Two years has pasted after Fletcher left for New York and the friend group is getting together for Olives' birthday, and they are planning to give her quite the surprise as well as the best gift she could wish for. So how will thing turn out after things get back to normal? Will old flames return or new come forth. (Takes place after Fletcher left for New York)
Chapter one: A little reminder of the past.
China: You took the fellowship? So, you're really not coming back to the A.N.T Farm with us?
Fletcher: Look, it's an incredible opportunity, and even my parents said I should go. I'm going to be living in Brooklyn with my grandma Dottie.
Angus: Fletcher.
Fletcher turns around to face him.
Angus: Not only are you mu best friend, but I've loved being roommates with you this past year. And if you ever decide New York isn't for you, our room will always be there.
They hug each other and then let go.
Angus: Of course your bed will be gone and replaced with a soft pretzel machine.
Fletcher: I know, you did that two months ago.
Fletcher begins to turn over to China when.
Lexi: Fletcher.
Fletcher turn back to Lexi.
Lexi: You and I never got to know each other well back at school. Thank you for that.
Fletcher: *Looks confused and weird at her* You're welcome.
Fletcher starts to go in for a hug, when she pushes him back.
Lexi: Hey, whoa. I barely know you.
She leaves and Fletcher turn to China and walk over to her.
China: Fletcher, since the day you showed at my house in a top hat and monocle, I knew I wanted you to be my friend forever. I can't believe we're saying goodbye.
Fletcher: I don't care where I am you're always going to a part of my life. I wouldn't be who I am if it weren't for you.
China: What do you mean?
Fletcher: When you first arrived at the A.N.T Farm, I was this scared little kid. And you were so confident and fearless. You made me no be afraid, and now I'm moving to New York! By myself! I really don't know how I'm going to do it without you.
China begin to tear up and they get into a hug. After a bit they both let go.
China: Oh, don't worry. You'll find another girl to obsess over for years, and then completely forget about, so you can date her best friend. *Laughs a bit*
Fletcher: You know, I never thought Olive and I would get together, but once we did I'd never felt anything so real….I guess I was the only one who felt that way.
Suddenly small sobbing and crying sounds can be heard.
Zoltan: I think that garbage can is crying. I really should have given myself a lunch break today.
They all walked over to it and China opens it up to find Olive in there. She ducks her head up.
China: Olive? What are you doing in here?
Olive: Just making sure Fletcher really leaves because I hate him so much. *Cries even more*
Fletcher: Wait. Did you break up with me just so I wouldn't miss this opportunity.
Olive: Maybe.
Fletcher: Thank you Olive. I love you too.
Fletcher leans in to hug her/ the garbage can. Olive then leans her head on him. Suddenly a car horn can be heard, and they turn to face the sound.
Fletcher: There's grandma Dottie.
And then a very young and beautiful women walked out and waved at them.
Angus: Whoa, grandma Dottie, is grandma hottie. *Smiles at her*
Fletcher: She's actually my step-grandma. My grandpa Zeke was loaded.
Zoltan: So she's a widow who likes wealthy men. Maybe I'll move to New York.
He walks over to her, for her just to gesture him to stop, and he turn around and walk back again.
Zoltan: Nah! I'd miss you guys to much.
They laugh a bit, Olive, China and Fletcher goes in for a big hug.
Fletcher: I guess this is really it.
China: Promise to have fun okay.
Fletcher: I will *Turns to Olive* So?
Olive: Come on *Hugs him*
Fletcher: *Laughs and hugs back*
They break the hug and Fletcher walks over to the car, and while his stuff is getting loaded on.
China: I'm proud of you Olive, I thought for sure you would do something stupid.
Olive: Fletcher wait! *Runs over to him*
China: I spoke to soon. *Sighs*
Fletcher: What?
And just like that Olive pulls him in and lock lips with him. It takes him by surprise but he gives in to it very fast. They pull away again.
Fletcher: I'll miss you too *Smiles at her*
Olive: You better. *Pout and sobs a bit*
Fletcher: Don't forget me okay *Wipes tears away*
Olive: You know I can't *Sniffles*
Fletcher: I know *kisses her forehead*
Fletcher lets go of her and gets in the car and drives away. China goes up and stands right next to Olive.
China: I must say Olive, that is a goodbye he never will forget. *put arm around her* Come on, I'll buy ice cream.
Olive: Okay.
