A combination of white, red, and blue light shone brightly under the black cold night even though it was an early spring already. A crowd of people wearing a fully armed police uniform were standing in front of a three storey building, a clothes store. Behind them were police cars, parked in the way to block civilian from crime zone.

A lone man walking closer to the building while holding a megaphone, "This is your last chance! Surrender now and release the hostage!" He shouted with the megaphone, *BANG* only to receive a hot bullet on his body.

"AAAAAAAAGH" Falling to the ground, he screamed out of his lung in agony as a searing pain come from his bleeding shoulder.

His fellow officer quickly tensed and aimed their weapon to the building in fear while a lot of passerby civilians screamed in horror. Even the veteran among them cannot help but shivering. 'Bloody hell, we sure got a fucking lunatics on there aren't we?' Tobe Yuuji, one of the old police, thought to himself.

"Somebody cover me, I'll get him out of there!" Someone yelled and walked toward the man who writhing in pain and pulling him to a safer place.

Meanwhile on a quiet alleyway behind the crime zone, four persons were walking toward a wall. A few people were already scattered around them, unconsciously or dead to be exact. The first person, a tall athletic man, carried an arm sized device with a grappling hook at the end of that tool.

His face is covered in a black ballistic mask that has a two filter on both of the side and a night vision goggle on the eyes with a white smile adorned to it. Compared to the three, he wears the lightest protection and body armor among them.

Pulling a trigger from the device, the grappling hook soared into the sky and ended at the rooftop of the building. He looked at his other team before nodding.

"See 'ya on there, guys." He said, in fake Spanish or maybe Mexican accented English, before he walked on the wall with the help of the device

As he walking closer to the rooftop, he muttered, "Viene el fantasma." And his body suddenly vanished into thin air, completely gone like there's nothing on there in the first place.

"I just only hope that bastard didn't mess this up like how he always did in the simulation." One of the three, the bulkiest one among them by the heavy body armor he wore and the amount of pouch on his body, muttered to himself in fake British accented English while checking his gun.

He wear the same kind of mask like the first one, but his mask only have one filter on the right side and only bland black. His visible weapons is the shotgun, custom Remington 870, on his hand, a tomahawk hanged on his belt, a knife on his left shoulder, a AUG A3 on his back, a taser and a pistol, which was a browning hi power, holstered on both of his side. Holy hell, that's paranoid and nutcase for you. Look, he even bought a canned coffee.

"Did you just forget that he's our leader, Deadman? Well, I could certainly know where your concern came from, pops." A female voice now, pointed out flatly in English with no particular accent unlike the two guys.

She's the only one in the group who wear a helmet while also had the weirdest mask among them. She wore a ballistic gas mask, that have a blue gear wheel painted to it, but what differ her mask from other was because there's some kind of abomination on her eyes consisted of the simplified night vision goggles, some kind of futuristic eyescope, and not to mention the 'fookin laser sight on the side of her helmet.

She looks like straight out of a sci-fi action movie with those stuffs, not to mention the IWI Tavor, that have underbarrel launcher attached to it, on her arm that just put an extra modern vibe on her.

"Coast secured, proceed to drop the rope." All of sudden, the first guy's muffled voice, Jack, came into their earbuds informing that he had done his job.

Following the word, three yellow ropes fell from above and the three of them begin to climb the wall easily with the rope help in a less than three minutes even though one of them looks very heavy.

As they arrived at the roof, they saw 'Jack' crouching on the edge of the building, with his gun, a G36C with a silencer, on his hands. They too begin to take a serious stance and readied their weapon.

"We're gonna stick to the plan, using Viper's 'I hope not so lethal' poison grenade while me and pops will use the roof door."

"So we really gonna use my precious baby huh. Can't we just barge in on there?" The last person, a woman, muttered in English with a faint Japanese accent while taking two small canisters that similar to smoke grenade from her pouch with a 'lullaby' engraved on it.

'Viper' is the only person who wore a hood among them and her mask filter is in the front while having a pink cat mouth painted on it. She have a lot of pouch, not as much as 'Deadman' have but still a lot and filled with every kind of poison or chemical stuff. She was armed with custom UMP45 while a CZ -75 was holstered on her side.

"No can do, and I'm not so sorry 'Vipy'!"

"You're welcome, not so sorry. You guys will never know why making a harmless, but super effective poison is the most pain in ass job in the world." She replied sarcastically, "Virgo." She then handed the said 'lullaby' to the modern looking woman who silently working on something with some sort of tablet on her arm.

