Dry Bowser was finishing driving around in the Dino Jungle for he was gliding about in the air in his green colored Offroader vehicle soaring by the giant blue Noshi dinosaur when he noticed Funky Kong fixing up his Flame Runner bike at the end of the wooden bridge.
"This always seems to happen whenever a big race is coming up." Funky said while making sure the tires were full of air.
"Yo Funk, are you okay?" Dry Bowser asked curiously while slowing down his car and emerged out from it.
"Oh it's cool DB; I'm just making sure this bike doesn't go busting on me when I start drifting around on it." Funky laughed and adjusted his bandana. "You really to go about the course?"
Dry Bowser folded his bony arms for the skeletal reptile took a look at the angry volcano from the DK Mountain course suddenly erupting. "I just hope we don't have to deal with excessive lava from the jungle nearby..."
