PLL - World War II
It's what seems like a normal summer-day in Hanna's room.
Hanna, Aria, Emily and Spencer hang out there right now.
"Aria, do you still love Ezra?" says Hanna.
"Yeah, of course." says Aria.
Suddenly the room spin and red light flash at rapid speed.
When everything calms down again, the girls are no longer in Hanna's room in Rosewood, instead they are in a small town somewhere.
"Uh...where are we?" says Emily.
"Not sure yet." says Spencer.
"Perhaps it's Spain..." says Hanna.
"We are in Germany during World War II." says Spencer when she notice things that help her to establish where they are.
She see a Nazi soldier walking along the street and an old car outside a store, as well as the German strweet-signs.
"Damn. Not again." says Aria.
The girls have been on other time-travel adventures against their will before.
And they are not happy about having to go on another.
"Wo sind wir?" says Spencer as she walk up to a girl who seem to be around the same age as Aria, Spencer, Emily and Hanna.
"Sie befinden sich in Klotburg." says the girl.
"Okay. Vielen Dank." says Spencer.
Spencer then walk back to Hanna, Aria and Emily.
"How many fucking languages do you speak?" says Hanna.
"14 of them, as of now." says Spencer, as if this wasn't special at all.
"Shit, that's a lot, girl." says Hanna.
"Indeed. Though it's not as advanced as you might believe. Even a lazy person such as you could learn something more than English and Spanish with some solid effort, that is." says Spencer.
"Effort? Ewww!" says Hanna.
"Grow up, Hanna Clarissa Marin." says Spencer.
"Me is so grown up already, Spencer Rowena Melody Evelyn Hastings." says Hanna.
Hanna and Spencer glare with anger at each other.
"Sorry for my raw honesty, but you are actually childish for your age." says Spencer, sounding pissed off right now.
"Don't say that I'm childish." says Hanna, seeming to be just as pissed off.
"Girls, please..." says Emily.
Hanna and Spencer don't seem to hear Emily at all.
"You are childish, Hanna." says Spencer.
"No, Spencer." says Hanna.
Both Spencer and Hanna are still clearly angry at each other.
"Trust me, you don't wanna face my wrath." says Spencer.
"Me not scared one bit." says Hanna.
"If so you're either brave like a soldier or a dumb bimbo." says Spencer.
Usually Spencer wouldn't be so rude that she'd imply that Hanna is a bimbo, but the fact she feel that Hanna has crossed a line she cannot take, Spencer is now so mad at Hanna that she pretty much state outright that Hanna is a dumb blonde bimbo.
"Bimbo? I'm not as smart as you, but I'm no crappy damn bimbo." says Hanna, also feeling that a line has been crossed.
Hanna hate whenever someone see her as a blonde dumb bimbo.
The look on Hanna's and Spencer's faces are that 'I'm gonna cut you in half here and now' type of look.
"Spence, Han, stop this now. We need to focus on gettin' home." says Aria, who is mature and serious as she step in to break up what could turn into a fight between her two friends.
Both Hanna and Spencer sigh deeply and then decides to stop being super-mad at each other and instead help out finding a way back home.
"Now that we've taken care of that. Spencer, where are we?" says Aria.
"Germany...a small town that's apparently named Klotburg. Unfortunately I've never heard of this town before so I cannot specify exactly in what part of Germany we are." says Spencer.
"Maybe we can find a map." says Emily.
"That's a good idea." says Spencer.
Emily, Spencer, Hanna and Aria enter what seems to be a grocery store.
On the wall they find a map.
Thanks to the map they manage to figure out that they are currently in the south-western part of Germany.
"Perhaps we can get a flight to the US. We'd still be in the past, but at least we could get to the correct country." says Emily.
"Rather unlikely. It's the middle of World War II, nobody's going to give 4 civilian girls under the age of 21 a free ride from Germany to North America." says Spencer. "Unless we pay a huge amount in cash or steal a plane."
"What...? Are we stuck in the crappy past...?" says Hanna.
