Sword Arcade Online Chapter One

To be clear this was an idea that came up during the Gundam crossover I did for this crossover type. Now Spartan719 and Ten Faced Paladin either one of them provided the inspiration for this story. Only I won't be using GAIM. For this story I will be using Ex-Aid. =P Either way, this will have similarities but will be slightly different.

Argus Incorporated-nine o'clock at night-Day before the release of Sword Art Online

It was late at night as a young man, with black hair was working late into the night to develop his own game to replace SAO once he finished programming his game. So Dan Kuroto, child prodigy found himself working 'with' one of the brightest minds in Virtual Reality Gaming, Kayaba Akihiko. The problem was that 'with' actually meant under, as Kuroto would spend his time getting people coffees when he was not helping with the programming of enemy characters, mainly minor characters only he was also programming some tutorial characters in his own time and game gear. Dan Kuroto pinched the bridge of his nose before frowning as he looked over his code. Something was missing and the only way find it was to do something that would get him fired and Black Listed from Gaming Development.

Kuroto sighs before moving over to the desk of his boss. Akihiko desk was in the centre of the large office on a rotating desk that allows him to watch all those who work under him. Kuroto went over to the desk and went to log into the computer while a small metal model of a flying castle rested on the desk as the only decoration, with a plank on the base that says, 'AINCRAD.'

Kuroto used that to log into the computer with a single attempt, where he sees all the hard work done and gritted his teeth when he discovers that all of his hard work had been redone keeping the coding that had his gaming name included. Though the icing on the cake was the Cardinal Operating System used his programming for his game, evidence of this was his name and the name for his game included in the programming. Kuroto was angry before he decided to search all the other content of Sword Art Online until he found a file hidden by coding, "DEATH GAME!?" he read the file data and prototypes for the hardware to play the game and found an alternate version of the Nerv-Gear along with a base version of the operating system. Kuroto glares and says, "Oh he is going to be remembered in history. That should be my NAME!"

Kuroto then started going over everything to remove this apparent Death Game mode to what in a sense is his game only for nothing to work and that was when he learned that Akihiko needed to be present with a pass key to remove anything. He had less than a day not enough time to get around that only gives him one option. He needed to add content to Sword Art Online but with his in depth knowledge of the operating system's coding and had the biggest head start compared to anyone else along with a draft of resignation and enough information to get away scot-free when SAO is released to the general public and Dan Kuroto will be the true winner.

The next day Dan Kuroto did not come in as he left a letter of resignation and documents stating Akihiko's plans for the game. Details were also sent to the Government, the press and Police. Dan Kuroto walked away with company secrets that only one other person knows of and would be indisposed for the coming months.

In the end he could only include four artificial intelligences and a set of armours depending on the players who have the best stats in the game. Either way, Dan Kuroto would become the biggest name in Gaming and it was all because of his efforts to save those trapped in the Death Game, SWORD ART ONLINE.

Next day-SWORD ART ONLINE-Five hours since launch

A young man with black hair and wearing blue starting gear was watching the sun set in AINCRAD after spending the afternoon teaching a new player how to use the combat system. The pair were discussing some of the finer points along with where the best places to grind levels. The newbie with him was older with red hair. They had started to sort out their gear and log out, the red haired man for his pizza and ginger ale only they discovered a lack of Log out in the player menu. They had tried messaging the General Managers of the game only to receive nothing until a mass message was sent out and the two suddenly found themselves teleported back to the starting courtyard along with all the Ten Thousand Players that were still alive. Above them the sky started bleeding and a red cloaked giant floated in the air, introduced himself as Akihiro Kayaba and stated that one hundred players have been killed after someone apparently betrayed him at Argus. He then why there was no 'Log Out' option on the player menu, informing everyone that they had to clear all one hundred levels of Aincrad to leave and that death in this world means death outside.

The Red haired man whispered to the black haired man, "He is joking right Kirito?"

The black haired man or Kirito, his game name, answered, "It is possible Klein, the Nerve Gear can work as a high tech Microwave it is how the quality is so high. But with the internal power supply means that even if you unplug it any attempts to remove it could be fatal. I doubt he would just let the battery run flat," which turned out to be true as Akihiro explained that everyone would have three hours to be transferred to where they could continue playing without fear of dying outside. With that everyone was given one last gift a mirror that they all used only it revealed how they actually looked outside the game. Though it kept everyone's hair colour the same as when they logged in. Kirito changed very little while Klein now looked like a poorly shaved office working in clothes that don't really suit him.

