It was previously on AHA and on here but deleted. Will take this down very soon. Just wanted to update since some people also wanted to know what it was.
Looking for a fic wherein Darcy asks Elizabeth to be his wife. Elizabeth agrees and they arrange things so that Lizzy's family is put up in a cottage worth a couple thousand pounds. Lizzy insists that there is a stipulation that they may choose to end the arrangement as I think she believes Darcy will have and want to marry in the future. She is to be given 2 thousand pounds, I think. They start the arrangement and she is put up in a house in London. They fall in love and Lizzy becomes jealous ever time Darcy is out socializing at balls with ladies his family approve of. There is a scene where Lizzy is walking in London and passes by a townhouse where there is a party and sees Darcy talking to a young lady and she goes home heartbroken thinking that Darcy deserves to marry someone like that. She asks Darcy to end their arrangement and there is even a scene where there is a lawyer and Darcy insists on giving her much more than the 2 thousand pounds they agreed on.
Other scenes:
- Darcy has regency era condoms.
-I think there was also a scene where Lizzy meets Darcy's friends. One of his friends take an interest in Lizzy and when they have a chance meeting at an event tells her that she should contact him if Darcy tires of her
- they go boating to a lake and to a cottage Darcy's friend owns. They fall in the lake but Lizzy has so much fun. All their clothes get wet and I think Darcy's stuff sink.I'm sure the they don't have condoms because of the incident but still have sex (I think?). Lizzy loves the place so much Darcy offers to buy it for her.
I don't remember if it was completed.