"Yeah, and you'll never know why being living lab rat is not a very nice thing to be offered to your own partner." Deadman then suddenly said as Viper averted her gaze awkwardly.

"...sorry." Virgo and Jack just chuckled behind them as the hooded girl became silent.

"The CCTV footage on this area has already been purged and the ship is ready to go. Hostage on second floor and the third floor is empty, but the first floor's CCTV might have been destroyed, so I don't know anything except for a few movements on there." Virgo said nonchalantly while looking at Jack.

"Good. Remember guys, no warcrime today and double no for killing hostage like how we did in simulation." Everyone soon stared at him in unison as if they can't believe what he'd said. "Err, anyway, let's move then, pops."

Deadman sighed, "Blimey, for god's sake, can you guys just stop refer me as your father? I wish I'm not going to be bald in thirty..." He groaned before following Jack grumpily, leaving the two women behind.

"You ready to go, Viper?" Viper nodded and both of them begin to rappel down to the second floor with ease, ignoring the attention they're getting by

The police and bystander stared at the two person clad in black and heavily armed slowly rappelling down from the rooftop, skipping the third floor while holding their breath. But most of the police were silently baffled after seeing only two persons were attacking from the outside.

'What the hell are those upper guys thinking!? Just two!? What kind of bullshit is this? There's a hostage inside, goddamnit! And they didn't even look like a SAT. Fucking hell.' Tobe Yuuji gritted his teeth and clenches his fist around his weapon.

"Informing all units on field, do not take any action before further orders are given. I repeat, do not take any action before further orders are given."

Can't holding his anger anymore, Tobe Yuuji begin to walk to where their supervisor located. But halted as he heard, no, everyone heard a loud glass shattered noise from the building. Making their jaw dropped again.

As he turned around in disbelief, he saw the two heavily armed persons were already jumping away from the window before entered the building through the broken window, followed with sounds of gunshot and scream of pain from the inside of the building.

Minute ago...

"Sweeping third floor... clear, no hostile insight." Jack said as he and Deadman has already quickly swept the entire empty third floor to make sure.

Deadman's then stared at Jack who answered with a nod. Soon after that, both of them begun to descending the staff only stair to second floor in silence with their gun ready to shoot.

"Lullaby on position, waiting for permission, J."

"Copy that, permission granted. Ready to charge in 1, 2 and... 3." Following Jack's word, a glass shattered sounds came out from outside. They soon begin to rush their way to the second floor's hallway and taking an aim as soon as they saw six armed people who seems caught on surprise by the glass shattered sound.

Poor souls. Before they can even manage to give some resistance to the two assailants, holes were already created on their body either by Deadman's buckshot or the barrage of bullet from Jack's G36C.

Not enough with that, Deadman took his Hi Power and shoot one bullet at each lifeless body before holstering it back and reload his shotgun. Jack chuckled as he looks at his partner and muttered, "Paranoid as always."

"Viper, Virgo, what's your condition?"

"We're already neutralizing hostiles and not surprisingly hostages, non-lethally." Viper irritated voice answered Jack question, making both guys released an amused chuckle.

"I could say I'm impressed, J. Her poison put them to sleep in less than second while didn't leave any chemical trace, disappear rather quickly, can't be detected visually and olfactory while it didn't accidentally kill anyone! Can you believe it!?" Virgo's voice suddenly came from their earpiece in amazement.

"I can definitely believe it since she used me as a lab rat. If that bloody thing doesn't work, I'm gonna get really, really pissed." As Deadman said that, viper released an amused giggles.

"Are you underestimating me, old man?"

"I'm not your bloody father, goddamnit!" They all soon laughed except for the grumpy Deadman who deeply sighed in annoyance. "Fucking hell, just, let's gets moving Jack. We need to catch up with some drug addicted arseholes."

"Oh, yeah I forgot about that. Virgo, Viper, make sure to tie them all and leave no trace, understood?" Jack asked which is answered with soft hum from the two women.

Soon after that, they quietly descend into the first floor that enveloped in darkness. As they entered the room after checking the staff room, Jack suddenly disappeared in thin air while Deadman just walked further to the room, ignoring the fact that his partner is literally gone from eyesight.

Even though the room is too dark for human eyes, can still walking without hitting any kind of thing and even saw something stacked together to make some kind of defense perimeter.

