I never created Superman TAS.

Hungry creatures appeared near Smallville trees and caused Reverend Amos Howell's eyes to widen. He began to glance from them to Supergirl. He heard the animals as they snarled. One scowl formed. ''Creatures always find us when we walk or run errands in Smallville. Villains battle us if we go to Metropolis,'' he said.

Supergirl smiled. ''We'll continue with our walk after I protect you from them.''

Amos viewed Supergirl flying into a creature and knocking it down with her fists. Even when she flew from side to side as another animal snapped at her. Her answer? Heat vision that caused it to flee. He watched while she struck the other creature twice and it ran. One enemy was kicked repeatedly and collapsed. He wasn't certain if it was a good time for him to relax.

A creature knocked Supergirl down with its tail and snarled another time. Its eyes remained on her as she winced.

Worry formed in the preacher's eyes prior to another scowl. A tentacle began to emerge from his mouth. It struck the one responsible for hurting Supergirl before it turned and ran.

Supergirl stood and her smile came back. ''Thanks.''

Amos continued to attack the creatures. He was barely able to dodge their claws the minute they attempted to scratch him multiple times.
Amos cried out when a creature pinned him down. The tentacle returned to him. Frowning, he struggled twice. His eyes flew open the second it raised its claws. Even after Supergirl lifted the animal and threw it into the others.

Creatures fell and the remaining ones scattered.

After Amos stood, he nodded by Supergirl.

''Let's return to the farm,'' Supergirl muttered.

There was another nod from Amos. He looked back when he thought he heard footsteps. There wasn't anything present. Amos shrugged and went home. He thought he heard two snarling sounds by the farm. Again, nothing seemed to be there. Amos just walked by two starving creatures in darkness.