"No. We'll get home. During our other trips through time we always got home, this will not be any different." says Spencer.
"How can you be so sure?" says Emily.
"Logic." says Spencer.
"Okay." says Emily. "Being here's dangerous, especially for me. If I remember correctly, girls who aren't white, such as me, are not treated well during this era."
"That's unfortunately the case. The Nazis wish to get rid of those they consider to be 'not pure' and such." says Spencer.
"Nice. Me is more safe then Em." says Hanna.
"Right, but all of us are in danger here." says Aria. "It's war-time and safety is not anything we should take for granted until we're home again."
"I agree, Aria. Your logic's clear like a diamond." says Spencer.
"Thanks, Spence." says Aria.
"You're welcome." says Spencer.
"Me wanna be home." says Hanna.
"Oh, dear! How sharp like a Spanish sword it is to have a thankless child." says Spencer.
"Indeed." says Aria.
"What?" says Hanna, who doesn't understand what Spencer was talking about.
Emily understands so she simply smile and nod.
"Uh...Em, explain please..." says Hanna.
"Don't, Emily. Hanna needs no more training-wheels." says Spencer, before Emily can say anything.
"Crap." says Hanna.
"If you were to study harder, you'd know where that quote is from and the meaning of it." says Spencer.
"School is poop." says Hanna.
Emily giggle a bit.
"So, what's the plan?" says Emily.
"I don't have one yet. Aria?" says Spencer.
"Neither do I. Sorry." says Aria.
Aria, Hanna, Emily and Spencer hide as a troop of Nazi soldiers march down the street.
"What are those?" whisper Hanna.
"Nazi soldiers." whisper Aria.
"Ewww." whisper Hanna, who at least is aware of what a Nazi is.
"Indeed." whisper Aria.
20 minutes later.
"We need to find some alternate clothing so we can blend in a bit better. Our modern outfits stand out too much and puts us at risk." says Aria.
"Good idea. Why didn't I think of that?" says Spencer.
"No worry. I was just quick this time." says Aria.
"Alright. Do you have an idea how we can find some period-correct clothes?" says Spencer.
"Unfortunately not." says Aria.
"Maybe a trade. Isn't that a clothing store over there?" says Hanna.
Hanna happen to be right, it is a clothing store across the street.
"Could we perhaps trade in what we wear now for other clothes...?" says Hanna.
"That's actually not a bad idea and it is indeed a clothing store." says Spencer.
Even though leaving modern outfits in the past is kind of screwing up the timeline a bit, Aria, Spencer, Emily and Hanna use Hanna's ide and trade in their own modern clothes for period-correct outfits.
Lucky for them the woman who own the store doesn't question their modern clothes at all and simply agree to the trade.
"Now we look like we fit in during this era." says Spencer.
The girls doesn't like the vintage clothes, but wear them anyways so they can blend in better.
They don't wanna stand out in modern clothes because that could get them killed.
Emily, being the one white girl, is in particular dnager, since if the Nazis saw her they might kill her.
Because of this, Emily wear gloves and has a scarf wrapped around most of her face and a hat with wide brim so her 'exotic' look os mostly hidden from open view.
"Time to search for a way home." says Aria.
"Yeah." says Spencer.
"Halt, meine Damen! Bitte identifizieren Sie sich." says a Nazi soldier.
"Anna Rubenstein und Freunde. Wir sind auf dem Heimweg, Sir." says Spencer.
"Gut. Zerbrechliche Frauen gehören nicht auf die Straße." says the soldier and then walk away.
Spencer, Emily, Hanna and Aria feel anger at how rude the sodier is by saying that women are fragile.
"I wish we could punch him to crap." says Hanna.
"That's an opinion I share, but we must do as little damage to history as possible. There truly is no way to tell what effect one of us punching a Nazi could have on the timeline, Hanna." says Spencer.
"Okay. Too bad." says Hanna.
"Just to be clear, trust me I wanted to punch him as well, but we cannot risk changing history." says Spencer.