He smirked before muttering, "Pain of blind." And suddenly, his sight became completely turned into pitch black.

Unlike before, now he can't see anything, not even any object or his body's outline, but he was still really calm at the moment. His vision is completely gone, shrouded with darkness, but he didn't stop.

"What the-?" His ears soon catch a faint whisper with sounds of something beating in some frequency from 10 sources and only two are moving around. Before he entered the room, the beating noises are so faint and growing faster as he entered and walked to them.

A shriek of pain came followed with sudden increase of pace of the beats, but they're then decreased to only 9 sources of beats now. He soon shot his buckshot to two directions followed by another gunshot from assault rifle.

The remaining two targets began to panicking and panting loudly as their comrade fall one by one while not knowing where their assaulters are. But they grew more impatient, frustrated and frightened that they don't even try to think properly.

"AAAAAAHHHH!" They shouted out of their lung and shoot their gun wildly, hoping to hit their assailants.

However, they didn't hit anything before they got shot either by a buckshot or a bunch of hot 5,56 mm in the chest. The room fell quiet.

"Release." Deadman muttered, and his vision returned back to normal.

"Poor guy. Died without knowing what had happened to him." Jack muttered as he appeared out of nowhere.

"Did you find any hidden door in here?"

"Nope. I assume they've ran away from the staff room. There's a sewer below here, remember. Follow me, I'll try to find them." They both walked backs to where they've came from.

The door to the staff room is already unlocked, but they didn't checked it immediately because the room is empty. At the first glance, the room seems completely normal. But as jack opened one of the lockers, he saw a trace of white powder.

"Drugs... My assumption is right. They're just a bunch of armed amateur, unlike that foreigner mafia gang. What a pain, we're not done with them yet and new troublemaker came. At least those Yakuza were much tamer than them."

"It seems like they're new peoples in Chiba who look for opportunities after they heard we've suppressed Bellucci Family." Deadman gaze then turned to where the backdoor located, which was blocked with a lot of heavy object. "Hah, cheeky little buggers! This is why it's still didn't budge open after we've lockpicked it."

"I found a trapdoor here, quite hidden but I can still found it with Virgo's goggles." Jack suddenly said and pointed his finger to the one of the trapdoor side where the locking mechanism located. "Mind opening it for me, papi?"

Deadman sighed, "Open sesame..." BANG and he shot his shotgun to the direction his partner has directed before he opened it and jump down.

"Clear, no hostiles insight." Jack then jumped down following his partner.

They're now in a small room with a lot cabinet that left opened and some trace of white powder along with crumbled paper all over the ground as if a storm had passed this room.

And there is a hole on the room's wall, lead to some kind of underground sewer which was very dark and smell like if rotten egg and poop make love and have illegitimate children. Both of them were very glad that they'd a gas mask on their face or they would probably lying unconscious on the ground.

"Good god, how did they manage to survive on there?"

"Pops, I'll buy you an entire coffee stock for a week if you willing to chase them." Jack said as he averted his gaze from the hole on the wall.

"How dare you to play it dirty?"

"But you won't decline it aren't you?"

"Guh... you silver tongued bastard. Damn it. Two weeks, with one extra jumbo bowl of special ramen on my favorite place and I agree."

"Deal."

"Deal. I'll mark your word or you will regret that. God, at least I wear a gas mask..."

Frank Delaney was still new in Japan with their underworld and thus he don't know how thing work in here. Therefore, he never thought he'd get busted very quickly by the cops and regretted being too reckless after seeing some opportunities.

The Don will surely be mad about the soldier that might have died today and he'll absolutely get fucked. At least he can still bring back the goods and lessen the Don's wrath, hopefully.

He was now running carefully with his subordinates while each one of them holding a bag filled with drugs and some illegal things. They want to get out as soon as possible, mainly because they don't want to get caught and also because they're dying from the smell right now.

"Stop, let's... take a break... for a second." As soon as he said that, they gradually slower their step and come into halt while panting.

"Oh shit..., I... want to die" one of them remarked while covering their nose with a handkerchief.

"Wait, did you hear that?" One of them said as he heard a faint step from afar.

"Hear wha-" But soon they heard it.

There is a sound of rubber stomping against the slightly wet floor and grew louder as times passes. Their body tensed, their heart beating crazy and their arms slowly took out their respective gun before they aimed it at the sound's source.

