Hope's Peak Academy was a school that scouted students that are known for having exceptional talents and gaining them from a very young age. This was no different for Bloom Domino, who was scouted to enroll in the academy.
Bloom woke up in a classroom and was confused because she had no idea where she was or how she got here in the first place.
Bloom Domino was a young girl who was at least 5 ft tall. She had red hair that was put in a side ponytail and she had sapphire blue eyes. She also wore ribbon on her head, it was a light blue ribbon with white polka dots all over it and the edges of the ribbon had white frills. She also wore a pair of red cross earrings. She also wore a necklace with a red serpent dragon on it.
She also wore a blue women's V-neck shirt, a black skirt and white flat shoes. She wore a white coat over her outfit, but the coat remained unbuttoned and around her neck was stethoscope.
Bloom looked around the classroom that she was in and saw that was no different than any other classroom. It was lined with rows of desks and at the front of the classroom was a large desk, making that the teacher's desk. Behind the desk was a green chalkboard. She looked to the left of the room and she saw that there window there, but they were all boarded up, blocking the view of the outside world.
She jumped when a sound that resembled bell sound came on. She looked to the upper right corner and saw that there was an intercom there.
"All students please report to the gym for the school's opening ceremony" The announcer said
The redheaded student decided to go towards the gym because she hoped that she would find more clues there and maybe the other students there could bring up to date on what was going on around here.
She made it to the entrance of the gym and saw that it was sealed up by what looked like a giant safe door. What really surprised her was the students themselves. She thought there would be more than this but there were fewer than she thought.
One of them saw her and announced to everyone else in the room.
The girl, that announced Bloom's arrival, had long blonde hair and wore some dark pink star earrings. She was wearing a frilly orange, and purple V-neck dress and purple low-heel shoes. She also wore a red headband on her head.
"Hey! There another one here!" The blonde girl said
Another female student looked relieved that she was ok.
This student had tan skin and honey brown hair that tied into two low pigtails. She was at least 5 feet and 3 inches tall. She was wearing a pink V-neck shirt, a green frilly skirt and some low heel pink shoes. The girl was wearing a large pink apron and had some large yellow gloves stuffed into the pockets of the apron. She also wore a light pink bandana on her head.
"Thank goodness your ok" The girl said
Another girl spoke to her and this one was a little more outgoing.
The next girl wore a purple shirt with base lines and musical notes on them, they were colored yellow. She wore a black jean jacket that she kept unbuttoned. She also wore a black frilly miniskirt. She wore a thigh high striped socks. The socks were red and black. She also wore silver-blue heels.
The girl had dark blue hair that was put up into two high pigtails. She also wore a pair of yellow musical note earrings and wore a black choker with a golden yellow musical note on it. The girl also had dark purple eyes.
"Yo, glad you could make it" The girl said
The next person to speak up was a guy.
The guy was at least 5 feet and 8 inches tall. He had chin length blond hair and blue eyes. He wore a red shirt and over the shirt was a black jean jacket that was only partially buttoned. He also wore black jeans and some dark blue and white shoes.
"I didn't think there would be anyone else here" The guy said
The guy next to him was at least 6 feet tall and was very muscular. He was wearing a white tank top shirt and some red shorts with two lines on both sides of them. He also wore red and blue shoes.
"Well hopefully that's everyone" The guy said
The dark blue haired girl then suggested that they should know each other's names.
Everyone agreed and decided to make introductions to each other.
Bloom then went over towards the girl with the dark blue hair.
"Yo there! Girl!" The girl said
"Hi yourself" Bloom said
"My name is Musa Harmony, the ultimate musician" Musa said
Bloom had actually heard about Musa before. She was a talented musician that did world tours and performed in bands and idol performances. She was pretty famous in the music world.
"What's your name?" Musa asked
"Bloom Domino, I'm known as the ultimate doctor" Bloom said
Musa gasped.
"I finally found you!" Musa said
Bloom was confused what she meant by that.
"Huh? What do you mean?" Bloom said
"My mother got sick and the illness she had was incurable. But that's when a doctor came along and managed to cure her illness that other doctors were unable to do. They only said that the doctor was know as the ultimate doctor. I wanted to find this doctor and thank them "Musa said
Musa then continued.
"I heard that you managed to cure many diseases that were deemed incurable. You have knowledge about all kinds of medicine. You were deemed to be a mega-genius" Musa said
Bloom blushed a little at that last statement.
"I'm not sure about being a mega-genius but I can confirm about the other parts of that story are true" Bloom said
Bloom then went over to the blonde girl, who had announced Bloom's arrival from earlier, and greeted her.
