A/N: This is my The Avenging Scarlet Speedster story trailer. Before I begin, there a few changes to the timeline that I am adding. One, I am moving the entire Flash (just The Flash not the entire Arrowverse) timeline back by two years. This is so that the Battle of New York happened a few months before Barry got his powers. Two, Barry is a famous and successful billionaire in this story. That's all I have for now. This story also takes place after The Flash 1x23 (assuming Barry followed the season storyline). The setting is so that by the end of The Flash 1x23, the Battle of New York already happened.

The damage from the Battle of New York was shown as a voice over from billionaire Barry Allen was heard.

"There's only one thing I know about life."

Buildings in New York were toppled and destroyed. Small fires spread through the streets as heavily injured civilians (people with broken bones and missing limbs) slowly made their way through the scraps of metal and trash across the ground.

"I know some things happen by chance..."

Pictures of the Iron Man flying in the air were shown.

Clint Barton a.k.a. Hawkeye fired an arrow at Chitauri soldier before turning around 180 degrees and firing an explosive arrow the knocked out four other Chitauri soldiers that were headed for him.

S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Natasha Romanoff fires three bullets from her pistol.

"...I also know that some things happen because we make them happen..."

Dead bodies of the people that died from the Battle of New York were then shown, people who were either blasted by Chitauri weapons, buried under the rubble from fallen buildings or killed as a casualty of the Hulk's rampage.

"...and that sometimes things happen...because we are the reason they happen."

Numerous pictures of the Avengers standing together are shown.

"The Avengers aren't heroes. They're killers and murderers in disguise. People think that they fight for us but they're wrong. The only people the Avengers fight for...are themselves. Two of them are master assassins."

Footage of Clint Barton and Natasha Romanoff standing back to back while firing arrows and bullets at corrupt soldiers in Budapest was shown.

"One of them is a god."

Thor held his hammer in the air as he summoned lightning from a dusty and powerful tornado cloud.

"Another is a monster."

Hulk jumped through the window of the building and landed on the jaw of the large, Chitauri leviathan as he jerked it's mouth downward causing both him and the leviathan to crash into the ground.

"One of them is the greatest soldier in history."

Captain America runs on the top of the bus with his vibranium shield in hand as a multiple blue blasts followed. Cap jumped in the air as the bus flipped behind, he landed on the ground, smashing his shield onto the ground to help with his fall as the bus flipped over him and landed 10 feet away.

"And the other...he's just an arrogant billionaire in an iron suit."

Iron Man flew above the streets of New York City, turning left and right as the Chitauri followed him, blasting him but repeatedly missing as they only ended up killing more and more civilians.

"New York."

The Battle of New York was shown.

"These were their fight, their war...and where are they now?"

Statues of the Avengers were shown as all the statues had two words spray painted onto them: "Murderers!"

Coming June 2021.

"This is exactly how it starts." Harry Wells of Earth 2 said to Barry Allen as the billionaire had a brooding and dark look on his face. "The fear, the rage, the feeling of powerlessness."

Barry's new Flash suit was shown. It was a little different from his old one. It was styled like it but all the red was replaced with dark, black metal except for the emblem, that was now white instead of red and Barry's cowl was now a helmet with black metal covering the back and top of his head and a grey visor covering half his face while leaving his mouth and chin exposed. Barry looked at his new suit with rage and readiness.

"That is what turns good men..." Harry said, bearing a worried look. "...cruel."

Goldface's thugs, who were armed to the core with meta-rifles, aimed their weapons at the door while forming a protective position of the door to the room behind them.

"This...Flash vigilante was a hero..." Steve Rogers a.k.a Captain America said to Director Nick Fury of S.H.I.E.L.D. "...and now, he's a dark knight with a reign of terror."

A flash-shaped brand, which looked exactly like the emblem on The Flash's ring, was shown.

"You guys might wanna be wary of this guy." S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Antoine Triplet says to the Avengers.

"Please." Tony Stark scoffed. "The guy went from wearing red spandex to black metal so he clearly has issues. I could take him on...easily."

"And seriously? The Flash?" Clint Barton said, scoffing. "Sounds stupid."

"I'd watch what you say about him, you two." Phil Coulson said as all the Avengers and members of Coulson's team faced the S.H.I.E.L.D. "If he was active at the time..."

The warehouse full of Goldface's thugs was shown as the thugs were armed to the core with meta-rifles. The pointed their weapons at the door while forming a protective position of the door to the room behind them.

Suddenly, the ceiling explodes as The Flash crashes through landing on one knee and punching his right hand on the ground for support. The thugs all turn around, forming a circle around Flash as they aim their meta-rifles at him and fired. However, they were too slow as Flash ran in a circle and disassembled their guns faster than their human eyes could see.

