Naruto leapt into a clearing and grinned when he spotted Saskue. "Found you!" he panted and plonked down beside the raven.
"Why were you looking?" he asked sombrely.
The blonde's head tilted in confusion. "To bring you back."
"I'm not going back." Naruto blinked. "What I did was unforgivable."
The blonde scowled. "There are people back in Konoha who think my existence is unforgivable." He poked the raven in the side. "Do you agree with them?"
"No," he huffed.
"So you admit there is more than one perspective to look at?"
"Yes," he sighed. "All right, dobe, you win."
"I'm not a dobe, teme!" he declared. Then blinked. "Does this mean you'll come back?" he asked hopefully.
"Yes, I'll come back."