As the step grew even louder and closer, they walked quietly toward darker place that don't get illuminated by the sewer dim lamp. They waited, they've waited As the step became closer.

But suddenly, the loud steps quieted down and a heavily armed man came to their sight. He wore a bulky vest along with a black mask that made him look very intimidating and scary, but the scariest thing about him was the shotgun he'd aimed at them right now.

BANG.

He pulled the trigger, releasing buckshot from the barrel that easily pierced someone's torso and ended hitting the guy behind the first one. They both fall to the ground as their wound began to bleed, eyes widened and dead.

The masked man then pumped his shotgun and taking a step forward fearlessly while his targets freeze on there after he'd successfully taken down two persons.

Frank can't believe what he'd saw a moment ago. He always thought police would never kill indiscriminately unless they're extremely needed to do that. Yet, this guy who suddenly appeared behind them has killed two of his guys without even hesitating.

But luckily for him the man was alone while six armed guys are on his side. He then shouted, "Kill him!" And gunfight soon erupted in the shitty place.

Frank's lackeys quickly pulled their respective gun. Some of them pulled a mainstream machine pistol for gangster, Mac 10, and some of them pulled a various pistol out of their jacket.

But the masked man was fast enough to blow one of their head while they're still aiming their gun toward him. They then shoot their gun as he was still pumping his shotgun, but he still not stopped for walking forward.

Some bullets missed him and just pass through his side, but some still hit him. Thanks to his vest and mask, the bullet mostly stopped hitting his body and face but a few of them able to pierce his vest and soon his vest was covered with blood.

But he didn't stop, he didn't stop walking toward them and killing two of them again. The image of a masked man covered in blood in dark place and walked toward Frank and his guys was enough to send a shiver to their spine and nightmare to their night.

Eventually, the man soon limply tripped and fell to the ground. The gunfight died down while Frank and his guys stared in terror at the masked man, wondering is the man was simply want to die in field or just dumb.

Frank then dared himself to walk toward the masked man and flipped him to face him. He soon shouted and shoot his pistol at the man to his chest, knowing that the bullet would just ricochet away if he shot his face, and emptied his magazine.

He then walked away from the corpse and faced the dead body of his mans.

"Man... this is so messed up. I almost pissed my pants up." One guy uttered as he poked one of the dead body.

One of them then took some of the bags and said, "We better get going now, I bet the cops has already knew we are running away."

Frank then joined with them, "Yeah, let just get away from here. I don't want to find out what kind of person the next one after this crazy bastard and die in this shitty place."

They soon took the bag from the corpse around them, but suddenly...

"Now I'm officially pissed."

A deep voice came from behind them, giving them a chill on their spine. Cold sweat appeared on their back before they dared to turn to their back. As soon as they looked back, they widened their eyes thinking that this is just a nightmare.

There, stood the masked man still covered with bleed, and possibly still bleeding, while he cracked his neck. He stared at them behind the mask gleaming eyeglasses on it socket before he slung his shotgun to his shoulder and pullet his tomahawk.

And without a word, he quickly dashed to one of them and swung his axe to his head, effectively splitting the guy's head open and reveals his brain to the world. He pulled the axe from the poor guy's face and stared at the remaining persons who stood froze in horror.

As if their instinct finally kicking in, one of them pulled his pistol and shot the masked man on the face, only to make him even more pissed as his head was pushed back from the bullet that hit his mask.

The man then swung his axe to the guy's leg, making the guy stumbled and screamed the hell out of his lung. But the scream died down rather quickly as the masked man swung the axe to his face again before kicking him to the sewer water.

Now there's only him and Frank who then lifted his pistol and pulled its trigger, only to realize that his pistol was completely empty. His body shook violently as the man walked closer to him and grabbed his pistol.

"Now, now, now. Don't be afraid. I won't kill you; in fact, we could have a very friendly afternoon chat after this." Frank only stared at him in terror and disbelief. The man soon sighed and grabbed frank's trembling shoulder like a good buddy.

"Well, I do have some... grudge to you. So, pardon..." Frank than felt a hand grabbed his head while his leg being tackled and his body fell to the ground.

He gasped as his chest slammed to the ground, but before he can even do anything, he felt his head being shoved to the waterstream of shit, piss, and maybe a lot of disgusting shit and more shit.

He was choked up with the shit water and tried to get up but to no avail since the hand still steadily holding his head. After a few second, he was being pulled again from the water, making him coughed the water away and gasping for air.

