Hey, guys! This is one of those digging in the crates stories. This story was written in late 2018 and was lost due to not placing a title on it. Then, we stumbled upon this story after cleaning up our computer files. The premise of the story is that Glynda Goodwitch becomes concerned with Team RWBY's relationship with men. In order to quell their fears, a pilot program was initiated to help with that said fear - appointing a practice boy to let out their insecurities and inhibitions.
This will be a story of femdom. Be advised that the content of this story includes (or eventually will include) bondage, humiliation, strong sexual content, master/pet play, and reverse rape. If this story isn't your cup of tea, then please refrain from reading this. This is an OOC Glynda x OOC Izuku and OOC Team RWBY x OOC Izuku story. Enjoy!
Professor Glynda Goodwitch believed that tonight was the appropriate time to teach her students on the lesson of combating in the darkness. It wasn't obviously hard to find a selective group of students to have to aid her on this lesson, but she had to announce it publicly without arousing suspicion from Old Man Ozpin or Professor Port.
It was a calm and starry night at Forever Falls. She was quite surprised to not hear a hark from Beowulf or a crackling stir of nearby Grimm. Maybe they knew that Glynda and her students needed some private time to conduct their studies without disturbances. Or that was what the professor had told herself. It mattered not for the lesson to commence.
Flicking away her evening cigarette, she could hear rustling from the bushes. Having her weapon on standby, her stance was prepared for the unknown visitor.
"Geez, Goodwitch! Why be on your guard if you are the one that invited us?" It was the pun-inducing Yang that spoke first. Being the lead defensive team member, she was leading first.
Glynda calmed down. "Sorry, girls! When you are out in the open, then you must remain vigilant. Hunter's code."
"Could have done this lesson in the morning, Professor?" It was the cheery leader Ruby that had spoken next. Rubbing her eyes as she would rather be in dreamland eating Nora's world famous pancakes and ride magical unicorns and ligers.
"Does Cinder or Salem make scheduled visits? Do you think Sienna would call me to announce her attacking us?" She put her finger to her lip. "Do you think Neo would email me and CC Torchwick…."
"We get it! We get it! Always stay on our guard." Glynda should have known better as the dark-haired, bow-wearing silent beauty Blake was standing beside her. Chewing on an apple, she, too, was yawning as it was past the devil's hour. "Still, Professor. We could have done it at least in the late evening." She stretched out her arms. "But, honesty, whatever you have to do, do it. I need the credit anyway."
"And I need the rest." The pompous, prissy and pampered Weiss spoke as her fists were balled and her eyes were shut due to her current aggravated state. "You alerted us to be here at three in the morning. My body needs at least eight hours. Honestly, if I were like Cleopatra, I would preferably want a twenty-three hour beauty sleep.
With your nasty attitude, I would shoot for twenty-four. However Glynda wouldn't dare say that to Weiss' face. She wasn't intimidated by the Snow Princess but her parents. It was Jacquee Schnees' sponsorship that was allowing Goodwitch to initiate this pilot program. "Girls! Team RWBY! Thank you for coming out this morning on this special assignment." The professor proceeded to walk down the line, eyeing each girl she passed. "You girls were carefully selected due to your scores, partnership, and the fiercing reputation you leave with your classmates."
Weiss folded her arms. "Goodwitch, please. Daddy obviously picked us because of me. Why else would we be here in this ungodly hour." She scoffed. "Like Coco or Velvet or even Winchester having a chance." She nodded self-approvingly. "The benefits of being a Schnee."
Goodwitch shut her eyes, refusing to get there unless having murderous thoughts. Blake's Gambol Shroud would definitely work well around Weiss' leathery neck. She digressed her thoughts, returning back to the matter at hand.
"Anyway, you girls were carefully selected because we are working on a pilot program to conduct hand-to-hand combat," explained Goodwitch.
Yang clenched her fist. "Awesome! Punching bags and trained Grimm were becoming too mundane and boring." She slapped Blake's back. "A girl like me needs some action and not acting." She winked. "Get it?!"