Klein looked to Kirito and says, "What happened to your face?"

Kirito touched his face and says, "The Nerve Gear has high intensity scanners which is how they got our faces and when we applied we had to admit our real gender before being given the option to customise our characters. Not sure how they got our real height and body types."

Klein countered that by saying, "That calibration step during the set up to use the Nerve Gear had us touch a bunch of spots with our hands both left and right and with our feet for some reason," Kirito nodded remembering the instructions for setting up the Microwave Helmet. Klein then continues, "This is bad, I am stuck in here with all my friends. I hope they are okay."

Kirito then notices the gates out the courtyard was open and grabbed Klein's wrist and starts running silently out the courtyard and when they found themselves away from everyone Kirito started planning, "We need to head to the next Town, the area around the Town of Beginnings will fill up and run out before we can get to a high enough level where we can clear out the first floor within the first week. But we have to leave now."

Klein frowns before stating, "I can't leave my friend behind," Kirito frowns.

Kirito did his maths deep in thought, 'If it was just me and Klein we could level up quickly before players start to grind there. But if one more person came we would struggle to rank up.'

Klein saw the look on Kirito's face and says, "You go ahead, I will be fine and I will show my friends what you taught me. See you at the first Boss," Klein then started walking back to the courtyard.

Kirito simply says, "Don't die."

Klein chuckles and says, "You two man," Klein and Kirito ran in opposite directions. Only Klein was stopped half way back due to something new included in the game.

Kirito was running out the Town of Beginnings and along a path as a Wolf spawned in his way only to be cut down. After that a large window appeared that was not part of the game in the Beta and should not be included in the actual game at all. What he saw was a large pink screen that was titled, 'MIGHTY ACTION X' Kirito stepped back only for a hand to launch out the floating screen and pulled him inside and it would change his time in SAO for the better.

Two months later-Final Town before the First Level end Dungeon-An hour before midday

Kirito looked around from under a tree in the shade. He was doing his best to remain unnoticed as he had been grinding in several secret areas that only he could access though he was only up one or two levels higher than the strongest player in town, in his base form. Kirito appeared to be brooding when someone arrived that he had not seen in two months, "Kirito!" came Klein's voice he came over while his crew were further back buying new gear.

Kirito simply says, "Hey Klein. How have you been?"

"Grinding, my friends and myself found a couple Dungeons to level up but it only worked in one or two places. You?" Klein speaks.

"Slower then I liked," Kirito states before asking, "You in a party with your friends?"

"Yeah, full up, turns out that experience is shared between party members," Klein states simply before commenting, "Any idea what is going to happen with this meeting?"

Kirito had one theory before saying, "Not sure my guess is that some news came up about the first floor boss," Kirito then whispered, "Unfortunately the Dungeons changed since the Beta." Kirito did not know it but one person heard out of sight before walking away. Kirito then asks, "So anything that should be shared?"

Klein smirks before saying, "Well I heard a rumour about some armoured warriors being spotted around the different dungeons. Though I wonder who be going around dressed in pink fighting monsters with a tiny mallet." Klein failed to seeing Kirito flinch at that. Klein then continues, "Maybe one of these armoured guys will show up."

Kirito frowns before stating, "It is just a rumour. I doubt some really strong items are in the game."

Klein just had a knowing smirk as he says, "You said it yourself new features were added since the Beta. Either way, the meeting is about to start."

With that the pair walked back over to Klein's party and introduced each other before heading to the meeting area, which was an old stone stage with seats for people to be entertained by other players. This was the perfect place for everyone to meet up and listen to this one play by the name Daibel.

Everyone was sitting on the stone steps when a man with blue hair and appeared to be very knightly stepped forward. This is Daibel and the first words that came out his mouth had everyone's attention, "My party found the Boss Room this morning," that received gasps from everyone in the theatre. Daibel continued, "We can do this, we have to show everyone that this game can be cleared and we will see our loved ones again."

Everyone was raring to go with those two sentences until a complete idiot showed up leaping on stage, "STOP RIGHT THERE!" he leaped on stage where it was revealed that his head looked like a red spiked mace, "THERE IS SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT NEED TO APPOLIGISE TO THE TWO THOUSAND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DIED!"

Klein sitting behind Kirito and a cloaked girl was shocked as he whispered to Kirito, "Two Thousand People are dead already?"

Kirito frowned before whispering back, "Yeah over the first couple weeks, most of them was suicide and jumping off Aincrad," Klein nods in understanding as they returned to listening to Daibel.

