Ghost of Zorro Chapter 1: Prologue

(We see a dark room with only a candle for light, than a gloved hand slowly goes across and grabs a mask on the wall, then quickly moves it over the candle and turns it off, then a man wearing the mask, along with a black hat, shirt, pants, a cape and sword comes down a staircase with a lantern heading to a cave where he keeps his black horse, rides his horse through some vines hiding the cave's entrance, and some dark clouds form as thunder and lightening form a "Z")

Chorus: Out of the night

When the full moon is bright (The full moon appears as Zorro rides up the hill and waves his hat as his horse whinnies and rears)

Comes a horseman known as Zorro

This bold renegade carves a "Z" with his blade (Zorro then does a swordfight with Sergeant Garcia until he carves a "Z" on his sash, then throws a knife to a door with a note attached saying, "Beware, Commandante, my sword is a flame to right from wrong so heed well my name. Zorro.")

A "Z" that stands for Zorro

Zorro, Zorro, the fox so cunning and free (Zorro rides like the wind while being chased by some lancers, then does another swordfight while we only see his and his opponent's shadows)

Zorro, Zorro, who makes the sign of the "Z" (Zorro swings on a rope over an Army garrison, then carves a "Z" on a sheet of music)

Zorro, Zorro, the fox so cunning and free (Zorro then crawls over a roof, once again swings on a rope to a burning corral and jumps over it on his horse)

Zorro, Zorro, who makes the sign of the "Z" (Zorro finally smashes and jumps through a window and again carves a "Z" on a wanted poster)

Zorro, Zorro, Zorro, Zorro, Zorro, Zorro, Zorro, Zorro, Zorro (The song ends as Zorro rides over the hill with the title "Ghost of Zorro" blowing all around him)

A/N: Just taking a break from my "Rudolph" story, but will update it from time to time. Anyway, the following story is a remake/spinoff of both the 1957-59 Walt Disney TV Series and the 1949 Republic Pictures Cliffhanger Serial, which starred Clayton Moore, who also gained fame as another masked rider in the Old West, the Lone Ranger. This opening is the original intro to the TV Series. All rights go to both Disney and Republic Pictures.