"Do you really think me smashin' a single dude right in the face is gonna change everything?" says Hanna.
"Honestly I do not know that. Even so we must avoid interaction with people in the past as much as we can." says Spencer.
"Alright." says Hanna.
"Yeah." says Aria.
"I hope we won't end up stuck in this era for the rest of our lives." says Emily.
"Try to have faith, Em." says Aria.
"Kinda hard to do, but I'll try my best." says Emily.
Suddenly someone hold a gun to Emily's neck.
"Kein Schritt mehr, Frau!" says a Nazi soldier.
"Was ist los mit dir?" says Spencer.
"Diese Frau ist eine fremde Hure." says the soldier, clearly talking about Emily.
"Nicht wahr. Sie ist meine Freundin." says Spencer.
Aria notice that the soldier is about to pull the trigger and kill Emily so she use her karate skills to kick down the soldier.
She of course know that they should keep interaction with the past to a minimum, but saving a friends life she consider more important than risking any form of contamination to the timeline.
"Thanks, Aria." says Emily.
"I refuse to allow some damn freakin' Nazi-perv to kill a friend of mine." says Aria.
"Awww! So sweet." says Emily.
"Yup." says Aria.
"Not fair that Aria can attack a dude and me can't..." says Hanna.
"She did it to help Emily. That makes a difference." says Spencer.
"Okay. Next time I wanna hurt the evil guy." says Hanna.
"Deal. You get the next one." says Aria.
"Thanks, Aria." says Hanna.
"Sure, Hanna." says Aria.
4 hours later, the girls have not found a way home.
"Things sure look rather dark for us." says Spencer.
"I hold hope." says Emily.
"Hope? Hope only breeds eternal misery." says Spencer.
"Do ya still believe so?" says Aria.
"Yes, indeed. It's been true before and so it is now." says Spencer, sounding bitter beyond her age.
"Spencer need some bedroom-action to soften up and chill out." says Hanna.
"That might be your worst advice this year, Hanna marin." says Spencer.
"Why doesn't people follow my suggestions?" says Hanna.
"Because most of the time your ideas don't really make much logical sense." says Spencer, all mature and serious.
"Aria, support me, please." says Hanna.
"Unfortunately I must agree with Spencer here. Sorry." says Aria.
"Crap." mumbles Hanna.
"You guys can be mad at each other all ya want once we're back in our own time, but for now we gotta focus on findin' a way to get there." says Aria.
"True, for sure." says Spencer.
Spencer, Aria, Hanna and Emily search the town for any clues and help.
It leads to nothing.
"Damn." says Spencer.
"Yup." says Aria.
"No plan, am I right?" says Emily.
"Extremely right." says Spencer.
"Are we stuck here?" says Hanna.
"I'd not claim such a fate." says Spencer.
"Neither would I, for sure." says Aria.
"Okay. Me cannot build myself a life in this era." says Hanna.
"We aren't goin' to stay." says Aria.
"Good." says Hanna.
"Yeah." says Emily.
Suddenly there's a brief flash of green light and a man dressed in a black leather tuxedo appears.
"Who the damn are you?" says Spencer, sounding almost pissed off.
"I'm Victor Zedalah, otherwise known as Gamma." says the man.
"Are you responsible for our misplaced presence in this era?" says Spencer.
"Yes, Madame Hastings." says the Gamma.
"Bring us home." says Aria.
"That I won't do, Lady Montgomery." says Gamma.
"Exactly what are you?" says Hanna in anger.
"An Avatar, a powerful magical person of unlimited power." says Gamma.
"Fuck! We wanna go home!" says Hanna, all angry.
"Calm down, Han." says Emily.
Hanna calms down.
"I can offer you ladies one thing. Just a single one of you may join the Avatars and I believe the one most worthy of this is Madame Hastings." says Gamma.
"No! Never! There's no fucking way I'd give up my regular life for magic powers." says Spencer.
"Why?" says Gamma.
"Because such powers tend to cause problems in the hands of those not ready for it and I am woman enough to admit that I'm far from perfect. I wouldn't be able to handle such magic." says Spencer.
