's.

"I….I'm fine. But...But Alex you…..look at you." she let out a sob as she carefully laid Alex on her lap holding her sister in her arms. "Y...you need help." she added getting ready to pick up her sister when she groaned in pain. "No. Kara."

Kara stopped and looked at her sister, "This…...this wasn't you….your fault." whispered Alex as kara shook her head, "I….If I hadn't become Supergirl then…..then this wouldn't have happened." Kara replied as Alex shook her head.

"T...this city needed a...a hero. A...A beacon of hope. J…..ust know t..that I….I will always l….love you." Alex told Kara then she smiled, Kara was about to speak when Alex's eyes fluttered shut and her hand fell off Kara's cheek and hit the floor.

"Alex?" Kara cried then she placed two fingers on Alex's neck to check for a pulse. "No. No. No. Come on, Alex! Don't die. The Danvers sisters always get up to fight again!" Kara sobbed out as she cried and then laid her head against Alex. Just then reality hit her hard: Alex was dead.

They will be no more game nights. No more teasings. She remembers every loving moment with her and realized she would never have it again. She whimpers as she lifts her head towards the sky. "NOOOOOOOOOO!" she screamed.

It was too much. It hurt too much. "Make it stop. It hurts" she sobbed out as she grabbed her chest, it felt like her heart was ripped out of her chest, "How do I make the hurt stop?" she whispered as she let out another sob as she cried some more. Just then, an idea accrued to her. She knows how to make it all stop. To stop the pain. She sniffed and looked at Alex's dead body and let out another sob as she planted a kiss on her forehead before taking off heading towards the old DEO bunker where they store almost everything, and where she knew there was something to make the pain go away.

She crashed through the ground and landed with a crash cracking the concrete, she began opening boxes after boxes until she opened a box and found what she was looking for. The Red Kryptonite. She thought about her sister and let out a sob as tears fell down once again and felt the pain of loss. "It's too much. I just...just want to make it all go away." she whispered as she picked up the kryptonite and felt a surge of rage as she closed her eyes, red veins appearing on her face before traveling up to her eyes as she opened them and flashed red before returning back to normal.

With her rage and anger exemplified, she felt the pain going away until she felt nothing. "They will all die for what they did. All of them." she said as she found a case and opened it to see her black suit she wore when she was first exposed to the substance and smiled.

Earth-1

"Hey Cisco, has anymore Meta's popped up yet?" Barry Allen (aka) The Flash asked as he walked into the cortex and sat next to his friend.

Cisco Ramon shook his head with a sigh, "No man. Nothing. It's like….like they took a day off." he replied ''But don't worry. Something will come up." he added and went to pat Barry's shoulder but was pulled into a vibe as his hand made contact with Barry.

He saw Kara (aka) Supergirl of Earth-38 holding a body and was crying, he walked around and let out a gasp. It was Alex. he started to hear Kara talking, "I...It hurts. It hurts so much. How do I make it stop?" he heard her whisper as she cried.

He blinked and found himself in another place, it looked like a bunker and saw Kara opening a case and looked inside it. Cisco walked up and saw that it was some type of red rock.

He watched as Kara was crying and whispered once again, "I just want the pain to stop." he watched as she made her way to pick it up, Cisco was about to stop her when he remembered it was a vibe, and watched as she picked up the red rock and then saw red crawling up her face and saw her eyes flash red before it turned back to normal.

He blinked and then saw Kara killing agents and wearing a new suit, "YOU WILL ALL DIE" she screamed as her eyes glowed, and Cisco gasped.

Cisco looked to see he was back in STAR Labs but froze as he can't get that image from his mind. "Cisco, what did you see?" his friend's voice brought him out of his trance as a tear fell down his face and looked at Barry.

"It's...it's bad Barry. It's Kara…...It's bad." he said as Barry felt his heart drop. "Cisco, what happened to Kara?" he asked, afraid to know the answer. Cisco sighed as he began to tell his friend everything that he saw in his vibe, Alex dying, the red rock, killing the agents.

After Cisco got done explaining what he saw, Barry was stunned and when he heard about Alex he couldn't help but felt his heart ache. Alex was dead? Kara killing people? That's not like her. She wouldn't do it. Wouldn't risk it. Not again. Not after last time. He remembered her telling him a few years ago about her being exposed to a substance that made her crazy.