Blake spoke next. "Hand to hand combat. Do we already do that?"
"Yes and no," answered Goodwitch. "Yes, as in preparing for battle for the enemy. No, as in something else."
"Something else," questioned Ruby.
"Girls, the faculty and staff have become concerned with the lack of camaraderie between students," she said. "They feel as those because of the competitive nature, certain individuals are creating problems."
"Problems," retorted Weiss. "This is Beacon, not UNICEF. If those certain people have problems, then they need to take that up with Oum and not us."
Glynda rubbed the sole of her feet. She needed to quit beating around the bush. "Well, when I mean certain issues, I mean in the male department."
Each girl stared blankly at their professor.
The professor sighed lightly. "We've noticed the low levels of relationship between the men and women here. If it isn't at practice, it is during lectures, in the cafeteria, and even in dorm life."
"Is this supposed to be a seminar," questioned Blake. "Because I could go back to bed."
"I agree," commented Yang. "The boys should know who they are up against." She crossed her arms. "What's the matter? No longer opposed and oppressed from the dominance of woman power?"
"Amen, sister," said Ruby.
Glynda raised her hand, inciting silence. "I can agree with you. About time women take over and prove precedence over everything. However, if we want to continue receiving funding and not involving certain parties, then it is best if we…."
"No! I won't stand for this," barked Weiss. "That is why I can't stand men. Men get a bit offended when they are on the opposing end for once." She spat on the ground. "Damn their feelings."
"They better get with the program if they want to last with me," said Yang. "According to my live weapon on my arm, I can serve and protect my damn self."
"Now I can see why I don't fool with them anymore," scoffed Blake. "Hell, why I kicked Adam to the curb." She gripped Yang's hand affectionately. "Sorry, Goodwitch! If this nightly lecture is supposed to make us develop male sensitivity, then screw this!" She threw away her apple and then turned to the others. "I don't need the extra credit, I am heading back to the warmth of a dorm with fellow ladies in arms."
Glynda bit into her lip as this didn't go exactly as planned. "Fine! Fine! Go back and tend to your duties. I can find other reasonably dutiful students to help me train them on controlling and dominating a man."
Blake paused in her tracks. Weiss gave Glynda a look. Ruby was thinking if Forever Falls was made of chocolate ice cream. Yang let go of Blake's hand and went to Goodwitch. "What do you mean controlling and domination?"
The professor stamped her feet. "You've heard me! What is said is what I said."
Momentary silence filled the area. Yang sighed through her nose as she looked at Blake. Both had the intricacies of knowing and feeling what the other was feeling. In the end, the blonde decided to hear her professor out. "Explain! We're listening!"
"Before I was rudely interrupted, Ozpin became aware of the negative relationship between men and women on campus," explained Goodwitch. "So, thanks to Weiss' father, we have started a pilot program to help girls like yourselves become comfortable with men." She narrowed her eyes. "In their best way possible." She took another breath, wishing she would have smoked that cigarette before meeting the girls.
"Let me get this straight, pardon the pun" said Yang. "So, you're saying that you have boys who want to become comfortable with us?"
"Not exactly," said Goodwitch. "Let's say that you can view them like practice Grimm in battle."
"Like mannequins," asked Blake.
"Yes, in a way," answered Goodwitch.
Yang looked onto the others. Each had nodding of approval from the other. Glynda was feeling relieved. "So, these boys were selected due to their relationship with women. Ranging from mild-mannered to aggressive. The purpose for you girls is to get yourself comfortable with them until you guys feel comfortable working with them.
A boy will be assigned to you. I will have instructions on what you would need to do. Each girl that succeeds will receive extra credit and a letter of recommendation from Ozpin and yours truly following completion of your studies here."
Although a letter of recommendation wasn't necessary, Weiss thought, she wouldn't mind entertaining the notion of hard work "And they are compliant," asked Weiss. "Sounds pretty sus!"