The thugs all charge at Flash but the Scarlet Speedster runs throughout the entire room, knocking down nearly all of them. He turns around and sees three unarmed thugs who all inject themselves with a temporary speedster drug.

They charge at Flash one by one as one of the thugs pulls out a knife and attempts to slash him at super speed. Flash dodges these slashes as he slams the thug's head onto a crate, breaking it instantly. Another one of the thugs charged at Flash as he swung his fist to the Scarlet Speedster's face. Flash ducked under the fist as he speed punched the thug's stomach before punching his jaw bone. The hit was so powerful that it threw the thug off of his feet, causing his head to break a hole on the floor.

The remaining thug charged at Flash only to be slammed onto the ceiling and knocked unconscious by the Fastest Man Alive.

"...I would've asked him to lead the Avengers." Coulson revealed, much to his team's and the Avenger's shock.

"The World Council asked me to do this initially." Fury said, shocking the Avengers and Coulson's team even more. "However, after our first encounter with The Flash, he refused and he is a force to be reckoned with. He's not an enemy S.H.I.E.L.D. can take on."

"That's why the Avengers should." Steve Rogers said, dressed in his suit.

Earth's Mightiest Heroes

"You're going to war?" Cisco Ramon asked Barry as the Battle of New York was shown.

"Those bastards brought the war to us." Barry growled to his friend as he was shown holding a little girl in his arms while glaring at the sky in rage as Barry stood in the ruined streets of New York City. "Two of them have the power to wipe out an entire population!"

Hulk and Thor were shown during the Battle of New York as they stood over the ruins of the leviathan and the destroyed bank.

"If there is so much as a one percent chance that these people are our enemies..." Barry said. "...then we have to take as an absolute certainty."

Heimdall was shown standing in front of Thor in Asgard.

"Beware, my friend,..." Heimdall said as Thor listened to his ally. "...this man, this...Scarlet Speedster. He is fueled by rage and a desire for vengeance."

"He's just one speedster." Skye said to the Avengers as they all listened to the hacker. "How hard can it possibly be?"

Thor threw his hammer Mjolnir at The Flash who caught it and held the grip on the hammer with ease, shocking Thor and the rest of the Avengers who stared in horror.

"Impossible." Thor gasped.

"I am the impossible." Flash said as blue and orange lightning coursed all over his body.

vs

Iron Man stands inside a room in the warehouse as he looks down at The Flash, who is on his elbows and knees.

"C'mon." the Iron Avenger dared.

"RAHHH!" Flash roared as he ran at Iron Man, crashing him through a wall.

Flash was shown punching Iron Man as he speed punched the Iron Avenger's chest plate repeatedly before hitting his helmet, causing Iron Man's face plate to go flying while revealing the bloodied face of Tony Stark.

The Scarlet Speedster

Hawkeye and Black Widow both jump at The Flash, aiming their arrows and guns at him while charging at him only for the two Avengers to be thrown out the window in a flash of orange lightning.

"How many people have to suffer for their mistakes?" Barry Allen said to Harry Wells of Earth 2. "How many kids have to lose their parents? How many husbands have to lose their wives?"

"Allen, I know you're angry.." Harry said. "...but these people are trying to be heroes in their own right."

"There are no heroes" Barry said in a dark voice.

Barry Allen was shown standing behind the grave of Iris West. He held an umbrella in one hand, shielding him from the rain as he held a bouquet of flowers in the other.

"I will avenge you." Barry promised to the grave.

Barry was then shown holding the newspaper that was the article about his mother's death. He stared in horror at the words that were written on it: "You let your family die."

"They won't stop." Barry said to Cisco. "So I'll stop them."

Captain America was shown trying to hit The Flash only for his shield to taken out of his hand and slammed into his face by the Scarlet Speedster. Iron Man, whose face plate was removed, tried to blast The Flash with his repulsor only for Flash to drive the shield into Iron Man's right repulsor, permanently depowering it.

Thor was then shown throwing his hammer, Mjolnir, at the Scarlet Speedster who turned around just in time for Mjolnir to harmlessly graze his chest. Flash then ran to Thor at super speed and began speed punching him all over his face and body as the Thunder God fell to his knees.

Hulk then jumped into the air as he raised his fists and brought them down as hard as he could, making the screen go black.

The Avenging Scarlet Speedster

Billionaires Tony Stark and Barry Allen stood five feet across from one another in the middle of a gala.

"Well, if isn't everyone's favorite, cowardly runner." Tony sassed.

"And everyone's favorite, arrogant jackass." Barry countered.

For those of you who haven't watched AoS, you may want to watch a few episodes of it first. It'll help you understand some of the scenes in the trailer and a whole lot of the story.
