What really happened on Halloween
Voldemort went to speak with the Potters and he left them very much alive and safe. When he arrived back at his home he saw the light attacking his home where his wife and child were defenseless. He went to defend them only to be attacked from behind by Dumbledore. He is left as a shell and his wife and child are left to burn to death in the house.
Dumbledore went to the Potter home and left carnage and abandoned the boy who lived.
Lucius Malfoy was looking for his master knowing a piece of him was left some where but what he found was Sarleena Riddle the Dark Lord's fifteen month old daughter staring at her mother's dead body as she cries. He picks her up and takes her to his home. "Narcissa we have to take her in she just a child with no family left." Lucius says as he rocks the girl in his arms. After a few weeks of back and forth Lady Zabini and the Malfoy's came to a custody agreement. Sarleena was taught about magic, society standing, self defense and being deceptive. She got glasses at age nine. She knew from a young age Bellatrix hated her. Severus Snape was always apart of her life. She and Draco adored their uncle Sev.
Sarleena's Eleventh Birthday
Sarleena's POV
I wake up groggy but then remember it's my birthday. Taffy pops in and helps me get dressed for the day. When I come down I see my cousin Blaise and he greets me with a hug. After the hug I notice that a lot of my Uncle Lucius's friends are there. I also notice Bellatrix is there glaring at me as Uncle Ruddy and Rabi smile at me. "Happy Birthday Sweetie." Aunt Cissa says as she hugs me. Our Hogwarts letters land while Draco and I eat breakfast and the Zabini's house elf brings Blaise's letter. We all cheer as we get them. After that I am opening my gifts and I like most of them. I am shocked to see a gift from Bellatrix and I have uncle Sev scan it for nasty tricks. He deems it clean and I oped it to see a dead rat. So rather than scream or cry as that's what she wants I say "Oh aunt Bella how sweet of you to get me a doll made in your image." Everyone looks either shocked or on the verge of laughing at what I said. "Uncle Luc you didn't get a pretty dress this year." I say with a sad look. "Well my little one. I am getting you a pet at Diagon alley tomorrow." He replies.
Severus's POV
I am pissed with Bellatrix constantly trying to upset Sarleena. It sickens me to see a grown woman so intent on ruining a small child's birthday year after year. I pull her into an empty room after Sarleena gets done giving her a verbal smack to the face. "You will stop picking on that child and when our lord returns I will inform him of your misdeeds towards his daughter." I tell her. "She isn't important to his return."Bella yells "She is important to him so that makes her our top priority." I say "You just want to raid her tiny cavern." Bella says and it makes me sick to think she thinks that about me. We hear a wolf howl and know that Fenir and his brood are here to greet Sarleena. When I rejoin the party I see her being carried around by Fenir and it makes me feel off but I know he would die before hurting him since she helped to save one of his many cubs. Sarleena is the savior of the dark. She is our version of Harry Potter. She is kept a secret as the Order would kill her for fear that she is the new Dark Lord. They better hope not as she can handle herself and she doesn't even have a wand yet.
Trip to Diagon Alley
Narcissa's POV
After flooing to Diagon Alley I decided to Sarleena and Lucius took Draco since those boys can take forever in the quidditch shop. I get Sarleena's robes and weekend clothes first then we went to the book shop where I also picked up an advanced spell-book for her. She takes a while in the wand shop and ends up with a ten in elm with unicorn hair and basilisk scales in the core. Once we are done I take her to meet Lucius so she can pick a pet and she picks a pure black owl that she names Hermes. We end the day at a fancy restaurant. I hope Sarleena stays out of Dumbledore's sight