"Nice to meet you! My name is Stella Solaria, the ultimate fashion designer" Stella said
Bloom had heard about Stella and her work in the world of fashion. She traveled to many places and held many fashion shows to show off her designs. Many people loved her designs for fashion and she had made a successful career as a fashion designer.
"You know you could use some fashion tips yourself. You standout as plain with those designs" Stella said
"I never really had time to think about stuff like that since I'm always so busy with my work as a doctor" Bloom said
"Everyone has time for fashion. Even the busiest person can make time to freshen themselves up a bit" Stella said
"Not many people are trying to adjust to that type of lifestyle" Bloom said
"That's why I'm here. I'm hoping to change the world and help people pay more attention on their looks. But there's one thing I have to bring up and it's that hair ribbon of yours. It looks so cute on you" Stella said
Bloom thanked her for the compliment and move on to another student. She moved onto the boy with the chin length blond hair. she introduced herself and the boy did it in return.
"My name is Sky Eraklyon, the ultimate motorcyclist" Sky said
She had heard about him. He was a biker that raced in many motor bike competitions and always came out on top. He became a professional the moment he was allowed to ride a motorcycle.
"Ultimate motorcyclist, quite an talent" Bloom said
Sky chuckled and responded.
"Well it can be dangerous and that's why I always wear protective gear whenever I'm about to ride one. But it feels great because having the wind blow against you is an amazing feeling to have. I could take you for a ride sometime if you would like that" Sky said
"I'd rather live then die in a crash" Bloom said
"Come on, it's not that bad" Sky said
"I'll think about it" Bloom said
She then moved onto the next person and that was the muscular guy with brown hair. She introduced herself and he did it in return.
"My name is Brandon Haruka, the ultimate wrestler" Brandon said
Brandon was known as a famous wrestler and knew many types of wrestling techniques. He was recognized as the leader of the wrestling team he was on and lead his team to win several championships.
"By the way, do you know if this school has a workout gym?" Brandon asked
"A workout gym?" Bloom asked
"I like to work out and keep up my strength. I don't rely on those steroids like most people do" Brandon said
"I don't know, I didn't come across one on the way over here, but we haven't really explored the whole school yet so there's a possibility that we'll come across one" Bloom said
"Let me know if you do" Brandon said
"Sure" Bloom responded
Bloom then went over to the next person she saw was the girl with honey brown hair from before. She then introduced herself and the girl happily and shyly introduced herself.
"My name is Flora, the ultimate gardener" Flora said
She had heard about a particular individual who was said to have not just a green thumb but green fingers. She was known for her expertise in nature and knew how to take care of many plants and knew where to plant and knew the right environment where they should be planted.
"Have you seen a greenhouse here? I really want to see if this school has one" Flora said
"I highly doubt that the school has one, but I'll keep my eyes out for one" Bloom said
She went over to the next person. It was a tall guy who was at least six foot 3. He then introduced himself to her. He had long dark blue hair that was in a low ponytail. He was wearing an olive-green shirt, white pants and light brown shoes. He had one of those hats that many artists like to wear, and he also wore a white apron that had many paint stains on it
"My name is Helia Magix, the ultimate artist" Helia said
Helia was known for his many works of art and they were said to be famous enough for them to put into many art museums around the world. He once sold paintings and earned quite a fortune.
"By the way have you noticed that all the window are boarded up?" Helia asked
"Yes, I have" Bloom said
"Why is that I wonder. To gaze outside is how many artists gain ideas on what their next art piece should be" Helia said
"There might be an art room if you look hard enough" Bloom said
"I hope so" Helia said
The next person was a girl with short magenta hair with blue eyes. She was at least 3 inches taller than her. She was wearing a lime-green hoodie with a white tank top underneath it. She also wore purple yoga pants and purple shoes.
The girl then introduced herself to the ultimate doctor.
"My name is Tecna Zenith, the ultimate inventor, it's a pleasure to meet you" Tecna said
Bloom had heard about this girl and her inventions. She was often called the path to the future because many of her inventions had made life easier for people. She went on to win awards in many science fairs.
"Have you seen how sealed off this place is? Even the doors are sealed off" Tecna said
That was news to Bloom. She was aware of the windows being sealed off but she didn't know that the doors were also boarded up. That meant that they would need to find a way to take boards off if they ever wanted to go outside.
"I knew about the windows but the doors being boarded up is something I didn't know about" Bloom said
"It's like someone wants to keep us trapped in here" Tecna said
Bloom then went on to the next person and a guy with glasses, and golden blond hair and he was a little bit taller than Tecna. He was wearing white oxford shirt with a blue vest over it. He wore khakis and brown shoes.