Diabel continued, "You mean the Beta Testers? Kaobaru?"

Kaobaru growls and says, "Of course! They took all the best quests and hunting spots leaving us players who weren't part of the Beta out to dry."

Kirito was frozen in shock as that was not exactly what he did as he actually ran ahead to hunt but only enough to be able to move to the next town before reaching the Dungeon but he never took over a hunting spot, even moved along when others wanted to use the hunting spot.

Klein was about to shout at Kaobaru only for a large Black man to stand and start talking, "You have issues man," he walked forward as Daibel asked him to introduce himself, "I have been known by many names, Chocolate Thunder, Black Menace, Dark Beast but you can call me," there was a build up of intensity before he spoke, "Tiffany." (It was at this point the readers went to watch the Abridged Series for the greatest introduction in a parody of an Anime.)

"That sounds manly," Kaobaru states.

"It shouldn't it's a woman's name," Tiffany (Agil) states before turning around and holds up a brown book and says, "Does everyone have this Guide Book and read it?" everyone nods in the affirmative before Tiffany continues, "This was written and shared by the Beater Testers for free. This includes guides on where to go to for specific loot and guides on the quests that are repeatable. This book is also automatically updated when ever new data is needed to be shared. For instance the Beta Tester's knowledge on the first Floor Boss along with a warning stating that the details may have changed along with the layout of the first dungeon."

Daibel nods before stating, "Thank you Tiffany," he paused at that before asking, "Is there another name we can call you I feel like I am going to get beaten up every time I say it."

"Your fine, Wife picked out my name so I could play our only copy," Tiffany states annoyed, "So don't ask for a different name," he placed his two handed axe over his shoulder.

Daibel cleared his throat and says, "Okay, well any way the guide gives a couple plans that can be used to fight the boss. For us we should use a combination of two. Switch and Party Up," He starts reading from the book, "Illfang the Kobold Lord, has four health bars and welds a one handed axe and shield. When his fourth health bar reaches red he will switch out his weapons for a curved blade," he stops reading the book and starts paraphrasing the two plans he plans to use, "Switch is where one player deflects or blocks an attack while a second player attacks quickly. We will do this with the Party Mechanic, with that said we will divide into parties of five, six or more players. Then entire Parties will handle blocking while another handles attacking. One or two Parties will handle the minions that the boss will apparently spawn during the battle. So please party up before we can assign Letters to your party for the battle." With that Daibel was partied with Kaobaru and Tiffany along with several others.

Klein was already in a party and was calm as everyone else partied up. Kirito though looked next to him an noticed that the only other person not joining a party was the cloaked girl. Kirito shimmied over and proceeded to speak, "Not going to party up with everyone else?"

The girl simply answered, "It looks like everyone else is friends already," surprising Kirito.

Kirito nods before suggesting, "Then for this battle want to Party up. One time thing and all that." The girl nods before Kirito sent a Party request to the girl and after she accepted a name and health bar appeared under his gage, 'Asuna?' he thought to himself.

Daibel continued, "Well if everyone is partied up, we will leave here at 10 AM to raid the Boss. When we win we will be giving Hope to everyone still in the town of Beginnings!" he received cheers in agreement. Daibel gave everyone their assigned Party Letter, Kirito and Asuna getting group F while Klein's group received G. With that Daibel excused himself for some last minute Grinding outside the village and in the Forest of Beginning while Kirito watched Asuna walk away. Kirito though wanted to stop at an item shop to buy supplies for the coming raid only finding that most of the stores were out of stock until he bumped into Tiffany selling those same items he was looking for half price. Kirito was thankful as he bought new potions and noticed that some of the inventory was filled with common weapon drops. Kirito then walked away to a food stand to get some bread before going to look for Asuna. Only to stop when Daibel to arrive and ask, "Want to trade, I have an item that would help with the battle but I cannot use it. Trade your best weapon for it."

Kirito frowns before stating, "Look I," Kirito was defending himself before he sighs and says, "You are looking at the first floor Boss Bonus for getting the last hit on the boss," Daibel flinched at that as Kirito continued, "Look I don't care about the item just don't let anyone know that you are doing this," which was fortunate as they were alone in an alley.

Daibel sighs in relief before saying, "Thank you, but you were in the Beta too, why aren't you gunning for the final drop."

Kirito frowns before stating, "I want to end this game, to do that we have to clear this game. I am not letting my fate be decided by someone else."

