Near Cologne, Germany
The light of a torch shines through the cave full of gold and other treasures. A teenage man was looking around. He took a ring from the floor, it was golden and had a magical aura. He put it in his pocket. It wasn't what he was looking for, but the ring might be useful in the future. The blonde man stepped forward, behind the hill of gold. There was a sword with a black hilt and a scarlet blade stuck in the floor. On the hilt was a red gem placed. Someone put a black helmet on the sword. The guy took the helmet, it had also a magical aura. He whispered with a deep voice: „Storage" and a red magic circle appeared. Seconds later both the helmet and the circle disappeared. After he put his big hands on the hilt, his built body began to tickle. He saw a vision. A dwarf used the sword to cut out the heart of a golden dragon. This is the sword he was looking for, the demonic sword Ridill, a powerful dragon-slaying sword. He put the sword into the scabbard on his back and went back through the tunnel, the place where he came from.
As the young man where about to leave the tunnel, he saw someone. There was standing a white-haired girl, waving her right hand. She shouted towards the guy: „Hyosuke, there you are! It's so nice to see you again." „Lint? What are you doing here? You know, you aren't allowed to speak with me." „Aren't you happy to see me again? You know, I miss you badly since you got excommunicated." „Don't worry, I'm happy to see you but you know the rules." „That's not a problem! Vasco said, we are allowed to talk to you, because you never would do something, that would lead to the excommunication of somebody." Hyosuke made a surprised expression. „Really, cool! Then tell me how the others doing" „Well, Irina got the Excalibur Mimic and Xenovia got both Durendal and Excalibur Destruction." „And how are your brothers?" „Siegfried got Gram a half a year ago. And Freed betrayed the church." Lint only whispered those last words. „Lint, I want you to do me a favour. I know you're here because the church keeps an eye on me. But would you bring this sword to the headquarters?" With this words, he drew Ridill and presented it Lint. „Which sword is this? It's a demonic one, I feel that. But why would you give it the church?" „Because this is Ridill, the sister of Gram. Maybe you or Sigmund will be the wielder of it. You all are offsprings of the original Siegfried. That's why." Lint took the sword and said: „Hyosuke, thanks! I think I should go now. I hope we see us again." She turned around and walked away.
„Ara, ara. A friend of yours? You seem to be great friends with her." a black haired girl behind Hyosuke said. „Akeno, what are you doing that far away of Kuoh Town?" „I'm here to give you a lift. Rias wanted to ask for your help. It's about Issei Hyoudou." „Which girl tries to kill Issei this time?" Akeno laughed, than became serious. „Here name is Yuuma Amano." This name, Hyosuke heard it before. Raynare and her group killed a team of exorcists, only one survived: Freed. He told everyone that he was saved by a girl named Yuuma Amano, and now he's an Stray Exorcist. „Then let's go Akeno. We have to protect the sleeping Red Dragon Emporer." Akeno stepped forward and a magic circle appeared. Then both Akeno and Hyosuke disappeared.
Kuoh Park, Kuoh Town, Japan
Hyosuke was leaning against a tree, thinking about the situation. Issei had a fun day with Yuuma, nothing suspicious happened. At this moment, the two sitting on the edge of the fountain. He put his hands in his pockets and touched the ring. He forgot about it. He put the ring on his right thumb. Suddenly all the people disappeared as the ring broke the magic that affected him. Hyosuke dashed forward. Issei was lying on the ground with several light spears in his body, over him flew a black winged girl, laughing. Hyosuke said to her: „Well, you got me distracted, Raynare. But for this you will pay."
He jumped forward, punching after her, but she evaded all his attacks. They more and more fall back into the near forest. After a while, Hyosuke stopped, took a deep breath and analysised his opponent. Raynare created a yellow light sword. „Damn brat, he wasn't even a friend of yours, why would you try to avenge him? You're far out of my league, you cannot save nor avenge him, Ex-Exorcist." Raynare laughed. „I'm not able to save him, but Rias is able to. I'm just the distraction. And if you beat me, there is still her peerage." Again he dashed towards her, raising his right fist. She evaded it again, but was able to cut his right side. Hyosuke felt at the same time the cut and and tickle through his body. After that he used his left to punch her, but she tried to block it with her sword. Hyosuke redirected his fist, shouted „Sword Reforge: Damocles" and a sword appeared in his left hand. With it he cut Raynare's arm from shoulder to the elbow. She screamed and slapped Hyosuke, which fell backwards to the ground.
Before Hyosuke could get up, a guy and a girl stepped before him. „Let's help him, Koneko." „Okay, Kiba. I hate him, but I'll save him, as Buchou wishes." „Ughh guys, you don't need to help me." Suddenly Koneko put Hyosuke from the ground. „Koneko, let me down, there is still a fight going on." „Hyosuke, your opponent fled." Kiba laughed. „Okay, sooo... What is with Issei?" „Buchou succeeded. She brought him home and is currently talking to his parents." „Well, than everything is fine, except... Koneko, let me down!." „No!" „Koneko!" „No!" „Ugh, fine. Carry me home." „I'll be happy, when you soon kill yourself!" „You're quite an optimist, Koneko."

Hyosuke retrieved the Demonic Sword Ridill, met his former exorcist partner Lint Sellzen and gave her the sword. Then he helped Rias Gremory just by distracting Raynare long enough, that she can successfully resurrect Issei Hyoudo, but got hurt in the process. But there so much questions: Why became he excommunicated? Why he gave Ridill away? What is the ring, he found in the cave? And will he someday kill himself, as Koneko foretold? Find it out, as the story continues