"My name is Timmy Sanji, the ultimate programmer" Timmy said
Timmy was known as the ultimate programmer because of his genius intellect when it came to computers. He was even known to be a great hacker too. He was often hired by many companies to help them or even teach them how to work with new computer systems.
"What a strange place. I heard that announcement and thought I would come across a lot of students, but it looks like this is all of us" Timmy said
"I was thinking the same thing as well. I thought this was supposed to be a famous school with many students but to think there are so little students here is concerning" Bloom said
"Maybe their somewhere else in the school and we'll come across them eventually" Timmy said
Bloom just nodded and
She moved onto the next person an it was a guy with dark skin and brown hair in twin braids. He was wearing a purple sweater with a white V-neck underneath it. He wore khakis and dark purple shoes. The guy then introduced himself.
"My name is Nabu Ophir, the ultimate magician" Nabu said
Bloom heard about an amazing magician who's illusions looked more real than fake. He became so popular and has gained many fans because of his many tricks.
"If only I could use magic to help us figure out how we ended up here in the first place" Nabu said
"There's more things that we can rely on than magic" Bloom said
"That's true but it's doesn't hurt for a magician to have a secret trick up his sleeve" Nabu said
"Maybe that trick will come to you soon" Blooms said
She then moved onto to the next person who was a girl with dark skin and long wavy dark hair with blue eyes. she was wearing a sports crop top and black yoga pants with some white ankle socks and some white tennis shoes. The girl then introduced herself.
"My name is Aisha Andros, the ultimate Athlete" Aisha said
This was a girl that Bloom had heard about. She was known as a master athlete and took part in the Olympics and helped her team win first place.
"Have you seen there aren't very many people here?" Aisha asked
"Yes, the number of people here is probably at least 16 which is around how many students are in an ordinary classroom" Bloom said
"Where is everyone else?" Aisha asked
"I'm sure we'll find out eventually" Bloom said
She then went over towards a boy brownish red hair that stood up. he wore a white hoodie, red pants and black shoes.
"The names Riven Anderson, the ultimate spy" Riven said
Riven was known for infiltrating any kind of company and not being caught and had never been caught even once. He was a talented thief and use his skills to benefit either himself or for others depending on the situation.
"If you're the ultimate spy does that mean you came here to infiltrate the academy or to actually attend the school?" Bloom said
"To attend obviously" Riven said with a scowl
"Good to know" Bloom said
She then moved onto the next student who was a girl with dark magenta hair. She wore a shirt with pawprint on it and tight blue jeans and dark pink boots.
"My name is Roxy Peters, the ultimate veterinarian" Roxy said
Roxy was known as the ultimate veterinarian because of her care for animals. She's taken care of many animals. She's even treated arachnids and insects which was a feat that was thought to be impossible by most of researchers.
"Man, this place is so quiet. I can't even hear the birds chirping" Roxy said
"There might not be any animals here to begin with" Bloom said
"Yeah true but you would think there would least be one chirp or even a cricket noise but there's total silence. It's disturbing" Roxy said
The next person was a girl with long silver hair that up in a high ponytail. She was wearing a blue crop top and blue skirt along with blue boots.
"Hey, I'm Icy Dyamond, the ultimate ice skater" Icy said
She had heard about Icy and her ice-skating skills. She had won first place in all those competitions and it was said that she got a perfect score almost every time.
"So listen, I'm just warning you to stay on my good side unless you want to suffer" Icy said
"Suffer? What do you mean?" Bloom asked
Icy laughed.
"Well, I think it would be better if you didn't find out right?" Icy asked
"Right, sure" Bloom said
She then went over to another girl long dark brown hair. She was wearing a light purple top and dark purple pants. She also wore black heel boots. She also has some yellow glasses on her, but it looks she just wears them as an accessory.
"What's up? My name is Darcy Dartha, the ultimate baker, hope we can get along" Darcy said
Bloom detect a hint of sarcasm in that last part of her introduction, but she wasn't going to press her on that. She had heard a lot of things about a famous bakery run by this one. It was said that her baking was irresistible, and no one would be able to turn down sweets that are baked by her.
"Geez, what a dump I'm starting to regret accepting the invitation to go to school here" Darcy said
"We just got here right? And you already judging it" Bloom said
"Please, I could liven this place up if I wanted to, but I won't" Darcy said
Bloom wasn't sure what she meant by that, but she didn't want to press it any further and left it at that.
The last one she met up with was a girl with fluffy purple hair. She was wearing a red crop top, a red skirt and red heeled sandals.
"The name's Stormy Haruta, the ultimate dancer. Make sure you remember that" Stormy said
Bloom had heard about Stormy. She became the ultimate dancer because she was able to win dance competition and was a 5-time champion. She became known in the dancing world.