Daibel nods before stating, "Look I may be greedy but I agree with you. Everyone needs a win too many people have died. Plus I think someone stole the NPC for the Tutorial Level." Kirito flinched at that before Daibel continued, "Not that it matters, I tried the Beta version it was not very good."

Kirito nods before stating, "Yeah, I have been avoiding those quests they don't leave you until the quest is complete which is bad in this world."

Daibel then says, "Well then get some rest. We have a battle to win," Daibel walked towards his inn Kirito started walking towards where Asuna was located using the mini-map to find his party member. He eventually found her sitting alone in a dark alley eating some plain bread. Asuna was surprised when Kirito arrived and offered her some cream to make it taste better. Asuna ate the bread quickly as the vase of cream shattered after being used. Kirito then pulled out a second vase before offering Asuna another roll of bread and proceeded to put more cream on it as Asuna started explaining why she is here and not at the Town of Beginning, not wanting to lose herself and why she was here to risk her life to escape.

Kirito had one simple comment to that, "Then you shouldn't fixate on only ending this world, make friends, work together and make connections. So then you can meet the for real outside SAO."

Asuna frowns at that before asking, "Why should I believe anything that you say?"

"Because I was in the Beta, last thing any of us wants is anyone else dying when they can be saved," Kirito admits with a frown before adding, "Changing Fate requires us to work together. Now more than ever."

"Then why weren't you already in a party?" Asuna asks silencing Kirito.

Kirito then admits, "Kibaou and people like him. If I am not careful with whom I can trust. I can't exactly stay awake full time." Asuna nods in understanding before Kirito continues, "Oh, here are some Health Potions for tomorrow."

Asuna accepted the Health Potions before standing, "I will see you tomorrow," Asuna stands and walks away in the direction in the cheapest inn in this town. Kirito sighs before looking at his menu and sees the total Col, the in game currency, 23,400 and sighs in annoyance as he was at the point where he literally could by most of the homes on the first floor and have change to furnish them with the minimum furniture.

Kirito sighs loudly and says, "Pity more people did not learn of Akihiko's plan," Kirito then stands unaware that Klein had been sneaking over to his friend but instead stayed hidden out of shot and hearing what Kirito said. Kirito walked to the most expensive inn on the first floor and fashioned himself a bath before resting for the night.

The real world-That day

Dan Kuroto sat in front of a computer reading over the Military, Government and Gaming contracts he had been offered. After selling out Argus and being seen in a positive light compared to the rest of Argus, who are in the process of being sued for every death thanks to Dan Kuroto testifying against Argus for failure to control Akihiko Kayaba. Dan Kuroto was freed to go after giving the necessary parties the evidence along with ways of assisting those inside as he set the foundation and knows most of the systems inside and out. When questioned why he was against Argus, he admitted, "I worked for Argus as a programmer and was left to program minor enemy characters and get everyone coffees. I wouldn't have minded if Akihiko did not steal my software programming and undoing what work I had done for them. So I will be the man remembered for giving those trapped inside the power to change their fate."

He was given an unneeded pardon and was using the knowledge he took and created to help those in SAO. But overall he was the only person other than Akihiko Kayaba who could make additions to SAO and was already programming his next step but it was months away and by his knowledge, Four of his Kamen Riders were chosen already and they found the first Boss room. He smirks as he develops his replacement Nerve Gear to keep the Virtual Reality Games alive while also developing a method to get everyone out and he smirks at his plan to do just that.

SAO-Forest of Beginnings-The next morning

Kirito walked with Asuna while Klein and his group pulled up the rear, Klein keeping an eye on Kirito for an unknown reason. Kirito was walking as he began to speak, "Okay here is the plan, I will deflect the first attack then you switch in."

Asuna frowns before asking, "Switch?"

Kirito blinks and asks, "Is this the first Raid?"

"SAO was my first game I have ever played," Asuna admits as Kirito stopped walking and groans before continuing his walking.

Kirito then explained, "Whoever is blocking or deflecting a block shouts switch causing the one healing to leap in and attack our opponent. The one who attacked then takes over blocking or deflecting until the first blocker is healed and you switch out again. We repeat that until the monsters destroyed or we need to retreat and live."

Asuna nods before asking, "Is there anything I need to know how to do?"

Kirito comments, "When your health reaches the yellow as you block, that is when we switch." Asuna nodded.

They continued walking as Klein and his group was following behind them. Klein's friend whispers a question into his ear, "What is wrong?"

