On a random planet

Adora slammed the sledgehammer down in the middle of a group of Prime bots. She straightened and let the weapon change back into a sword.

"That's the last of them" she called.

It had been almost a year since Horde Prime had been killed and his empire was crumbling fast. Many of the clones went through the same existential crises as Wrong Hordak had, but quite a few armies refused to surrender. Slowly but surely the Horde was being beat back. But the Princess Alliance knew that they could not keep this up. Sooner or later they would run out of resources and the advance would have to halt.

A beam of light enveloped her as Bow teleported her back to the Liberator.

"Atta girl, those bucket-heads didn't stand a chance!" said Bow.

"Oh no, don't. Stop. I said don't stop." she said with a smug grin as she detransformed.

"Yeah, if you're done, we've got more work to do."

Adora turned to see her girlfriend leaning against the wall.

"And... what is that again?"

Catra facepalmed. "The meeting we've been planning for months"

"..."

"The one where the Princess Alliance all meets together in the same place for the first time since we left?"

"... Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... that one. Pssshhh, yeah of course I remembered I was just testing you lol."

"Did you just say lol in a real life sentence?"

"Uhhhhhh... Bow! Take us to... um"

"Etheria"

"Etheria!"

"Yes ma'am!" he said.

A minute later the ship jumped into Max-Speed.

Later...

Etheria, The Fright Zone, Horror Hall

Glimmer, Perfuma, Scorpia, Frosta, Mermista, Sea Hawk (just as a body guard *wink*) Castaspella, Spinnerella, and Netossa all sat around a table while the Black Garnett hummed in the background. Glimmer spoke. "Who else are we waiting for?"

Sea Hawk answered. "The Queen Entrapta, The Ladies Adora and Catra, and Lord Bow"

Mermista butted in. "Quiet, you're a body-guard, remember?"

"Oh yes sorry"

She sighed "What he said but not as embarrassing"

As she spoke the doors burst open to admit a young woman with long purple hair spinning around on the way to the table. Behind her strode a tall alien. Hordak. He had been helping Entrapta with her experiments as 'punishment' for his war crimes. They had voted not to imprison him because he had only been following his programming during his conquest of Etheria. Entrapta was holding an old piece of paper and was grinning excitedly.

"Hi everyone I'm here! I have something amazing to tell you. I really think it will help us with freeing the universe. So-"

Scorpia cut her off politely. "Um... Entrapta we're still waiting for Adora, Catra, and Bow.

"Oh right sorry"

They waited for a few minutes until Glimmer heard a chime on her holophone.

"Wow... they're lost. I'll go get them."

Glimmer vanished and reappeared with them.

One apology later...

"So now that we're all settled," said Glimmer. "We should get right to business. Frosta any ideas on how to bring a quick end to this war?"

"Anti-matter bombs!"

"O... K. Perfuma.

"Peace talks?"

"Scorpia?"

"I agree with Perfuma."

"We should attack major resource depots and cut off the Horde's ability to make weapons," said Mermista.

Castaspella who was talking with Spinarella and Netossa and Micah turned to her and said, "We think we should stop our advance completely."

Immediately she was greeted with shouts of outrage and denial.

Glimmer raised her hand for silence.

"This is a bold and unpopular suggestion. Care to elaborate?"

"Think about it," Castaspella said. "now that Horde Prime's gone, the last of the empire's factions could change their ways. The clones were being controlled but now they have a choice."

"But there is no guarantee," Catra pointed out.

"Which is why we should stop. If it becomes obvious that they're not going to change we can build up our forces and continue the push."

Murmurs echoed around the room. The only noise was of Entrapta's impatient squeaking. Glimmer, happy to get away from the awkwardness, called on her.

"Oh finally," she said holding up the paper. "So this thing can help us a lot. I found this paper on a planet called Namaro. It was in a cave filled with treasure so it must be important."

She unrolled the parchment to reveal a picture of a triangle. It had arms and legs along with a single eye in the middle. Surrounding the drawing were half a dozen inscriptions.

"I've only translated two pieces fully and it's on how to summon him and what he can do. 'When summoned, the creature will ask you for a deal, when the deal is made he will shake your hand with a blue flame. The fire will make it impossible for him or the summoner to break the deal. A skilled fighter and master strategist the creature will serve you until the deal has been fulfilled by both sides' If we can summon him and use him in battle, we can win the war."
Silence filled the room.

"You want to blow us up again!?" yelled Catra. "Do you not remember the last time we tried to do something we didn't understand?"

"I know the results were spectacular. I mean... uh it was terrible, yeah the world was almost erased from existence."

...

"Oh come on this is our best chance to end the war. Please? I promise I won't blow anything up."

Entrapta put on such a sad face that they eventually gave in.
