I sigh softly skipping along the middle of the road humming to myself softly in the middle of the night. Now you might be asking why I'm skipping, and why I'm in the middle of the road, and why I'm not asleep as it's midnight.
Well here's the clear only answer. I'm wasted. Very very wasted. The thought makes me giggle again and pull my dress up. I was just dumped and my mother forced me out of the house with this dress on and to a nightclub. She left somewhere between the second and fifth shots.
The dress is a grey knee-length v-neck dress with a diamond-studded high waist. And it leaves A LOT to the imagination. Apparently, this made me more attractive? Who knows! Cause I don't! I'm just happy that my quirk isn't going bonkers. The thought alone makes me shiver and I continue skipping along the road and humming. All of a sudden I hear footsteps behind me and I stop for a fraction of a second before continuing. It probably wasn't anything.
"Seriously Toga? You had to go and get all stabby again?! All I wanted was a relaxing night with you and Dabi gone! But no," the voice holds out the o like he really wanted the person to understand. "I got a call not even two hours after you left from Dabi saying I needed to come to help him get you off a guy-" my giggling makes the voice stop and I squeal flopping down on the ground. "Who's there!?" The scary man's voice calls out harshly.
"Me!" I squeal again and stand up rushing towards the scary man's voice. I see three people, a short blonde about my age with golden eyes and blood all over her. A guy with pale blue hair and a desperate need for moisturizer. And finally, a young man who looked like he was also my age, with black hair and blue eyes, and...stapled skin…I'm not going to ask. And a half-smoked cigarette hanging out of his mouth lazily.
I rushed towards the guy who was yelling and put my hand on his cheek softly. "You seriously need some moisturizer." This makes the two others snort and the moisturizer guy blush and takes a step away from me. I take a step towards the blonde and realize I'm shorter than her. "Aww, man! I'm shorter than you too!" I look up at the sky and toss my hands up above my head. "Why am I cursed with shortness!?" I tell and groan.
"Shigaraki...I think she's had a couple of drinks…" blondie said and I then back towards her grinning.
"I...I agree with that statement one hundred percent blondie." I say and bring my right hand to my hair pulling it out of its bun and my ginger hair falls down my back in soft waves.
"I think you should come with us…?" The girl says softly, taking a step towards me.
"Marie."
"Marie, what a beautiful name, how about you come back to our place and clean up a bit, I don't want you to get taken advantage of out here in the dark." She finishes off and I nod taking off my heels and shove them in staples guy's chest making him fall back slightly and grunt. I smile and loop my arms around blondie's shoulder and grab onto the moisturizer guy's hand. I really need to learn their names. I hear a sound of protest from blondie and everyone tenses. I shake my head and drag them along the street.
"W-What is your quirk, Marie?" Blondie says in a low voice.
"Repel kinda! Super cool, although that's only part of my quirk!" I say in a giddy voice and the staples guy pulls out his phone calling someone.
I pucker my lips and lean towards him trying to hear the conversation. "I'll be there in a few." That is all I can hear before the guy hangs up and sends a glare my way. I glare back and blondie laughs.
"You know what!?" I yell turning towards her. She hums questioningly, clearly amused. "I don't know any of your guys' names! What are they?"
"Im Toga, the guy who you said needs moisturizer," she pauses leaning towards me, and whispers with her hand cupped around her mouth, "which he does by the way." I giggle and she leans back continuing, "Is Shigaraki, and the one holding your heels is Dabi." So that's moisturizer's name...hmm.
I grin again and nod eagerly. Then a shadow appears in front of us and I gasp clutching onto the thing nearest to me, which happens to me Dabi I think she said his name was. He smiles softly and I let go of him turning away.
I unhook my arm from Toga's shoulder and take a step towards the shadow. I reach my hand out and poke it, feeling metal, and gasp bringing my hand to my chest and taking a step away from the shadow.
The shadow chuckles and my eyes widen, it must look funny because Toga starts laughing. "Now who is this little one?" Shadow asks and I take another small step back, hiding behind Shigaraki, holding on tightly to his shirt. He turns around and reaches for my cheek, but an arm comes out of the shadow and it clutches onto Shigaraki's wrist. "What are you doing! Do you want to kill her!?"
"Huh?"
"Don't worry Kurogiri." He says and pulls his wrist out of the shadow's hold and places his palm on my cheek tenderly. I smile leaning into it, and shadow gasps. "Bring us to the tomorrow's apartment please Kurogiri." Kurogiri nods and I'm enveloped in shadows. Before I fall unconscious.