Klein States, "Not sure, I think Kirito knows something about," he moves his hand so he looked like he was pulling the trigger of a gun. That silenced his party as he continued, "Either way I think that we are in for a surprise if things get bad," his party knew what he meant as if things came down to it they may have to reveal some bad secrets to all of the Players trapped in SAO.

The entire raid party arrived quickly and proceeded through the dungeon the quickest path that was also the path of least resistance of the Dungeon, something Players failed to consider. Either way everyone was standing outside the First Floor Boss Room, where Daibel stood ready for everyone to enter. Daibel simply states, "Let's win!" it was simple and it pumped up everyone ready for the raid.

They all enter the dark chamber that then glowed with rainbow light filling the room revealing Illfang the Kobold Lord, a large red pig like humanoid wearing black pants and has a fat stomach, with a large axe in its right hand and a buckler shield in its left. The boss roared as Daibel's party focused on the boss while he organised everyone to fight small knight enemies fighting with large cotton bud weapons.

Kirito could only smile as Asuna revealed to be highly skilled with her Rapier and the Switch tactic. Everything was going perfectly as they wittled away at the boss' health without anyone dying. Though when Illfang's final health bar reached the red and he threw away its weapon and shield only instead of drawing a new sword it roared and a weapon dropped from the roof a pair of Kitanas. Daibel who had been running forward to score the final hit freaked as he was slashed at high speed and knocked away into Kirito.

Kirito shouts, "What were you thinking? You knew this fight might not be the same as Beta," Kibaou heard him unfortunately. Kirito tried to use a health potion on Daibel.

Daibel stopped him as he says, "Don't I am not worth it. This is my fate. I guess I can't cut down anything," his health was reaching zero as Daibel says, "Please give them hope," Daibel closed his eyes accepting his fate in sorrow only Kirito had other ideas.

"NO! I will change your FATE!" with that he revealed a small coin that he pushed into Daibel about to die only for a shout of, HEALTH UP! Daibel was suddenly sitting up as he was fully healed.

Daibel looked at Kirito in shock as he says, "You?"

Kirito started walking forward with his hair covering his eyes as a green and pink device where he revealed a pink device in his hand, "HENSHIN!" Kirito pulled the trigger of the device, GASHAT! MIGHT ACTION X! He inserted the device in the device around his waist, "NO CONTINUES!" a series of player icons appeared before he selected the one with pink hair, LET'S GAME! METCHA GAME! MUTCHA GAME! WHAT'S YOUR NAME? I'M A KAMEN RIDER! What no one would expect to such a build up was for in Kirito's place to be a Chibi Mascot with neon pink hair and white armour.

Almost everyone froze only Tiffany was distracting Illfang as all his minions vanished, though he was the one to notice that Illfang's health started regenerating with a shout. Until sudden a large cube appeared in the path of Illfang's sword destroying it and revealing a disk like the one Kirito used only it was a greyish purple and it confused Illfang. 'Kirito' sped forward and leapt on several of these Chocolate blocks to reach Illfang as more words were shouted, GASHACON BREAKER, which was the name of the new weapon in 'Kirito's' hand as a white mallet was used to knock away Illfang to the opposite end of the room taking half its health only it was regenerating again. Tiffany asks, "What the hell is going on?"

'Kirito' answered, "The drawback of a Game Driver, whenever you use it against a boss their health regenerates until I do enough damage to counter the Regen."

Tiffany nods, "Explains why you did not start with that."

"Have everyone retreat," 'Kirito' states before charging forward and continuing his assault.

Klein rushed over to Daibel and sighs, "Man Kirito, I was going to do that," before his own Game Driver appeared surprising Daibel, "HENSHIN!" Klein rushed forward as he activated his strange device only this one was black, GIRI GIRI CHAMBARA, the room glitched as Klein transformed this one looking like Kirito only with a Samurai Knot on his head, with black hair and red highlights. GIRI KITANA in 'Klein's' hands was a black kitana with a slot acting as the back of a guard and a blue 'A' button and green 'B' button on the side of the blade. It was then everyone noticed the room had filled with random chocolate blocks and now was being filled with Fabric bundles in the shape of barrels appearing everywhere. 'Klein' pressed the 'B' button on his blade before speeding forward and slashing through the Floor Boss and appearing on the other side.

