Prologue: State of the Galaxy

It has been 15 months sense the battle with the Super-Hive; The Return of Atlantis to Earth and with the defeat of Ori resulting in them returning to their home galaxy. Sense then the Milky way galaxy Galactic powers have been struggling both politically and economically. Sense Ori war the Free Jaffa Nation has been Struggling to reorganize their galactic nation. This is do to many of the Free Jaffa Nation internal Political and ideology factions within their Galactic nation fiercely competing with each for power and Influence. This resulted in the Free Jaffa Nation being fractured and split into several small nations resulting in a full scale Galactic civil war erupted within their Galactic Nation. With them distracted with internal matters and their Galactic Civil war this could give another Galactic power to take advantage of their growing political and economical instability.
The Lucian Alliance is the other Galactic power that decided to take advantage of the political and economical turmoil and instability within the Free Jaffa Nation as well in the rest of the galaxy to spread their power and influence in the galaxy. They have been able to expand their operations in Smuggling, extortion, racketeering and spying with the Free Jaffa Nation and the galaxy. As of Mid-2010 the Lucian alliance has been able to expanded their Political and economical influence directly or indirectly within the galaxy across 31,255 light-years covering with roughly 1/3 of the Free Jaffa Nation Galactic territory under their directly or indirectly influence. The Lucian Alliance leadership however feared their only real politically and economically Stable Galactic rival: the Tau'ri compete with them with at least politically on a Galactic Scale; As well now economically with them continue to spread their influence within the galaxy with trade and commences. As well as providing the inhabits of the Galaxy worlds that requested some help in improved them planets agriculture methods with their impressive agriculture methods help solving their agriculture crisis; Or to help them fight off a disease or plague with some of their impressive medicines.
As for the Tau'ri they have sense the Ori war in defeating them have gained more and more power and Influence within the Galaxy. The Tau'ri I.O.A. council as grown more powerful and gained influence within the Tau'ri. The I.O.A. has gained enough power and influence within the Tau'ri to officially become the Tau'ri's Galactic organization to represent the Tau'ri in Galactic affairs and politics. Given their fast growth the I.O.A. and the major nation players within the Gate Alliance decided to have the I.O.A. become the official U.N. branch of Interstellar affairs. Recently the I.O.A. welcomed 2 new I.O.A. council members Kiara Varma and Haru Sato representing both the growing political, economical and influential Tau'ri Planetary nations: Republic of India and the State of Japan. As well with most of the Gate alliance Nation members within the Gate Alliance began to form Political and economical coalitions with similar political and economical lines with each nations within the Gate alliance like the European coalition or North America coalition or Asian coalition to compete with the major players within the Gate alliance. They formed these coalitions to gain access to the high advance tech from the Stargate program.
The Tau'ri I.O.A. decided to reorganize the funding for the Stargate program and for their growing galactic fleet. The I.O.A. decided to have each Gate Alliance member nation within the Gate alliance to give 1% of their GDP to the stargate program as well 3.75% of their military personnel into the expanded Stargate program to maintain their access to the high advance tech the Stargate program has developed over the years. As well give the I.O.A. the resources needed to maintain the expanded Stargate program as well in the construction of more of their BC-304 Battle-cruisers and to compete with other Galactic Powers. With the increase in resources the Tau'ri could produce a BC-304 Battle-cruisers in roughly 20 days instead of 8 months; As well having roughly a little more then a ΒΌ of a million(300,000 Military Personnel, 1,589 tanks and 1,059 artillery pieces.) Military Personal with all the necessary Military equipment for them to have a Galactic army to defend against other Galactic powers and their interests in the Galaxy.