If she's been exposed to the same substance, he could only imagine what kind of destruction her powers can cause. But why? What happened? "Cisco, call Oliver and ask if he can spare some time. I think we're gonna need all the help we can get." he said as Cisco nodded and contacted Felicity.

A Few Hours Later

Within a few hours, Team Arrow along with TeamFlash and Legends were all at STAR Labs. "Okay, Barry. Why are we here?" Sara asked, wondering what was the emergency.

"I have a reason to believe that Kara is in trouble and may need our help." he said as the group all looked at each other. "What do you mean?" Oliver asked, waiting for Barry to explain.

Barry sighs, "Kara may have been exposed to a substance that….that makes her crazy. Like, bad crazy. Cisco had a vibe of Kara and what he….he saw was her killing people with her powers." he said, making the group gasp in shock.

"S...She would never do that. Would she?" Thea asked as Barry shrugged. "I don't know. That's why we need to go over there and find out what's going on. Kara's one of us, we owe it to her to help her." he said as Oliver took a step forward. "I'm in." he said as Sara walked up, "Me too." she added as Barry nodded.

Breach Room

Barry, Oliver, Sara, and Cisco were all in the breach room in their suits. "Okay Cisco wanna transport us to the bunker where you last saw Kara?" he asked as Cisco nodded and held up his hand as they both walked through with the breach closing behind them.

Earth-38

The trio walked out of the breach and saw they were in a bunker but Barry knows it, "It's the old DEO bunker." he said as they all looked around and saw metal cases as Cisco walked up to a box and looked to see the red rock he saw.

"Found it." he said as he held it up for the group to see. "What is that?" Sara asked as she took it into her hands and looked it over.

"Red Kryptonite and it's mine." said a voice startling them as they all looked and were stunned. There floating in a black bodysuit arms crossed was Kara Danvers. They saw as veins started to glow red on her face.

Barry held his hand up telling her he means no harm, "Kara, It's Barry. What happened? This isn't you." he decided to use the advantage and get the information.

"It's the only way to get rid of the pain." she replied in a cold voice sending chills down their spines. "And what happened was that my Identity was revealed and the Alien Amnesty Act was repealed and the president sent strike teams to kill all aliens. Including me. I escaped and was considered a fugitive. I was in hiding. Came back and saw everyone I loved dead. Then I was like, what the hell. I got these powers, why don't I burn these humans." she said with so much hatred that stunned the trio.

Barry felt his heart ache, this wasn't Kara. Not the Kara who was full of sunshine. "What's this Alien Amnesty Act?" Sara asked, wanting to know.

Kara sighs, "It's a legal document that will allow us Aliens to live and have the same equal rights as humans. But it was repealed by the leader of an anti-alien hate group. Ben Lockwood. They killed Alex and they're all gonna pay and nobody's gonna stop me." she said as she came at them and pushed them, making them fly and land on their backs.

Oliver gets up and fires an arrow as Kara leashes her heat vision destroying it as she sped over and tossed him against the wall. Flash began to run in circles a few times before tossing lightning, it hit her and did nothing as she sighed, "Okay this is getting pathetic." she commented as she clapped her hands together sending a shockwave making everyone flying back hitting the wall or the console.

"Come after me again and I won't be so generous." she warned them before taking off.

Barry groaned as he sat up, "Everyone okay?" he asked as they all got up. "Yeah." Sara replied as they re-group. "Damn I didn't know she could do that." she commented as they agreed with her.

"Guys, you know it's not her. It's the red kryptonite. It's making her do these things. She's in pain. She had lost everyone she cared about just because her identity was revealed." he said, feeling sorry and hurting for Kara because she was in pain. He can tell in her eyes.

Oliver nodded in understanding, "I kinda get it." thinking about everyone he ever lost. "How are we gonna stop a kryptonian who's on red kryptonite and has powers of a literal god?" he asked as Barry shrugged his shoulders.

Just then he remembered what Kara told him, "Wait. There is someone who might be able to help us. I just hope she's still alive." he said as he made his way to a computer and breathed out a sigh of relief when it was working. Just then he typed in the name and the coordinates show up on the screen with a red pulsing dot.

"Who are we looking for Barry?" Oliver asked as he and Sara looked at the computer.

Barry sighs, "If I'm right, then she may be able to save Kara and cure her of the Red-K." He said as Sara nodded.

"Anything to help our girl. Who's this person and where can we find her?" Sara asked, wanting to help her fellow blonde.