Unfortunately their efforts were not working properly. Daibel frowns at what they were doing while Kibaou appeared ready to attack them himself. Daibel takes a deep breath as made his own decision as his own Game Driver appeared, TADDLE QUEST! Now the room started filling with treasure chests and towards the back of the room a rusted sword in a stone, "HENSHIN!" Daibel states transforming into a knight version of everyone else, only holding a shield and in his dominate hand was a broken sword. Daibel noticed the sword in the distance and rushed forward towards the sword at the other end and drew the weapon and returned to attack Illfang quickly.

The sword transformed into the GASHACON SWORD which appeared to be made of solid orange fire ready for battle. Klein noticed that there was now three of them and says, "This is getting us nowhere, we need to crush this thing before we run out of health, which was true as their armours did not affect their health only their abilities in the game.

Kirito sighs and says, "Time for level two then."

Klein and Daibel suddenly shout, "LEVEL TWO!?"

"DAI HENSHIN!" Kirito shouts as suddenly he pulled the pink lever on the front of his Game Driver as it shouts, LEVEL UP! MIGHT JUMP! MIGHTY KICK! MIGHT ACTION X! His body followed the actions as he leaped into the air before kicking and his armour burst revealing a sleeker version of the Pink Character model resulting Kirito landing in a crouch as he presses the 'A' button of his breaker causing it to transform into an animated pink sword. Kirito rushed forward at double his original speed and doing more damage as he went.

Klein and Daibel frowned before going to their drivers and trying to activate their level two forms before Klein's search knock his open and he was replaced with a sleeker version of himself only with what appeared to be coat tails. (A black version of Brave.) Daibel copied what he saw and was also replaced with a sleeker version before groaning and says, "I thought we had the form this whole damn time!" in his frustration he rushed Illfang with Klein and the trio accidently finished the boss quickly with Kirito still somehow managing to get the final attack bonus.

Kirito, Klein and Daibel removed the device form their Game Drivers, GACHON! GASSHUN! The trio appeared unharmed as Klein finally asks, "How long?"

Kirito sighs and says, "The night we split."

"Same only it was on my way back to the courtyard," Klein admits before admitting more, "Did not get out until a day later."

Daibel simply says, "I was practicing my sword skills between Grinding Sessions and had the option to enter a strange game dungeon," the other two nod in agreement when the entire room was suddenly cheering for completing the First Floor Boss of SAO, no one even bothered looking at their loot notification.

Asuna lowered her cloak hood so that Kirito could see her face as she asks, "Why did the boss' health start to come back."

Kirito sighs as everyone continues to cheer, "The Game Drivers apparently cause Bosses to regain health and in a sense," Tiffany was listening at this point, "Multiplies the experience and loot drops the longer you fight." With that Asuna and Tiffany checked the loot they received and froze with wide eyes as they see almost forty thousand Col in their inventories and the fact they were now almost five levels higher than they were before the raid.

A fact that no one noticed besides, Klein's party and those with Game Drivers noticed, as Kibaou shouts, "YOU COULD HAVE ENDED THIS AS SOON AS WE ARRIVED IN THE BOSS ROOM! INSTEAD YOU WAITED UNTIL WE DID ALL THE WORK AND UNDID IT ALL!"

The three Riders were silent until Tiffany shouts, "SHUT THE FUCK UP AND EVERYONE LOOK AT YOUR LOOT!" everyone listened to man at that everyone noticed their new levels and amount of Col they now had and Tiffany states, "Regenerating bosses for Multiplying Experience and Col. That was for us just watching the end of the battle."

Kirito sighs before stating, "But not really worth the risk if it means you are more likely to die in battle."

Klein simply states, "Though that Tutorial Lady, whatever her name was, explained it better."

"PING PONG!" a new voice shouts in the entire room as suddenly some music notes appeared as the room started to darken and to the form of a female dancing with pick hair and music inspired dress. This new person/NPC spoke, "I am Poppy Pipopapo and I am your guide to all things Kamen Rider!" she was dancing the entire time as she continued explaining everything, "Now a message from Dan Kuroto!" which received groans from the three riders.

As a screen appeared before the next gateway, and Dan Kuroto's visage appeared and says, "Kamen Rider EX-AID," he appeared to look at Kirito, "BRAVE," Daibel, "and finally NOBEL. Congratulations on completing the first floor and it was thanks to my Genius!" he stood on screen before he became serious, "Though one of you is missing as at this point Four Players have found my creations. There is ten Game Drivers throughout Aincrad but the Cardinal system requires data before anymore Gashats are released into Aincrad but the chance to gain extra Gashats from the other games I design are already programmed into the game."

Kibaou shakes his head, "Seriously you three should just give us those Game Drivers!"

