Hokage Tower

We find ourselves in the hokage tower where we see a bunch of jouin gathered around to take on new genin teams but 3 of them stood out the most. The first was a silver haired man reading an orange book known as Kakashi Hatake the copy ninja. It's said that he's copied over 1000 jutsu and had become ANBU captain around age 9. We then see a man with a cigarette in his mouth known as Asuma Sarutobi the 3rd Hokage's son and was a part of the guardian 12. The final person of note has long black untamed hair reaching her, as well as crimson red eyes, while wearing ruby red lipstick, and purple eyeshadow. She was wearing a red mesh armour blouse with only the right sleeve visible. This outfit looks like she is covered in bandages with a pattern that resembles thorns. She also had D-Cup breasts that her outfit did little to hide. This person is known as Kureanai Yuhi.

Currently the roaster had just been updated after Naruto defeated the traitor known as Mizuki. If she was being honest with herself the boy had potential. She knew that Naruto had huge reserves and terrible chakra control. But she could fix that and she always wanted an apprentice besides if she were to try and get Hinata the Hyuuga clan wouldn't approve.

"Alright, would any of you like to request any students?" asked Hiruzen Sarutobi, the 3rd hokage also known as the Kami of shinobi.

"Hokage-Sama I'd like to take Uzumaki Naruto as my apprentice." said that of one Kurenai Yuhi

The rest of the Jouin had their eyes at Kurenai. The third hokage smiled while he didn't mind giving Kurenai an apprentice he had to know why.

"Kurenai, why do you want Naruto as your apprentice? I'm not saying no I'm just curious is all."

"Well hokage-sama while I am a new jouin compared to everyone there's a reason why I'm listed as an S-Rank in the bingo books. Naruto has huge chakra reserves and terrible chakra control but I can teach him how to get better at his chakra control. This would also help him when learning new jutsu's. We know that the 9 tails can be affected by genjutsu but if I train Naruto enough we might be able to find a way where the fox can't be influenced by genjutsu."

"Very well Kurenai you now have Naruto as your apprentice."

Most of the jouin smirked, they had no objection after all. Why would they want to teach the demon brat? Kakashi frowned under his mask a little, while he wanted to be Naruto's sensei he realized that he might not have been the best choice. After all most likely he'd be given the team with the Uchiha and the council would most likely force him to train only him. Asuma didn't really care either way as he had already gotten the next generation of the Ino,Shika,Cho.

"Very well you're all dismissed." as soon as the words left his mouth every single jouin either left through the window or door. As no one but the hokage can use anytype of jutsu in his office and there was a seal made by Mito Uzumaki that ensured that.

Two days later

We find Naruto Uzumaki heading into class for the last time. Iruka-Sensei would name their teams. Hopefully he'd be paired up with Sakura-Chan. As Iruka walked in he noticed that everyone was here on time so he began to list off the teams.

"Team 7 Sai, Sakura Haruno, and Sasuke Uchiha. Team 8 Hinata Hyuuga, Kiba Inuzuka, and Shino Aburme. Team 9 is still in session so Team 10 Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara, and Choji Akmichi." As Iruka finished the naming the teams he noticed that Naruto was looking pissed and he was about to shout 3, 2, 1

"Wait Iruka-Sensei how come I'm not on a team?!" As Iruka was about to answer someone beat him to it.

"That's because I choose you as my apprentice."

Naruto looked over at who was speaking to him and his eyes widened. That's Kurenai Yuhi. In the forbidden scroll there were about 6 genjutsu on there that she created. All of which were considered S-Class.

"Alright Naruto follow me to the roof."

Once they arrived at the roof Kurenai introduced herself.

"My name is Kurenai Yuhi and my likes are flowers, creating genjutsu, and my friends. My dislikes would be perverts,cowards and people who are sexiest. My hobbies include creating genjutsu, training with my friends, and going to the spa. My dream is to become the first ever kunoichi to obtain the triple SSS-Rank and to find a husband."

"My name is Naruto Uzumaki. I like ramen, foxes, Grandpa, training, and playing pranks. I dislike the villagers, Sasuke when being a jerk, and I hate my mother. My hobbies include gardening, eating Ramen, training, and taking midnight strolls. My dream is to kill my mother and become the Hokage."

Kurenai frowned when thinking of her former sensei Naruto's mother. She had left him at a park saying that she'd be back in 10 minutes only for her to never come back. Had her friend Yugao not been on ANBU duty that day Naruto would have died due to the lack of hunger. Everyday for the next 3 months he'd go to the park and wait to see if she would ever come back. But she never did. When Yugito had broken the news to the blonde she could see Naruto's eyes become slit like only for a moment but you could see it his hatred for his mother only grew stronger by the day.

"Kurenai-Sensei, what should we do today?"

"Naruto-Kun before I tell you let me ask you this what is the value that Konoha puts above others?"

Naruto thought about it for a moment before he answered. "Team Work right?"

Kurenai nodded her head. "Alright Naruto, you passed the test, now we'll begin missions."

Kurenai didn't want to do D-Ranked missions and neither did Naruto so she requested a C-Rank mission from the Hokage.

"Alright Kurenai since I trust you and we haven't had a genin become an apprentice in a long time I'm willing to allow you to skip D-Rank missions. So instead we'll move right on to a C-Rank mission. You both are to head to the Fire Daimyo's palace and give this scroll to the fire daimyo."

With that Kurenai and Naruto headed towards the Fire Daimyo's palace.