Isn't the pot calling the kettle black, thought Goodwitch. "Look at them as a rent-a-boy, a peer buddy…"
"A punching bag," interjected Yang.
"A waste of space," said Blake.
"Subservient," said Weiss.
"I still see the shadows in my room. Can't take back the love that I gave you," said Ruby melodically.
Glynda shook her head at the lovable oaf of a leader. "Whatever you want to call him, he will be yours until you guys can become comfortable."
Yang looked onto the others once again. "Does anyone else know?"
"No, ma'am. Just you four girls!" Glynda pulled out her scroll, showing the girls their files. "You guys were highly rated by faculty as the selected girls due to your proclivities with each other."
Yang scoffed under her breath. "So, what? I am dating Blake. Is that a problem?"
Weiss interjected. "And I am dating Ruby. Is that a problem?"
Glynda bit into her lip. She kept telling herself that these were teenage girls who were at the critical age in which they were overwhelmed by their emotions. "That isn't the reason for this, ladies. Who you love and date is your choice. Honestly, I don't care what you guys do personally. What you do outside of class is your business. However, professionally, you guys have such an influence in this covenant womanhood of yours that it is spreading towards your female classmates.
Quite frankly, I am impressed, but we don't need rifts and we sure as hell don't need to lose any funding." She eyed Weiss. "A contributor can only do so much. Ozpin isn't a bank. We still need sponsors."
"Sounds like a personal problem. The maidens should do something about this," said Blake.
"Let's not involve them," interjected Glynda. "Anyway, if the pilot program becomes successful, then we will continue it," said Goodwitch. "The program will last for four weeks. Due to the secrecy and not wanting to involve others, we will conduct these meetings at night. We will excuse your afternoon courses so you guys can have the acquired amount of rest. Report here at three in the morning sharp. It is I that will be your instructor for this course." She approached the girls. "I can trust you not spreading the word. We don't need any leaks. Although it appears legal, I wouldn't know how the public can handle it."
"Wait a minute," interjected Yang. "Didn't you say that this pilot program will eventually continue? That does mean it will involve other students."
Glynda would have wished it was Velvet Scarlatina or Penny Polendina. Those girls wouldn't dare ask questions. "Saying this is like attending Hogwarts. Although it is there, is it really there?"
Each teammate looked at each other. "Good point," they said.
"With that being said, are you guys on board," asked Goodwitch.
Yang turned to Blake. "I'm okay with it. Only if you are okay with it."
Blake tilted her head down as she silently nodded.
"I'm fine with it," said Weiss. "Only and only if Ruby is okay with it." She turned to Ruby. "Ruby? Ruby?"
The girls turned to find Ruby on her knees as she stuck her head into the water. "Oum, yuck! My thoughts lied to me. This doesn't taste like chocolate ice cream."
A sweatdrop appeared on each girl.
A bit humorous to the professor, but she must keep a stance on professionalism. "Great, since we have all agreed, we can finally begin our pilot program. Welcome to the School of Huntresses in High Intensity Training."
Ruby, wiping her face from the water, began pondering on the words. "Wait a minute, does that spell as…" Her mouth was covered by Weiss. Nervously, the Snow Princess produced a smile. "Forgive my lovable Ruby, professor."
Glynda clicked her tongue. "Follow me."
A few minutes later….
The forest was ancient. The trees, thick and old, roots that were twisted. It might once have been filled with bird-song and animals that roamed. But now it was ages past its former glory. Its' canopy was so dense that one could only see the occasional streak of sunlight that rarely touched the forest floor. Even its thick vines were slowly taking away the last remnants of the temple that stood in the center.
Glynda led the way as they were going deeper into the forest. Each girl followed each other according to their order on their acronym.
"Professor," asked Yang in the broken silence of the night. "These boys. Are they one of our classmates?"