"DON'T INTERUPT ME WHILE I AM SHOWING MY GENIUS TALENT!" Kuroto scares Kibaou as he calms down and says, "Yes, this is Live. Though I should inform you this will be the last bit of contact from the outside world except for patches to the Game Drivers and Gashats. We have been searching for a method to free you from SAO. Unfortunately there is only three ways at the moment, Akihiro logs everyone out, all one hundred floors are beaten or you kill Akihiko. All player names have been hidden from the outside so I cannot tell you who is Akihiko. But know this we are doing everything we can to free you from outside the game. That being said my talent is exceeding my expectation for I have already ensured that you can be seen from the outside world. In built programming filters ensure that nothing inappropriate is seen. Now for those wondering why I included the Game Rider System, it was simple," he became dead serious as he says, "No one steals from me. So my final words is this, Akihiko if you are watching this just know that my Talent is what defeated you! MY GENIUS IS UNMATCHED!" the feed cut as Poppy appeared embarrassed.

Kibaou gets into Kirito's face and demands, "GIVE ME THAT GAME DRIVER!" only for when he reach for it to vanish.

Klein decides to clear everything up, "Won't work," everyone looked at him strangely as he continued, "Stealing or sharing a Gashat almost killed one of my party and the Game Driver only appears when we summon the Gashats and to make it worse," instead of swiping with his right hand he swiped with his left and says, "It goes into a separate inventory that does not trade with SAO's game menu."

Asuna spoke up, "Does this new 'game' include anything dangerous?"

Kirito answered, "I almost died on the first day because of the task to get this power to change fate," with that Asuna, Tiffany, Daibel and Klein's group started for the second floor while Kirito equipped the rare item drop a black trench coat Kirito then went into detail of how he became Ex-Aid.

Day of Launch-Inside 'Might Action X' game-Moments after being forced inside.

Kirito was thrown through the air as a pink glow appeared around his legs and he found himself in a virtual reality version of Candyland with floating platforms everywhere. Kirito then noticed what appeared to be chefs with orange squid head leaping on platforms to reach him. Kirito had his sword ready but did not like his starting spot. He then noticed a straight path leading to a larger mass in the area so he started running towards a path of chocolate coloured blocks and ran towards them intending to leap frog over to the next large platform. Though after the first jump he was happy he lined himself up for the straight jump as he jumped over the first three chocolate blocks and found himself having to catch himself on the fourth block before he fell into the void. Kirito leaped with less power and avoided a single block and then halved what he did that jump and was able to control his jumping.

Kirito reached the large platform and noticed he had a couple moments before he had to fight so he quickly tested how high he could jump and ended up leaping several dozen feet before landing on a moving platform by accident.

Kirito still partially stunned started trying to figure out where he was only to leap to the side when he heard the crackling of electricity behind him avoiding a lightning attack from a monster that had a title about it but it's level was only one. 'Salty' was blue with a power plug acting as a hand and wearing a blue top hat as they started fighting. Kirito avoided any attack that could result in him being electrocuted with his sword. Which was why he only used it to deflect the hand and kicked Salty with his enhanced leg strength before he noticed strange giant coins around the area when he stepped on one, STEAL BODY, Kirito suddenly found himself unable to move before Salty punched Kirito only for Kirito to turn to metal and break the power plug weapon and was able to move again as he ended Salty.

Kirito groans after his battle before and says, "What is this place?"

"It is the game area for Might Action X!" Poppy shouts appearing behind him and making him leap a few feet as Poppy continued, "I am Poppy Pipopapo and I am you guide to the Rider world. Might Action X is one of the current games part of Kamen Rider Arcade, where players can play multiple game genres in one game. It's creator Dan Kuroto discovered that Akihiko Kayaba was planning to turn SAO into a Death Game took steps to ensure that everyone had a fighting chance to win." Poppy was dancing the entire time before Poppy continued, "That being said you are the first to complete the challenge set to be Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. You can access this dungeon whenever you want to privately gain experience, but one warning though when you start using this power to clear bosses they will be even harder then without the Game Driver."

With that Kirito learnt how to use his Game Driver quickly and got some grinding in and learning quickly of Level Two.

Present

Kirito states, "left that dungeon the next morning before heading to the first town and found that I could access this new dungeon anywhere and that inside points gained were normal to the rest of SAO until I found a random Field boss and fought it, almost killing myself."

Asuna frowns before commenting, "Well, this has brought up more questions than answers," everyone looked at her strangely as they reached the starting town of Floor Two, "I mean if he found out about the Death Game early why didn't he do anything?"