"Oh...perhaps you'll be more interested if I put it this way. The powers of the Avatars can help you to return home." says Gamma.
"Never do I sell out in such a way. I have standards." says Spencer.
"Then you can stay here in your world's past." says Gamma and then disappear.
"Fucking return, you damn perv!" screams an angry Spencer, now losing control over her temper.
Losing control is rare for Spencer, at least to this extreme level, but when people push her to anger it can indeed happen as we see now.
"Return and take us home!" says Spencer, being so pissed off.
It's been months, nearly a year, since last time she was this pissed off about anything.
"Spence, relax." says Aria, who is the only one aside from Spencer's own mom and Toby who can calm down Spencer properly when she's mad like Hell as she is now.
"Deep breaths..." says Spencer, taking some deep breaths and counting to 10 to herself, relaxing and becomes her normla calm self again.
"One good thing we learned is how we got here in the first place. That man brought us here." says Aria.
"You're right. We need to make him change his mind and help us home." says Spencer.
"How?" says Emily.
"That is the part I've yet to figure out, Em." says Spencer.
"Could we fake a problem? Maybe that will bring him here to help." says Hanna.
"Wow! Hanna comes up with a good idea. That's rare." says Spencer in her typical dry sarcasm.
"Awww! Thanks, Spencer!" says a happy Hanna, childish joy all over her face.
Hanna goes down on her back on the gound and hold her stomach and whine as if in pain.
To everyone's surprise Hanna's acting look and sound very realistic.
Aria and Spencer assume these are acting-skills Hanna has sometimes used to trick Ashley Marin in order to stay home from school and such.
"What the fuck?" says Gamma as he appear in green flames.
"Serious tummy-pains!" scream Hanna.
"I don't care." says Gamma and disappear again.
Hanna stop and stand up.
"Fuck! Didn't work." says Hanna, upset that her idea failed.
"It was close though." says Emily.
"Not close enough." says Hanna in a sad tone.
"Anyone who has another idea?" says Spencer.
"Nope." says Aria.
"Uh...no." says Hanna.
"I've got nothing." says Emily.
"Damn." says Spencer.
4 days later, the girls are still stuck in the past.
Life in the past is the opposite of easy for them, but they are still alive and okay.
The one of them who has it the most difficult is Emily, because she is in danger in this era.
"The past is crap." says Hanna, who also has a hard time being here.
"Yes, but we have to stand it while we're here. I wanna go home as well, trust me." says Aria.
"Me isn't good at adapting to stuff, Aria." says Hanna.
"Not a surprise." says Spencer.
"Booboo to you." says Hanna.
"What?" says Spencer.
"You know exactly what I mean, Spencer." says Hanna.
"Honestly not. The thing you said makes no sense to me." says Spencer.
"Eat butthole." says Hanna.
"I so will not do that." says Spencer.
"Okay then. Whatever floats your uptight poop." says Hanna.
"Please, I am not uptight." says Spencer.
"True. You're not." says Aria.
"She so is." says Hanna.
"Calm down, Han." says Emily.
"Only 'cause it's you, Emily." says Hanna, being adorable.
"Uh...thanks." says Emily.
"Beweg nicht mal einen Finger, du verdammte Hure!" says a very angry male voice.
2 Nazi soldiers kick down the door to the room and aim their rifles at Hanna, Aria, Emily and Spencer.
"Wir sind normale Frauen, keine Huren." says Spencer.
"Gib zu, dass du Sex für Geld hattest!" says one of the soldiers.
"Ich kann mit voller Ehrlichkeit sagen, dass meine Freunde und ich niemals Sex an Männer verkauft haben." says Spencer.
Hanna look confused, unable to understand waht's going exactly, since she doesn't know German.
The only language Hanna speak other than English is Spanish.
"Das ist nicht wahr. Oberst Rubeus weiß, was Sie vier Bimbos getan haben. Sei schlau und gib auf." says the soldier.