"No! It is definitely wise not to involve any of the Beacon boys. Don't need leaks," answered Goodwitch as she used her lantern as guiding light. "Also, we only have a boy. It wasn't really in the budget to get others. Plus, with him, I think all four of you can handle him."
"Oum, it would have been nice to use Cardin or Sky," said Yang while clenching her fist. "Or that bastard Dove."
"Would have loved to have Adam," said Blake. "Seeing him crushed by my hands and by my Yang."
"Jaune. Nothing more, nothing less," said Weiss. "Neptune will be a close second."
"Girls," retorted Goodwitch. "We aren't trying to provoke violence. I've said adjusting, not giving the chiropractor a reason to give them adjustments."
"Or a coroner," said Yang.
"Jesus," said Glynda under her breath. "This boy isn't even from Remnant. He was a specially acquired purchase."
"Specially acquired," questioned Blake.
"Let's say he is a loaner until the borrower pays back their debt," responded Goodwitch.
A few more minutes later….
The shed was where the Academy harbor gym equipment and gardening tools. The shed wasn't used as often, with the exception of lawn care, Grimm practice, and the occasional field and track events.
Goodwitch reached into her purse and retrieved a key. Before she opened the door, she turned to the girls. "What happens in this shed, stays in this shed. This is between us five and Ozpin and Mr. Schnee and…."
"We get it. No leaks," said Yang. "Can we see the punching bag...I mean practice boy."
"Certainly!"
Glynda unlocked the door and pushed it forward. Upon entering the room, the scent of musk entranced their noses.
Blake plugged her nose. Yang fanned the musk with her hands. "Holy Oum," cried Blake disgustingly. "It smells like...it smells like…"
"Smells like teen spirit," questioned Yang.
"Yuck! Smells like a gym locker," said Weiss. "There is definitely a boy in here."
"Easy, princess," said Glynda. "I can't recall the last time the shed has been used." She counted her fingers. "What year did your parents graduate from here, Ruby and Yang?"
Ruby's nose twitched. Sniffing noises came from her. "Smells like Jaune whenever he sports his All Might boxer shorts on a hot spring day after practice."
Weiss touched Ruby's shoulder. "And how would you know about that, sweetness?!"
Ruby bit into her lip nervously. "Teenage curiosity?!" She put her index fingers together as she produced her octopus lips.
"Ladies, ladies! Save the lover's quarrel for later." Goodwitch said with absoluteness in her voice. "This place needs tidying up, obviously of course! Cut us some slack. The venue was sort of last minute in case of prying eyes." Glynda went silent. Her thoughts were now recalling the location of the lightswitch. Using the flashlight, she shined the light on the finite walls. After a moment, she saw the lightswitch. "Let there be light!"
The girls watched as the lights exposed the shed. To them, it looked like the dusty, cobwebbed confines of an abandoned shed. A location for a good ole-fashioned Valian raping or a down home murder.
However, what wasn't one would find in a shed was a leather couch and a bed wrapped in plastic.
"I will have staff come back and decorate in the morning," said Goodwitch as she placed the flashlight on the nearby table. "Sort of a rush if you know what I mean."
"You're always the professor full of surprises," commented Yang.
Goodwitch pretended that she didn't hear that. Now, it was time to conduct business. She went into her scroll and clicked on her contacts. The line was trilling as she was awaiting an answer.
Hey, Goodwitch here!
I want to alert you that the horses are in their stable.
Four fillies as directed. We weren't seen.
Is their bridle ready?
Their bridle?! Who else?
I thought we weren't going to call him the gimp?
NO! Those were Ozpin's words. Their bridle, their saddle! We must keep code in case of leaks.
Nevermind that! Is he ready or not?
What do you mean he is here? In the back? Oum, you are so dumb!
What do you mean you don't have a fuck to give?
Oh, trust me! When I come back, you're going to have two fucks.
The blonde professor turned off her scroll. "Pardon the unprofessionalism," she lightly chuckled. "So, the practice boy has arrived." She gripped her scroll tightly. "Earlier than planned and in a way that I didn't want to be presented." Needing a set of strong hands, her eyes immediately looked toward the dragon.
