Hadrian Slytherin was content with his life. Even though he ran away when he was fifteen, his life was pretty much perfect. He had a loving husband, two brilliant children, and a stable job. He might have missed his parents and siblings but Harry was okay with that.

"Harry, what are you thinking about?" a smooth voice cut through his thoughts.

Harry turned to the voice and found his husband, Marvolo Slytherin, also known as Tom Marvolo Riddle or Lord Voldemort.

They were an odd couple, for sure. The runaway son of the Potter family, a predominantly Light family, and the Lord of Slytherin, the Dark Lord himself. Harry didn't really care for those titles because when Harry met him, he was just Tom.

Tom, who had supported him when no one searched for him. Tom, who gave him the world because he asked for it. Tom, his husband of five years and father of their children.

Not Voldemort, the new Dark Lord. Not Voldemort, who was trying to reform the world. Not even Marvolo, the politician rising in the ranks in the Ministry though everyone knew he was Voldemort.

"Just reminiscing," he replied, turning back to the book he was trying to read.

They were currently staying in their summer home, Emerald Manor. Their children were off playing with their friends and Marvolo was holding a Death Eater meeting. Harry was left to his own devices and there wasn't much he could do when he was eight months pregnant, as Tom wouldn't let him.

"About what?" his husband inquired though Harry knew he held little interest. Tom was much more focused on the present and the future than what happened in the past with a few exceptions.

"My parents and siblings," Harry admitted, knowing he couldn't hide the truth from his husband.

Tom sneered. He didn't have a high opinion of the Potters from the start and learning what they had done to Harry soured his opinion even more.

"Speaking of," Harry started, switching topics before Tom grew angrier, "have you managed to track them down?"

His parents and siblings were part of the resistance against Voldemort, even though it was fruitless now. Tom had as good as won and they were only delaying the inevitable.

"Bella found them," Tom informed him, stunning Harry.

The Potters had been eluding them pretty well so far. They changed hiding places frequently, before Peter, their spy, could inform them.

"Where are they?" he asked, getting up.

Knowing his husband and Bellatrix, they were probably in the dungeons. He knew Bella was also eager to get her hands on them, as she thought of Harry was a nephew and knew they hurt him.

"In the dungeons. You are not going though," his husband ordered firmly.

"Why not?" he demanded angrily.

Tom's eyes just drifted towards his stomach, which made Harry roll his eyes. Tom grew even more protective of him when he was pregnant and it annoyed Harry to no end. His baby was well protected, as most of his magic was used to sustain it but Tom still worried for them as Harry couldn't defend himself as well as when he wasn't pregnant.

"We'll be fine. Bella will be there and she'll stop them from doing anything," he placated.

Tom didn't budge. For a moment, the two just stared at each other, neither backing down. Finally, Tom relented with strict instructions to stay close to Bellatrix.

Harry waddled to the dungeons. They were just as dark and damp as usual and Bella greeted him as he made his way down the stairs.

"Is itty bitty Potter coming to play? Our lord is not going to be happy about this?" she sneered at him playfully.

Bella was as insane as ever. Harry sneered back at her playfully and the two made their way to where the Potters were being held.

His former family looked worse for wear. All of them were grimy, and looked starved. Bela had told him on the way that they gave them a bit of food though it was poisoned and they refused to eat it. Harry was a bit disappointed since he always liked to see how people reacted to new poisons they made.

They had only been there for a few days but they were shown no mercy. His mother had cuts on her stomach, right where her womb was and Harry knew she couldn't have any more children even if she wanted to. His father was twitching, suffering from side effects of the Cruciatus curse.

His sister had the words I must obey my lord all over her body, having been forced to use a modified Blood Quill Harry had developed. His brother was blue, still suffering from hypothermia via a spell and his other sister was hanging from the wall, wooden stakes through her hands and feet.

It was a beautiful sight to Harry and he couldn't help but laugh. The laugh caught the attention of his family who looked up. They turned pale instantly, like they saw a ghost, which they had in a way.

To them, Harry had been dead for ten years now.

"So how is my lovely family doing?" he asked them mockingly.

"Harry," his mother croaked out.

"It's Hadrian now actually. Only close friends and family can call him Harry," Bella snapped at her, causing all of them to recoil.

"What are you doing here Harry? Are you… one of them?" his father spat.

Harry sneered at him. He had no right to say anything. Not after he had abandoned Harry for fourteen years.

Harry's parents had been presumed dead when they were attacked on Halloween night when Harry was one. Harry was sent to live with the Dursleys who treated him horribly. Then, his family came back when he was fourteen, shocking everyone with their return.

"Be silent!" he barked, moving closer to the cage.

The Potters grew quiet and Harry took a few deep breaths to calm himself.

"Why?" he asked, after a few moments, "Why did you come back? Everything was finally looking up when you returned so why? Why did you leave me? Why did you have to come back? Why couldn't you have stayed dead?"

With every word, Harry grew angrier and angrier. His family had abandoned them and had the audacity to come back as if everything was fine.

"I liked my life before you came into it," he continued, "Sure it was a bit crappy but it was my life. And you took that from me! And I'm not letting that go. You're going to feel the same pain I did, no matter what."

He looked at them for a few moments before turning to Bella. She was thrumming with excitement and Harry could feel the excitement building in him too.

"Let's get started shall we?"

The only thing the Potter family could see were green eyes before they started screaming. And they were going to keep screaming for a long time.
