Castiel found the brothers sitting watching television. His brow furrowed as he observed the game playing onscreen.
"I fail to understand what's being achieved here."
"Join us," insisted Dean, patting the seat beside him. "They're long-term rivals; it should be good."
"Maybe some form of mediation would provide a more equitable solution?"
Sam chuckled good-naturedly. "No, dude, this is an important playoff, someone's gotta win."
"Then perhaps the application of deadly force?"
Dean snorted with laughter.
"I really don't understand," Castiel sighed.
"Yeah, it shows. Although, you do sound a lot like Sam's coach the time he played Little League."