Yang didn't even want to debate. "Through the backdoor?"
Glynda nodded affirmatively. Yang, with Blake accompanying her, went to the backdoor of the shed to retrieve Goodwitch's gimp.
While Glynda waited on the girls to retrieve their item, Weiss was having a little tet-o-tet with Ruby.
"Please, Ruby, that Jaune's boxers was the only thing you were sniffing," she said worriedly. "Did he force you into that?"
"No, he didn't," answered Ruby. "Curiosity! Hormones are the culprit!"
"I know you aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer and I love you for it, but why didn't you tell your girlfriend," asked Weiss.
"I was curious, okay," said Ruby. "Can I get curious about a guy's scent?"
"No," snapped Ruby. "Men are disgusting, fallible creatures. If anything, they are just breeding stock. And that is it! So, stay away from Jaune and any other guys."
"Yes, ma'am," said Ruby disappointingly.
Glynda turned her back on the girls when hearing Blake and Yang returning into the shed. Yang was carrying an emerald-colored wooden chest on her shoulder.
With Blake laying on top of it.
"You call this heavy," questioned Yang as she gently placed it on the floor. "You made it sound like I was carrying boulders."
Goodwitch, once again, overlooked Yang's quips. Inside that wooden chest contained the practice boy that Ozpin and Jacques Schnee acquired. From the intel that she had gathered, the boy comes from Japan. His father got into a massive amount of debt after involving himself in illegal gambling of pachinko and baccarat. The extensive amount of credit he owed belonged to organized crime syndicates that were involved in drug operations, extortion, and specifically, human trafficking.
The father's wife didn't serve them any purpose because she was obese. The loan shark decided to take the father's son instead until the father paid back his entire debt. In the backchannels, Jacques Schnee happened to see the boy as he was in an auction to become sold as a dutch boy. Originally, he opted to have the boy to be shared for him and his wife, but decided to give him to Beacon's pilot program.
Ozpin assigned Goodwitch the role of serving as the boy's guardian. Her job was to groom him to the student's liking. She didn't think the purpose of grooming involved dominating until submission. However, as the strict disciplinarian as she is, the role wasn't too far from her personality. Upon meeting the boy, she almost felt sorry for him. To think that his father was willing to put his own son into that position and didn't do much resistance. In Goodwitch's eyes, in the mind of a degenerate gambler, anything was collterial.
The professor kneeled to the chest. It was made out of cottonwood. If she recalled what Ozpin told her, the key should be under a crevice. "Eureka!" Goodwitch took the key into her palm. Licking her dry lips, she reached for the padlock that kept the practice boy within its confines.
As she inserted the key, she clicked her tongue to have the girls' attention. "When you see him, no wisecracks." She looked at Yang.
"No damn cliches!" She looked at Weiss.
"Viewing him as a terrorist or a political prisoner is null and void," she looked at Blake.
"Ruby! Just like glass or anything precious, handle with care," she said as she put the key into the padlock. The clicking sound confirmed its unlocking. She removed the padlock and placed it on the floor. She took a deep breath before opening the trunk.
Once opened, the girls circled around the chest to view the practice boy.
The boy was short. His round face was framed by a short mess of fluffy dark-green hair. His eyes were large and somewhat circular, their irises the same green color as his hair, giving him an innocent, energized appearance. He had freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek. Despite looking small, he had toned muscles that were quite developed.
Yang's jawed slackened when seeing his muscular appearance. Blake immediately turned away when seeing his face. Weiss remained unmoved, just surprised that his appearance contrasted her original thoughts.
"Ooh! Who is the cutie," asked Ruby.
The boy was sleeping. Next to him was the oxygen tank that was keeping him breathing. Glynda decided to let the boy sleep a bit longer before closing the chest.
"Ladies, this is Izuku Midoriya. For the next several weeks, he is going to be your practice boy."
To be continued….
