after knowing each other for a good while, zee and benny decided it is time to go on a date, zee mentioned a really cool restaurant in a neighbouring city, it is a good drive away, but if it is as good as zee says, it will be worth the it. ruby said she and her boyfriend could drive us there, that is convenient.
zee: WOOOW benny, this book is so good.
benny: i know it is good, but i am not sure if reading in a moving car is a good idea.
zee: why no-
*zee's falls on benny's shoulder*
zee: my head is spining.
benny: see this is what i was talking about.
zee: hmm, you are right.
zee: your shoulder is comfy.
benny: oh, thanks *blushes*.
zee:*giggles* your face is red, you are turning into a tomato*giggles again*.
benny: *blushes even more*.
zee: come on, smile, we are going to a restaurant.
benny: yeah *smiles as she is still red*.
zee: now that is a happy tomato.
benny: soo, what do you plan on ordering?
*scene changes to focus on ruby and her boyfriend in the front seat*
BF: i didn't agree to this, i agreed to hiding a body, i didn't agree to babysit these two.
ruby: calm down hun, they are giving me a headache too, but you are just overexaggerating, look.
*scene returns focus to zee and benny*.
zee: tickle tickle tickle *tries to tickle benny*.
benny: zee, no.
zee: tickle tickle tickle tickle.
benny: *laughs*
*scene returns to ruby and her BF*
BF: i will kill them.
ruby: no, that will only cause problems.
BF: so what should we do? tell them to get out of the car, and find another way to arive to their date?
*ruby and her BF look each other in the eyes*
*zee and benny are standing outside the car*
benny: so why do we have to wait here?
ruby: well, the car is facing some problems, so we will go get it fixed, and you will have will wait for us here.
benny: wait, so why don't you take us with you?
ruby: well, any of you two might have breathing problems, and gas might cause you problems, and we don't want anything bad happening to any of you *ruby says with an innocent face, and big puppy eyes*.
benny: do you have breathing problems?
zee: no, you?
benny: neither do i.
zee: well then, ruby, neither of us breathi-
zee: oh she left.
*scene shows the car far in the distance*
ruby: *shouts* BABE YOU ARE A GENIUS.
*scene returns to zee and benny*
benny: well, what should we do now?
*zee looks around for a bit*
zee: what about that place?
*zee points at a diner right behind them*
benny: why is there a diner in the middle of nowhere?
zee: who cares? let's go in.
*zee drags benny into the diner*
zee: HELLO.
*the diner appears empty*
*zee walks to the counter, still draging benny*
an unknown male voice: welcome dear customers, here take a seat.
benny & zee: where is this voice coming from?
voice: here on the table, the tomato.
benny: a talking tomato?
voice: exactly, kind of, i am , and this is my diner.
zee: oh, hello , my na-
: please, call me ciocco.
zee: ok, my name is zee, and this is benny.
Ciocco: welcome, i see you are a couple.
benny: how did you know?
Ciocco: you two entered holding hands, and are still holding hands.
*benny and zee look at their hands still holding each other*
*benny and zee seprate their hand, they both look a little embarrassed*
Ciocco: i see this is your first date too.
Ciocco: very well, since we are done with introductions, tell me what do you two want to order?
benny: but we don't know the menu.
Ciocco: oh right, my mistake, just grap a rose from the yellow pot on the table, they are the menus.
*zee graps two roses from the yellow pots*
zee: here you go benny.
*benny takes the rose, looking a little embarrassed*
*the roses open up, revealing the menu on their petals*
zee: well, i am taking some pasta, what about you benny? benny?
benny: oh, ahh, i will take some pasta too.
Ciocco: very well, your food should be ready soon.
benny: zee, are you sure eating here is a good idea? we are talking to a tomato, and reading the menu from flowers, this isn't normal.
zee: don't worry, this place might be weird, but-
Ciocco: this will make your first date even more special.
zee & benny: why are you listening to us?
Ciocco: your voices are loud, the chef probably heard you.
zee: he has a point.
Ciocco: your food is ready, jumbo, would you kindly?
*two turtles enter from a little door above the counter, with plates on their backs, and deliver the food to zee and benny*
Ciocco: hope you enjoy your food.
benny: zee, you sure eating this is a good idea?
zee: of course, what bad could happen?
*zee starts eating*
zee: mmmm, you should try it benny.
Ciocco: yes benny, start eating, you wouldn't want zee to start tickling you again*says in a menacing tone*.
*benny starts eating*
benny: mmm, that is good.
zee: told you.
*benny and zee finish eating*
zee: that was soo good.
benny: yeah.
Ciocco: good to see you two happy, one last thing before you leave, we offer photos for couples, one free photo per couple.
zee: sounds cool, what do you think benny?
benny: sure, wouldn't harm.
Ciocco: very well, the photo taking location is at the end of the diner, just stand infront of the camera.
*zee and benny stand up, go to stand next to each other infront of the camera, they look a little nurvous, the camera is covered in purple butterflies*
Ciocco: come on, we are on different sides of the diner and even i can feel your nurvousness.
multible voices coming from the camera's direction: come on, hug, you will look adorable.
*zee & benny hug, looking each other in the eye, both blushing*
voices: alright, our job is done.
*the butterflies fly away through a window, revealing a photograph on the ground in place of the camera*
*zee picks up the photograph*
zee: benny look!
*it is a photo of zee and benny hugging in a lush forest filled with pink flowers*
*zee and benny exit the diner holding hands*
Ciocco: hope you two had a happy first date, be back soon, and have a very happy life.
zee: thanks, *looks at benny* see, i told you the place wasn't that bad
benny: *looks at the photograph* yeah, this wasn't a bad date.
benny: hold on, we didn't pay.
*benny turns back to return to the diner*
benny: wait, where is the diner?
*scene zooms out to reveal that the diner has disappeared*
zee: weird, but that sounds about right for that place.
benny: yeah.
ruby: *shouts* HAY, YOU TWO COMING IN?
*zee and benny enter the car*
ruby: we took care the problem we were facing, and we can go to the restaurant you two wanted to go to.
zee: no, we are good, this was one hell of a date, right benny.
benny: right.
BF: you two sat in the desert for a few hours, and you call that a date.
ruby: *whispers* shh, we got to hide the body and avoid some headaches, who cares about the rest?
BF: good point, alright let's go back home.
and this is how this story ends, an adorable couple, a couple from hell, and a hidden corpse, what the future holds for them is a question i can't answer, whether they return to my diner, or take their next date to another, i just hope they stay happy together.
