Rise of Team RWBY: Prologue.
"Long ago...there were two Sisters. The Maiden of Pleasantry and the Maiden of Grimm. These two Maidens guarded the land, the Maiden of Pleasantry was kind and loved amongst the people, giving light and energy to all, meanwhile the Maiden of Grimm gave darkness, a balance that kept the world stable and whole. However as time passed, the Maiden of Grimm grew jealous of her sister, people praised her for what she does but no one ever praised her but feared her, fed up of being under her sister's shadow, she decides to tip the balance in her favor, with her dark power she transformed many of the creatures in the vast forests into terrible monsters who would soon be known as The creatures of Grimm, she commanded her new army to attack the people to have her sister plea for her to stop, at first she almost did but the Maiden of Pleasantry instead encouraged the people to fight back, using her power to create a new Element known as Dust, an element that can give Weapons special strength and power. The people created weapons out of the Dust and used them to battle the Grimm, a war that would tear the world apart...during the final days of the war between the people and the Grimm, the two sisters finally decide to end things and upon meeting together, they battled each other, a gruesome battle it was, to put an end to her sister's chaos, the Maiden of Pleasantry decide to sacrifice herself by taking her sister down with her, using all of her strength she rained down light on them both but if the Maiden of Grimm were to ever return, she sent the last piece of her power out, this power would find its way to a family and a infant girl's eyes would open, reveal a Silver eye color. Legend has it that the one to truly defeat the Creatures of Grimm would bare Silver eyes but many people bare the Eye color but show no sign of the great power, however the people continue to fight back against the Grimm, calling themselves Hunters but the Grimm grows in darkness in this world which is now Remnants of what the world once was..."
A book closes as a man sits between the two beds of his young daughters. The youngest daughter would be amazed at the story and the Silver eyes, having the eye color herself.
"Daddy! Daddy! Daddy! I got Silver eyes like Mommy!! Could I be the Great Hunter??"
Her father chuckles. "Ruby..you're a bit too young to find that out but if you were...I would have a heart attack...ehh..." he reminisces of a conversations he once had about the Silver eyes with someone who was once in his life.
"Oh come on, that would be awesome!" The eldest daughter jumps up on her bed.
"Yang, Yang, calm down.." The girl looks at her father and crosses her arms and sits back down on her bed, pouting. The man looks at the time and sees it's late.
"Whoa okay, it's getting late..time for bed you two." The two girls pull their blankets over them as the man gets up and walks over to kiss his daughters on the head then leaves their room after saying Goodnight and closing their bedroom door.
As the girls fall asleep, a Crow who has been watching through the window during the bedtime story would fly away into the forest once they fell asleep. Within the forest sleeps another young girl in a campsite as her father cleans his weapon, he looks over her seeing her Cat ears flick in her sleep, making him smile.
In a Mansion in the more wealthy areas of the Kingdom sleeps another young girl born from great wealth, her Elder sister being told by her father in a call that she will now become responsible in teaching her younger sister the ways of the Schnee family.
The Creatures of Grimm still haunt the forests...waiting for their moment...