"Noch nie!" says Spencer.
The soldiers put handcuffs on Emily, Spencer, Hanna and Aria and take them to a jail.
"Lass uns gehen, bitte." says Spencer.
"Nein. Huren müssen bestraft werden." says the soldier as he push the girls into a small dirty stinky dark cell and then close and lock the door.
"Gamma, I know you can hear and see us! Get your damn ass here and help us!" scream Spencer in raw pure anger.
"Huren müssen bestraft werden." says Gamma as he appear in a flash of green light.
"You know that my friends and I are not prostitutes. Help us home. I demand it." says Spencer.
"Calm down, Spence. You're in no position to make any forms of demand at the moment." says Gamma.
"Fuck! Help us. Are you honestly going to allow us to die in this stinky damn German cell or what?" says Spencer, all pissed off.
"Miss Hastings, you and your friends have been bad girls and for that you are herby punished." says Gamma and then he is gone again.
"No! Come back, at once!" says Spencer in anger.
"Want me to fake tummy-pains again?" says Hanna.
"It didn't work the first time and it sure will not a second time." says Spencer.
Spencer take some deep breaths, trying to calm down a bit.
"Damn. Seems like time to give up has come." says Spencer.
"Spence, not. There's gotta be a way out and home." says Aria.
"How, Aria? We're in Nazi-jail." says Spencer.
"I don't know, but I won't give up yet." says Aria.
"Okay." says Spencer in a sad tone.
The reason Spencer is sad is that she doesn't think she'll ever make it out and back home.
"No, no, no..." mumbles a sad Spencer.
Aria tries to comfort Spencer and Spencer allow Aria to do that.
"We must believe someon's going to come here and save us." says Emily.
"Oh, and who'd do that...?" says Spencer.
"There's gotta be someone as powerful as Gamma, but good that can save us from all of this." says Emily.
"I wish that was true, Em." says Spencer.
"Okay. I firmly believe it is." says Emily.
"Being stuck here is so not sexy." says Hanna.
"Hanna, you better forget all about sex. We'll die here. None of us is ever going to have any more sex." says Spencer.
"Don't be so negative." says Aria.
"Aria, face it. This is our place of death. We're gonna die here in this stinky old cell, forgotten by everybody. There won't even be a funeral for us." says Spencer.
"Somehow we'll make it out and home." says Aria.
"We won't, my friend." says Spencer, all sad.
Spencer seem very weak.
"Never lose hope, Miss Hastings." says a male voice.
Anger spread across Spencer's face, since she think it's Gamma.
It is not.
There's a swirl of bright pure holy light and a man appears.
He's wearing light-brown / white robes.
"Girls, do you need help?" says the man.
"Yeah. Who are you?" says Aria.
"Leo Wyatt, an Elder." says the man.
"That's not the same as an Avatar, is it?" says Spencer.
"No. It's not." says Leo.
"Good." says Spencer.
Leo is about to help Spencer, Emily; Aria and Hanna home when Gamma and 3 other Avatars appear and attack Leo.
Unfortunately Leo has to orb away.
Gamma and the other Avatars follow him.
"We're pretty much dead. Bye, Toby. Don't forget the good stuff I've done." says Spencer, who has more or less given up.
"Ya shouldn't be writin' a death-note yet, Spence." says Aria.
"Sorry." says Spencer.
"Are ya givin' up?" says Aria.
"Kind of, yes. I wanna fight, but I feel so weak and powerless." says Spencer.
"My friend, you need to stay strong." says Aria, trying to comfort the very sad Spencer.
"Thanks. You're amazing." says Spencer.
"I'm doin' my best." says Aria.
"Never could I ask for more than that, Aria." says Spencer.
"Awww! You mean a lot to me. I truly value the friendship you and I have." says Aria.
"So do I, girl. You understand me like few others can." says Spencer.
"Okay. Thank ya." says Aria.
"The only two others who know me as you do are mom and Toby." says Spencer.
"We'll be home soon." says Aria.
"You can't promise me that." says Spencer.