"You know how to get this door open right?" Stormy said as she pointed towards the door that was blocking the entrance to the gym.
"No, I don't" Bloom said
"Geez some help you are" Stormy said
"No one would be able to open that door, its simply too heavy" Bloom said
The giant door to the gym then opened and everyone went inside and they were surprised to see that no one else but them were here.
"What's going on here?! Why are we the only ones here?" Stella asked
"There must be a logical explanation for this" Tecna said
"Tecna's right, we just need to find the answer to all of our questions" Timmy said
A voice that came from gym's stage echoed throughout the gym.
"Good it looks like everyone's here" The voice said
"Where did that come from?" Flora asked with fright
"It came from the stage up there" Musa said
Something then jumped out and landed on the podium. It was a bear. A bear that was all black on one side and all white on the other side. His bellybutton area was all white and it was sticking out. On the white side of its face was a black dotted eye while on the black side was red lightning bolted eye.
"Good morning everyone! I'm Monokuma and I'm the headmaster of this academy" Monokuma said
"Did that stuffed bear just talk?" Sky asked
Monokuma corrected him on his statement.
"I'm not a stuffed bear! I'm Monokuma!" Monokuma said
"This is freaking me out!" Stella said
"Relax I'm sure someone's just controlling it" Timmy said
"Yeah, he might have a speaker somewhere on the inside of his body" Tecna said
Monokuma then looked down but it was hard tell if he was sad or not.
"How rude, all of you ultimates are full of yourselves" Monokuma said
"A bear as a headmaster? What kind of joke is this?" Stormy asked
"It's no joke, I am the headmaster of this academy" Monokuma said
Monokuma then gave them another piece of news.
"I hope you all adapt to your school life here because you'll be here till the day you die" Monokuma said
This caught everyone's attention. Bloom was the one to speak up.
"Till the day we die? Are you implying that we'll trapped till we die of old age?" Bloom asked
The bear laughed.
"That's correct, you'll be spending the rest of your lives here at this academy" Monokuma said
"This joke has gone on long enough! You really expect us to stay here forever?!" Icy asked
"That's why you're here in the first place. If you didn't want to stay here forever then you should've read the fine print on contract before signing up to attend this academy" Monokuma said
"What fine print?! We were scouted!" Roxy said
"I can't stay here for the rest my life!" Riven said
"I agree, after all there tons of things in the world that I want to do, I can't spend all my time trapped in here" Sky said
"Hate to break it to you. But you won't be getting out. All the exits have been boarded up and only I have the power to undo them. Sooner or later I'll allow you to go outside and explore the campus but leaving the campus is impossible because this campus has been permanently shut off from the outside world" Monokuma said
"Enough playing around! This isn't funny!" Aisha said
"Don't drag this on any further!" Nabu said
Monokuma then looked at all of his students and asked a question.
"You want to escape that badly?" Monokuma asked
"Of course, we do! We can't afford to stay here for the rest of our lives" Helia said
"Who would want to stay in this dump?" Darcy asked
Monokuma remained silent for a moment before speaking up again.
"Well there might be one way to escape this place" Monokuma said
"Then hurry up and tell us already!" Riven said
"Murder" Monokuma said
"Huh?" Musa asked
"If you really want to leave this academy then there's only one thing you can do. You need to murder someone" Monokuma said
Everyone looked at this bear in horror.
"M-murder?!" Flora asked
"That's right! Stabbing, strangling, electrocution, poisoning, bludgeoning! If you want to leave this academy so much then all you need to do is kill someone" Monokuma said
"T-this prank has gone on long enough" Timmy said
"Yeah! Why should we take a stuffed bear like you seriously?!" Brandon asked
"I told you I'm not a stuffed bear I'm Monokuma!" Monokuma said with annoyance
"Monokuma, mind if I ask you something?" Bloom asked
"Hm? What is it?" Monokuma asked
"You said that we need to murder someone if we want to leave. But there's more to it than that isn't there?" Bloom asked
Monokuma looked at before laughing out loud again.
"My! My! You're a sharp one!" Monokuma said
The bear then looked at the ultimate doctor before replying.
"Yes, that's absolutely right. In order to escape this place, you need to commit murder. But here's the catch. You need to do it without being found out. If a body is discovered, then you will have to a class trial" Monokuma said
"Class trial?" Stormy asked
"I'll explain it in more detail once the killing actually starts. So, for now take these student handbooks and make sure to read the rules so you know what rules to follow. If any rules are broken, then you will be punished.
With that said the bear disappeared and left the students to talk amongst themselves.
