It was a beautiful day in Ant Island. The sun shone brightly in the sky.

Flik, Atta, Dot, Valian, and their kids, princesses Flika, Richie and Adrianna, were waiting for the circus family to come for a special visit.

As they heard buzzing wings, the ants spotted the circus bugs on approach.

"Flik, Flik!" a voice called.

Flik felt confused, but noticed Rosie coming quickly.

"Flik, honey, we need you!" Rosie cried.

"Oh, of course, Rosie! What can we do for you?" Flik asked with a smile of appreciation.

But he stopped dead in his tracks as he saw Dim getting a bit tired.

"Whoa, what happened to you?" Flik asked.

"Oh, my!" Atta said with concern.

"Oh, my goodness!" Valian said with less shock.

"Are you okay, Dim?" Dot asked.

As Dim slowly rubbed his eyes, he said,

"I'm sorry, guys. I'm really tired, from the sunlight through my body."

As Rosie scuttled over to him, she took his foot for a shaded place to sleep.

"Here, you can rest under the offering stone," Rosie said with compassion.

"I guess so," Dim agreed, and yawned quietly.

"Flik, honey, is it fine that Dim can sleep under the offering stone? It has a shady place," Rosie requested.

Flik and Atta looked at each other, and reluctantly agreed.

"Oh, sure!" Flik said.

"But be careful, because the food was on top of it," Atta warned calmly.

As Rosie smiled back, she took Dim slowly by the foot all the way to the shade underneath the offering stone. Rosie helped Dim slowly lay down.

"Okay, I'm just gonna nap here. I'll be fine. Tell Gina I just took a rest," Dim told Rosie tiredly as he rubbed his eyes after a long yawn.

"Don't worry, Dim. I will," Rosie said kindly,

"Sweet dreams."

"Thanks, Rosie," Dim said kindly.

As Rosie, with a smile, kissed him on the horn with passion, Dim nudged her last time and fell right to sleep.

As Rosie left him to sleep there, she came back to the others, but noticed Gina feeling concerned.

"Hey, honeybun, what's wrong?" Rosie asked, scuttling to her.

"Mommy, what's with daddy?" Gina asked shyly.

"Oh, sweetie, your father is pretty much tired due to a long day, so he just needed some rest," Rosie responded with a gentle smile, smoothing her daughter's cheeks.

Shyly but surely, Gina reluctantly agreed and understood what her mother was saying. But then, there were mean laughs.

"What's that?" Ramona asked.

"I don't know, do you?" Lukas asked as well.

"Look! The ant bullies are on top of the offering stone!" Flika panicked as she pointed at the ant boy bullies; the three of them were Maxwell, Sheldon and Ashton.

"Boys! Get down from there!" Flik called out sternly to the ant boy bullies.

"They can't respond, Flik!" Atta chimed in.

"Well, they will be in big trouble!" Dot said as she crossed her arms with kind of annoyance.

"I quite agree," Valian said.

"Oh, no! The bullies are going near daddy!" Gina panicked as she spotted the ant boy bullies snickering while sneaking onto Dim.

Shadow reacted, and got into defensive mode, but Gina stopped her little brother and said,

"Shadow, don't! The ant boy bullies are gonna do something bad to you, too, like they did to me. I don't want you to get hurt,"

Shadow reassured his older sister, as if that it'll be okay. Agreeing, Gina followed Shadow to help their father.

Meanwhile, the ant boy bullies were sneaking under the offering stone as they found Dim, who slept quietly there.

Once Maxwell snickered, he climbed on top of Dim's shell.

"Psst, get that circus freak!" he whispered.

Ashton and Sheldon snickered in agreement. Once Sheldon hopped on next to Maxwell, Ashton snuck inside Dim's shell, and physically punched Dim on the back! Dim shot up and yelped, bucking and rearing.

"Oh, get out of the way!" he yelled.

The royal ant family and the other circus bugs yelped and stepped out of the way.

As Gina and Shadow gasped at the ant boy bullies riding on Dim in a mean way, Rosie began to feel ticked off as she started to take out her whip.

Rosie caught up with the ant boy bullies, while her children and the others followed.

As Ashton went out of Dim's shell, so did Maxwell and Sheldon, the three snickered, but froze as they saw Dim stepping close to them as he let out a low, threatening growl.

All of a sudden, the whip lashed in front of the ant boy bullies. The three screamed in fear as they saw Rosie angry, including the others. Rosie reassured Dim, who shook in anger.

"Easy, Dim! Easy, honey. It's okay," she said.

As Rosie petted Dim, he surely calmed down. Then, the two turned angrily to the ant boy bullies.

"You boys stop! Don't you dare wake Dim up like that! He was trying to rest!" Rosie said angrily.

"How could you do this to my dad?!" Gina asked with annoyance, as if her shyness was still here, but half of her ferociousness kicked in.

Shadow nodded as he hissed at the ant boy bullies, who giggled.

"What even is funny?! You three better knock it off!" Flik said sternly.

"This is not even how your parents would've wanted you to act!" Atta added.

"How would you like that if you get hit by, huh?" Dot chimed in as she crossed her arms.

Valian nodded. Adrianna just frowned in agreement; Richie did the same and crossed her arms. Ramona and Lukas did the same with annoyance.

"Hmph! Such immature of you boys!" Gypsy added sternly as she crossed her arms.

"How dare you do this to our dear friend Dim! You three are acting like intolerable ingrates!" Manny said with annoyance as he felt anger inside and outside.

"You three are even worse than the flies!" Francis shouted a little bit angrily.

"This nonsense has to stop, now! You three could get punished," Slim said sternly.

"Ja! I quite agree!" Heimlich said and crossed his arms.

Molt did the same. Tuck and Roll, in agreement, said,

"Hmph!"

As the ant boy bullies felt embarrassed, they noticed their parents furious with them. They punished them and took them home.

The royal ant family and the circus bugs sighed in relief.

"Dim, honey, are you okay?"

"Oh, Rosie, I'm okay. That was close," Dim responded.

As they all sighed in relief, they embraced each other with compassion. The royal ant family and the others came for an embrace, too.

Much, much later...

It was nighttime; all of the circus bugs and the ants bid goodbye to each other; the ants waved to the circus bugs, who did the same and are heading back home to the city of Bugdom.

Then, they all headed inside their homes for bed, falling right to sleep, nice and soundly.