"Perhaps so, but I refuse to give up." says Aria.
"Good that you have strength where I do not." says Spencer.
"I'll try to be the leader until ya feel better again." says Aria.
"Wonderful." says Spencer.
2 hours later.
"You will me follow, girl." says a woman as she enter the cell.
The woman speak crappy English with a thick german accent.
She gesture to Hanna.
Hanna simply sit on the bench where she is, refusing to follow the woman.
"I said, you me follow!" says the woman, getting angry.
The woman pull out a gun.
Hanna stands up.
"Where are you taking our friend...?" says Aria.
"Colonel Rubeus wants seeing her, yes." says the woman.
Hanna follow the woman.
2 hours later, Hanna is returned to the cell.
She look dizzy and sick.
"What happened...?" says Emily.
"The colonel...he...raped me..." says Hanna, almost crying.
"Oh no." says Emily.
"It was far from sweet. He hurt me, he hurt my butt..." says Hanna.
"Han..." says Emily, wanting to comfort Hanna.
"Em." says Hanna, allowing Emily to try and comfort her.
"We must find a way out." says Aria.
"I wish that was possible." says Spencer.
"In my mind I like to think it is." says Aria.
"Too bad I can't feel the same..." says Spencer, being too sad and weak to feel like there's a chance they'll make it home again.
"Maybe that man who wanted to help us returns and saves us." says Emily.
"Unlikely." mumbles Spencer, all sad and tired.
55 minutes later.
"Poopin' crap to be stuck here." says Hanna.
"Very true, for once, Hanna Marin." says Spencer.
"Awww! Thanks so much." says Hanna, happy that Spencer agree with her on something.
"Sure." mumbles Spencer.
"Yay!" says Hanna, all childish.
"Oh, no..." says Spencer, who dislike when Hanna is too childish and not mature.
Hanna can be mature though, but she isn't mature all the time.
"No...sure hope another one of us ain't up for rape next." says Emily when someone enter the cell.
It is the evil woman from before.
"The colonel wants...you!" says the woman and gesture to Spencer.
"Stop! Take me instead." says Aria with confidence and maturity.
Aria doesn't wanna get raped, but she know that Spencer is so weak now that if the colonel rape Spencer it might break Spencer's mind and soul.
"No! Orders colonel gave very specific was. He want her." says the woman.
Spencer stands up.
"Please, don't...my friend is very weak." says Aria.
"Fuck!" says the woman in anger as she push Aria away from Spencer.
Aria get ready for a fight, but calm down when she remember that the evil woman has a gun.
The evil woman take Spencer with her.
2 hours later, Spencer is returned to the cell.
Just like he did with Hanna, the colonel has raped Spencer.
Though he raped her in the vagina, not the butt as he did when he raped Hanna.
Spencer look even more weak now.
"He was so evil..." says Spencer, being close to tears.
Aria does her best to comfort Spencer.
"It was highly disgusting. Felt as if my body was about to be split in half right down the middle..." says a very sad Spencer.
"Spence, you're safe here with, Em and Han now." says Aria.
"Thanks, Aria. You're a true friend." says Spencer.
"And so are you." says Aria.
"Okay." says Spencer.
"Yup, Spence." says Aria.
3 hours later.
"Damn. This cell is such a poophole." says Hanna.
"Looks like Spencer was right. We're going to die here." says Emily.
"No...no. We can't give up." says Aria.
"Okay, sorry." says Emily.
"All of us need to stay strong if we wanna get home." says Aria.
"Bad news..." says Emily when she sees the evil woman enter the cell again.
"You! Your turn." says the evil woman as she gesture to Emily.
"No, she's gay!" says Hanna, defending Emily.
"The colonel care not if you girls be gay or not." says the evil woman.
"Leave my buddy alone!" says Hanna.
"Step off, girl." says the evil woman as she push Hanna to the side, grab Emily and pull Emily with her.
2 hours later, Emily is returned to the cell.
Like Hanna and Spencer before, Emily has also been raped by the colonel.