"Its Pipop Pipop simple!" Poppy appeared scaring them, "Kuroto discovered the night before launch and had no political power to have the game stoped so he got all the information that he could and proceeded to share it with everyone before resigning. Kuroto has also been monitoring the severs containing SAO and has been monitoring any tampering to the networks connecting everyone to SAO."

"I thought you were an NPC?" Tiffany states before Poppy gets in his face and scaring to large black male.

"Care to repeat that?" Poppy says darkly cracking her knuckles.

Tiffany gulps and says, "No ma'am," Poppy smiles after that as she starts dancing as she starts exploring the town they were in. Tiffany looks at the three Riders and who nodded that she was different. Tiffany then says, "Okay what the hell is with Poppy?"

Kirito answered, "Dan Kuroto was famous for being the first programmer in the world to create a functional Artificial Intelligence, that last I heard it was placed in storage. Apparently it was so advanced that it was able to create its own video game. That is why Halo 5 exists," Kirito's statement was met with chuckles from everyone except Asuna who did not understand the joke. Kirito then sees a platform that is located in every town including the town of beginnings and with a simple touch he opened the second floor of Aincrad for everyone to access. Kirito sighs and asks, "So what is everyone's plans now?"

Klein answers for his entire group, "We are going to find an inn and crash for the night. Tomorrow we explore the second level." Everyone there agreed with that plan while Daibel closed his party for the time being.

Tiffany simply says, "I am going to search the stores in this town and buy in bulk some gear and sell it for half the price on floor one. Question is how much 40,000 Col gets me?" he was rubbing his hands together at the clear profit he will make even though he would be making a loss but he wouldn't need to restock for at least a couple more floors.

Daibel spoke next, "I am going to train using the Game Driver, I had only used it once before that boss battle and had no intention of using it again after my sword broke."

Kirito and Asuna nod before Asuna spoke, "I think I will head back to the first floor level up a bit more."

Kirito simply states, "Then you may want to do it on this floor. It will help map out this area. Either way, Asuna in the future when if you are asked to join a guild by someone you trust. Join them and you won't lose yourself."

Asuna froze and asks, "How do you know my name?"

Kirito blinks before saying, "Under your health bar is a second Health bar with my name next to it that would answer your question," Kirito dissolved the party and started walking along the path to the quest leading to the next village.

Asuna asks, "Where are you going?"

Kirito stopped walking and says over his shoulder, "I am going to clear this game," he paused as he thought on this and says, "With no continues," with his piece said he starts running as the sun began to set once again on Aincrad. He reached the quest to travel and started running the path before the pink glow shined on his legs once again and he started leaping the distance leading to the next village safe zone and getting a room at the inn for the night and then repeating the process to the next village and the village after that and reaching the main dungeon within three days of unlocking the Second Floor. Kirito's efforts would be ignored as Kibaou would spend his time bad mouthing the Game Kamen Riders while searching for his own Rider gear. Only he would never find one as they had already been chosen amongst the different players in the town of beginning and all they had to do was to start clearing the levels of Aincrad.

First floor-Secret Dungeon-That moment

In one of the Dungeon's that Dan Kuroto added to SAO, a navy dressed Kamen Rider with green cape and helmet piece that looked like green hair covering an eye was shooting Enemy characters why moving quickly. This is Kamen Rider Snipe and he was training to be the only Kamen Rider that SAO needed.

Second Floor-Watching over Kirito

A male teen about the same age as Kirito, if you looked up, was currently playing a white game pad while decorated with computer cables for tassels. This boy looked to Kirito and says, "He looks like fun," as Kirito continues to clear the quests to unlock towns so that he could start searching this floors Boss Dungeon.

Over view of the next two months

The three Kamen Riders of Aincrad being looked at as the villains ended up clearing all the way to sixth floor without a death until Kibaou arrived and told them to stay out of it and they found themselves still on the sixth floor after clearing the first few floors between the three of them working with Klein's Party. At the end of the month Kirito, Klein and Daibel discovered that Kibaou discovered the location of Boss room two weeks prior. So in the end they cleared that boss battle as well. Leading the charge all the way to flour ten having defeated the ninth floor boss and deciding that they needed a break, going to a lower level to relax and grind some of the plentiful enemy characters for the last week before any of the other Riders appeared.

To be clear, only Bugster Characters will make an appearance and Dan Kuroto because of his divine intervention. =P