"Answer me. Did you know why I did this? Why I'm being pissed to you?" The man asked, still calmly.

"Is that... Be-because... I've... killed you?"

"Well, it does hurt but getting killed and still alive is my everyday meals, so that's wrong."

"Is that... because... I'm the bad guy?"

The man stared at him slightly surprised by his answer, "Well, people like you have a face that pissed me off, but ain't saint so that is not really right." He replied calmly again, while his hand pulled the poor guy's hair.

"I-I don't know..."

"Well, you see..." He then pulled a yellow can with a hole and blood on it. The guy stared at it in confusion as the man continued, "I love this coffee, a lot, bloody hell, I would even slap my own father and his ancestors if this coffee asked me to do that."

"And you, you had shot this bloody thing and waste the coffee away, especially in this kind of shit dump." He growled while violently pulled Frank's hair as the poor guy looked at him in disbelief.

"Y-you, shoved me to waste water just because someone shot your coffee!?" He shouted and stared at him with widened eyes.

"Well, it's not someone because I saw you did that, but yeah, just that."

Anger then began to fill frank's eyes, "I HOPE THE WORST FOR YOUR LIFE YOU SON OF FUC-" His word stopped as he found his head being shove to the water again.

"Good lord, don't even try to insult my mother or you'll know what's worse than this." He said as he held the guy who struggling to get away from his hand.

Minute passed and all of sudden, he heard a steps coming from where he had came. The figure of an armed, masked woman came to his sight, its Viper.

"Well aren't you too cruel, zombie." She said.

"You're one to talk for a woman who enjoyed to torture and interrogate people." He then pulled Frank from the water as he felt the poor guy was already limply unconscious. "He's probably a high ranked man and we could extract something out of him."

Viper soon sighed as she saw her partner who stood up while covered in his own bloods and tried to lift the unconscious man, "Look at you, old man. Don't even try to lift him while you're literally a blood fountain. You might be an immortal but are you really that addicted to getting shot?"

She grabbed his hand and stared right into his eyes, they soon caught in the middle of some kind communication via staring.

'Let me do that.' She gestured to the guy's body, and then looked at the duffel bags around them, 'and you'll burn them.'

Deadman then sighed and complied with the girl's request. He put the bag into one place before he took a thermite grenade and pulled it pin before dropping it.

Watching her partner is ready, viper then lifted Frank's body to her back into fireman carry position. They nodded and soon walked away leaving the dead bodies and burned drugs.

"Anyway, why did you torture the shit out of this guy? I'm sure you're not the type to enjoy torturing people."

Deadman then pulled out the holed yellow can, making viper stared at him as if she was saying "seriously?" which he replied with, "Absolutely serious."

A lone van was parked on a dark alleyway; two persons, Virgo and Jack, were inside the said van, waiting for certain peoples to come.

Eventually, someone knocked car door's window. Jack then looked at the black tinted window and saw his two teammate which one of them was covered in blood while the another one carried an unconscious body.

He lowered the window and said cheerfully, "Welcome back, hop in."

They soon began to enter the car and took a seat at the back seat. Viper put down the unconscious guy at the very back before tying him with zip-ties and put a cloth to gag his mouth before plopped down on the seat.

Virgo and Jack just stared at her and then to the blood covered Deadman who stared back at them, talking via stare again, before Virgo eventually looked to front and started the engine, driving away from the dark alleyway.

"Virgo, drive to the MgRonald. I was hungry and felt bad after looking at pops bloodied body."

"Sure enough, I'm also hungry."

"Well, kind of you to do that, Jack. But just buy viper some ice cream or something." They soon silently stared at him; even Virgo who drove the car was staring at him while she turned the car in an intersection.

"My body feels numb and I'm not in the mood." The car then filled with chuckles that annoy the hell out of him.

My god, I've a lot of fun writing this and was too exhausted for now.

Cover is made by me from a game named Breach: The Archangel Job by Michael Maxwell. It's an interactive novel game that I highly recommended if you liked a crime, gunfight story with a lot of interesting characters.

I know Japan's crimeworld probably didn't work with gun so this story was taken off from a fiction world with a magic that I'll explain later. About the accent and stuff, I just want to have fun with it and practice it for future use.

Anyway, I appreciated any kind of constructive criticism or good review and hope y'all can enjoy this.

'till we meet again...