She look very weak now.
It is obvious that being raped was almost too much for her.
Just a tiny bit more and she might not even have survived the whole thing.
"Em..." says Hanna as she tries to comfort Emily.
"I assume I'm next." says Aria.
21 minutes later, leo appear again.
"Oh, thank gosh!" says Hanna.
"I'm here to take you back home to your won era." says Leo.
Leo use his powers to heal the girls and then he orb them home.
Unfortunately when the girls appear again in Rosewood, the town doesn't look as it's supposed to.
Every house is in ruins.
It seems like the girls' trip to the past changed history and the Nazis has destroyed Rosewood.
"No. This is what I was afraid of. History's been altered." says Spencer.
"Sorry, girls. I wasn't aware that this would happen." says Leo as he appear.
"I never intended for this." says Gamma as he appear.
"You? Damn!" says Spencer in anger, trying to punch Gamma.
"Dumb woman!" says Gamma as he summon flame to strike down Spencer.
Leo heal Spencer.
"All of this is your fault, ya damn old fuckin' perv!" says Hanna, being very mad at Gamma.
Hanna is extremely pissed off.
"Calm down, Hanna." says Emily.
Hanna tries to calm down a bit.
It works.
"You girls are the only ones to blame for this." says Gamma.
"What?" says Spencer.
"This happened because of your actions in the past." says Gamma.
"Fuck that sooo much! You sent us there, you damn perv!" sasy Hanna.
"I did, that I won't deny. Still, this was not part of my plan. You girls were supposed to die in that cell." says Gamma.
"That can't be true. How could the life of 4 regular girls have such a large impact?" says Leo.
"Leo, as an Elder, you should already know." says Gamma and then he's gone.
In a flash of white magic, Piper Halliwell appear.
"Mom?" says Aria.
"What?" says Piper.
"Ya look like my mom. I thought you were her." says Aria.
"I'm not. I've never seen you before. My name's Piper Halliwell." says Piper.
"Okay. Hi. I'm Aria Montgomery." says Aria.
"Damn. I believe I understand." says Spencer.
"What?" says Leo.
"Aria, Emily, Hanna and myself has to die. The Avatar is correct. take us back to the cell." says Spencer, now being her normal self again.
"I'm not going back." says Hanna.
"Neither am I." says Emily.
"We have too. Look what our beloved town has become. The only way to save it is for us to die in the cell in the past." says Spencer.
Aria doesn't know what to say.
10 minutes later.
"Spence, ya have my support." says Aria, having decided what she think is the right thing to do.
"Em, Han, we have to go." says Spencer.
Looking extremely sad, both Emily and Hanna nod in silence.
"Alright. Since everyone agrees, I'll return you girls to the cell." says Leo.
Leo orb the girls back to their cell in the past.
"This way at least the people we love back home will be safe." says Spencer.
"Yup." says Aria.
Emily, Hanna, Aria and Spencer stay in the cell this time, sacrificing themselves to protect the correct future.
2 weeks later, the girls die.
This restores the proper timeline.
And since the timeline is corrected, the girls are born as they should so they exist, even though they sacrificed themselves.
For their noble bravery the Elders reward the girls with the ability to keep their memories of the alternate timeline.
When the new timeline has reached the same day as Gamma first threw the girls back in time to begin with, Leo appear in front of them.
"Miss Hastings, Miss Marin, Miss Fields and Miss Montgomery. You were noble. Because of you the timeline was repaired. Things are now back to how they're supposed to be." says Leo.
"Are we like war heroines now? Do we get medals?" says Hanna.
"You're not, Miss Marin. And you do not get medals, but you all get to keep your memories of the other timeline." says Leo.
"Too bad. Me never get medals for anything." says Hanna.
"Han, calm down." says Emily.
"Okay, Em." says Hanna.
"Uh...if we're here, alive again, who sacrificed themselves?" says Aria.
"You girls did. For your noble bravery you were rewarded with a new life that is the same as the life you lost." says Leo.
