In Love With The Babysitter

Adrien Agreste is the single father to Hugo Agreste. Adrien is so busy with work that he can't be around his son all the time. Luckily, his assistant's sister, Marinette is a babysitter. So, he hires her and falls in love but why does she seem so sad? He finds a photo of a little girl who looks exactly like her. Also now there's a man chasing her? What? Adrienette No Miraculous AU.

1. Chapter 1

I DON'T OWN THE SHOW!

"Daddy? Can we go out and get ice-cream?", asked four-year-old Hugo. Adrien sighed.

"I'm so sorry Hugo. Daddy has paperwork that's due tomorrow," the single dad said to his son.

"Oh okay. I'm gonna go play with my toys then," the boy said sadly. Adrien buried his head into his hands as his son left the room. He then heard a knock at the door and saw his assistant, Luka.

"Are you okay boss?", asked the blue-haired man.

"I just feel so bad for Hugo. I never get to spend any time with him," Adrien says.

"You know, my sister's a babysitter. She could take Hugo out for a bit," Luka says to the guy.

"Can you call her?" Adrien asks.

"Yeah sure." Luka left the room and called his sister. After a couple minutes he came back in.

"She'll be here in half an hour," he says.

"Thank you."

35 Minutes Later

The doorbell rang and Adrien went to go open it.

"Hi," a dark-haired woman said.

"Hello. You must be Luka's sister," Adrien says.

"Marinette," she says reaching out her hand. Adrien shook it and then motioned for her to come inside.

"Where's this kid I'm supposed to be watching?", Marinette asks, looking around.

"He's upstairs let me go get him," Adrien says before heading upstairs to get his son. When he came back down Marinette was looking sadly at a picture of Adrien and his son.

"Are you okay?", Adrien asks. Marinette quickly snapped out of her daze.

"Y-yeah, I'm fine," she says. She noticed a small boy with blonde hair and green eyes. She crouched down to his level.

"Hi, I'm Marinette. What's your name?", she asks. The boy ran and hid behind his father's leg. Adrien let out a chuckle before lowering himself down to Hugo's level.

"Hugo, this is Marinette. She's gonna have fun with you while daddy works okay?", Adrien says to his son.

"Hugo, do you want to go and get ice-cream?" Marinette asks, holding out her hand. The boy nodded and grabbed her hand. Marinette then turned to Adrien.

"Great. Does he have any allergies or anything I need to know about?" Marinette asks.

"He's allergic to peanuts," Adrien tells her.

"Okay then. Shall we go, Hugo?"

"Yeah!", he says, excited to go out and have a treat.

"Stay close to Marinette Hugh," Adrien says as Marinette led him to her car. She took out an old car seat from her trunk and place it on one of the backseats. She buckled in Hugo and left to go to the ice-cream shop.
