On a warm summer day, the playground in Tokyo is available for the kids to play in. Two little girls in the age of four are running over as one of them called out: "Hurry Rika! You're slow in even flying!" The other girl who's called out as Rika giggled as she's flying: "Cece! Don't rush me!" Little Cece has her long black hair in a elegant braid. She wears a light-blue kimono and matching colored slip-on shoes with a silver sash around her waist. Besides the tanned skin, she has a pair of eyes in light-blue and hues of silver to represent the element of water itself. Her childhood friend Rika has a pair of sparkling sky blue eyes and white hair that's also in a long braid for her flower crown on her head while wearing a puffy blue dress and matching low-heel shoes. Cece looked up when she sees a ball rolling to her feet. A young boy with messy green hair was rubbing his head because he tried a ball trick like his childhood friend but failed to perform the stunt well enough. She picked up the ball and started to walk a bit forwards the boys. That is until she tossed the ball strongly into the air and did a few back flips before running up on foot on a tall tree like a ninja. That's when she jumped off to spin in a reversal type of somersault to kick down the ball into the basketball hoop nearby before landing on her feet to take out her hand to help the boy out of the sands. She asked with a smile on her face: "Are you okay? Let me help you up." The boy with the messy green hair lightly blushed and took her hand as she pulled him up on his feet. Rika pouted as she's floating in the air: "Hmph! Cece! You're such a showoff!" The little girl who's referred to as Cece cleared her throat a bit and said to the two boys: "I'm Cecelia Harumi Miyamoto. My first name is Latin after St. Cecilie the patron of music. My middle name means 'spring beauty' i Japanese. My last name means 'shrine palace' in Japanese as well." She added with a smile when looking at her friend and back at the two boys: "This is Rika Makoto. She and I are childhood friends since we were three years old." The little boy with the messy green hair smiled and said excitedly: "Wow! You know three languages? That's so cool! I'm Izuku Midoriya. This is my childhood friend Kacchan." The kid with his spiky ash-blond hair and red eyes said in a overly confident way: "That's not my actual name, Deku. It's Katsuki Bakugou. And why the heck is she flying without any wings? Is that some kind of Quirk or something?" Rika was just about to say a remark but was stopped as Cecelia answered, "It's not a Quirk. Rika is actually a Fairy Princess." Rika said in shock as she almost lose her balance in the air: "CECE!" Midoriya smiled a bigger smile and he asked: "Really?! I didn't know that fairies actually exist!" The kid known as Bakugou scoffed and said with his hands on his hips: "Hah! As if fairies even exist, Deku!" Cecelia replied in a way of supporting her childhood friend: "They actually do exist, Kacchan. Most if not all can disguise themselves as humans and hide away their wings to avoid anything suspicious on their travels." Although Rika is embarrassed that her identity was revealed, she is relieved to know that Cecelia has her back in even at the slightest of complications.

Some time passes by as Cecelia and Rika are waiting for the boys to get back. Apparently, she suggested that the two girls would hang out with the boys that Bakugou and Midoriya would hang out as a group as "Agency Bakugou." Young Midoriya went up ahead as he didn't want to be teased by Bakugou and the other boys again. As he is getting closer to the girls, he hid behind one of the trees as soon as he hears Cecelia's voice as she starts to sing:

You'll find the answer if you search the sky
But that's a lie, why can't it be that easy?
But now's the time to prove that we're alive
Take a chance, we'll never know
C'mon let's go!

Again, we're crying
But trying
To prove we can overcome it
I know we'll rise above
Each and every time

I reach for your hand
You're my friend
You are not alone in this
So make a vow in your heart
To not give up
Do-do-do! Do-do-do-do...
We're gonna triumph

Midoriya's cheeks were lightly pink and his smile was wide with his eyes sparkled when he hears her singing. She then turned to her fairy childhood friend and asked her: "Should I maybe write that song down?" Rika giggled as she flew in the loopy-loops: "Yeah! You should, Cece! That was beautiful!" As the other boys have arrived a bit of time later, Bakugou huffed a bit and said: "Oi! What are you looking at, Deku?" Midoriya was just about to say something but was stopped when Cecelia started to snap her fingers as if getting a beat of a song in her head. Right at that moment with a bit of a spin, she starts to sing with a little freestyle in her dance to this song that she memorized by mind and heart:

Running in the crowd
In the faceless town
I need to feel the touch of a friend
In the country-side
I wander far and wide
The isolation gets me again

I don't know where to go
When I feel like crying
Oh my!
It's time to challenge myself
Do something new
I wanna stop and grow up a bit

Then suddenly, my power and confidence start swelling up
Magically erupt
And it all because of the kindness that I feel
From people I don't even know

Then suddenly, my intuition and my wisdom grow
And then, I know
That most of all, I sense compassion is real
Thanks to strangers wherever I go!
Thank you for waking me up!

Apparently, she has her passion for music as Bakugou could see it. He had to shake his head when he finds his own cheeks getting rather pinkish red. Midoriya ran over to the girls and smiled, "Wow! Cece! That's so cool! You must be really good at singing and dancing!" Rika giggled as she's floating in the air yet again: "Mhm! The first time I heard her singing was when she solved a puzzle when singing!" Cecelia shakes her head to avoid laughing at that little childhood memory. Midoriya smiled widely as he could see that those two girls are certainly the best and closest of childhood friends that they could be.