"Okay." says Aria.
"Another prize also awaits you when you die a second time, but I'm not allowed to reveal what it is." says Leo.
"I sure hope we won't die again right now." says Aria.
"Do not worry. Each of you will get a long good life." says Leo.
"Thanks." says Aria.
"Can you bring back Ali...?" says Hanna.
"No. Your friend is dead." says Leo.
"I wish she was here." says Hanna.
"We all do, Han." says Emily.
2 weeks later, the girls visit Rosewood Town Library and Archive.
They are there to look up some information for a school-project, but happen to find something.
On a wall there are a collection of old back and white WW II photos and one of them has a specila meaning to the girls.
Usually not observant Hanna is actually the one who finds the photo.
It is a photo of the girls in the past in the alternate timeline.
Apparently the alternate timeline wasn't fully deleted.
There's also a handwitten note in German next to the photo.
Spencer, who can read German, reads the note, which says "4 girls, names unknown, killed by 5th SS artillery squad on July 12th 1936."
"That's us..." says Emily.
"Indeed." says Spencer.
There's also a small brass plaque that in English says "For outstanding valor during dark times these 4 girls of which we sadly do not have confirmed names are posthumously awarded Medal for Merit upon order from the President of the United States of America."
"Cool. We do get awards." says an excited Hanna.
"No, we don't, Hanna. You cannot go and claim that medal. Doing so would screw up history. What we know must remain a secret." says Spencer.
"It's kinda obvious that's us." says Hanna.
"Perhaps to our eyes, but clearly no one else has noticed and that's how it must stay." says Spencer.
"Very true, indeed." says Aria.
Hanna nod, forced to admit that Spencer and Aria are very right.
Hanna get sad that she cannot get her medal.
"Never is the Hanna-Boo awarded..." says a sad Hanna.
"Be glad you're the queen of power-shopping." says Emily.
"There's no award for that, Em." says Hanna.
Spencer open the big thick book on the table under the photo.
She finds what she's looking for Spencer reads.
"During the night between July 12th and July 13th of the year 1936, Colonel David Andrews and his men performed an attack on a small German countryside jail. The bodies of 4 US girls were found. 4 weeks later the President ordered that these girls shall be awarded the Medal for Merit for their outstanding bravery in direct contact with the enemy. Signed by Major Adam McLeod of the US Army office of administration."
"Wonderful that our alternate selves were found and didn't just go all forgotten." says Emily.
"Yeah." says Aria.
"I have to admit that it's nice that the other versions of us didn't end up lost among the winds of history." says Spencer.
"Awww! So cute. Spence's less uptight." says Hanna, all sarcastic.
"Gee...thanks, Hanna." says Spencer, being sarcastic in return.
The girls leave Rosewood Town Library and Archive, all of them now feeling proud of their alternate selves for being brave enough to die for a greater good.
"Spence, where did our medals end up?" says Hanna.
"Usually posthumous awards are presented to the closest family-member or the person's love-interest, but since they didn't know our identities I assume the medals were simply kept in storage somewhere with a note about who they are for." says Spencer.
"Okay..." says Hanna, who as the lazy ditz she is barely understood half of what Spencer just said.
"How about lunch?" says Emily.
"Sweet idea. Let's go to the Grille." says Aria.
"Yay!" says a happy Hanna.
"How sharper than a thug's sword it is to have a thankless child." mumbles Spencer.
"I hope Caleb wanna do it with me later." says Hanna, getting turned on.
"Too much information, Hanna." says Aria.
"C'mon, girl. Don't you ever do it with Ezra?" says Hanna.
Aria doesn't answer.
"Damn!" says Hanna.
Hanna get happy again when they arrive at the Grille.
"Awww!" says Hanna with a cute smile.
"Yeah." says Emily, bring happy too.
Spencer and Aria seem to be happy as well.
"I'm so fucking hungry." says Hanna, being overdramatic as she often is.
The 4 girls enter the Grille.
Lucky for them, their usual table is available.
Each girl order her favorite food.
