Title: iGo Off to the Army
It's been a few months since Carly left for Italy and since Sam went to Los Angeles. Freddie and Gibby have both recently graduated. Gibby made an application to join the army but hasn't gotten a response yet
At the Gibson house, Gibby walks in from the hanging with Freddie
"Mom I'm home." Gibby said
"How was your day with Freddie?" Charlotte asked
"Fun." Gibby replied
"There's still no word from the army." Charlotte said
"Mom shush." Gibby says
"Why?" Charlotte asked
"I still haven't told Guppy that I'm leaving for the army. I don't want him to be sad." Gibby said
"Well I don't think he can hear you. He's passed out on the couch trying to watch a Drake & Josh marathon." Charlotte says
"Oh." Gibby said
"He's going to find out soon." Charlotte said
"I know. I'll tell him soon." Gibby said
"Good luck. You guys have a rest of the good night." Charlotte says
"Thanks mom." Gibby said
Charlotte heads to her room
Gibby walks over to the couch and sees his little brother asleep on the couch while watching Drake & Josh. Gibby couldn't resist taking a picture so he takes out his PearPhone and snaps a pic of Guppy which he sets as his wallpaper. After turning off the TV and lights, Gibby picks up his little brother and takes him to Guppy's room. Gibby tucks in his brother, kisses him on the cheek, and leaves his nightlight on
The next day, Gibby is eating a piece of toast for breakfast and checks his email
"Mom!" Gibby yelled
"What is it Gibby?" Charlotte asked
"I just checked my email. Look." Gibby responded
Charlotte gasps
"You got in?" Charlotte asked
"Yep. I'm in!" Gibby said
"In what?" Guppy asked
Gibby has a worried look on his face
"Gibby it's time you tell him. I'm off to work. Bye." Charlotte says
Charlotte leaves and Guppy walks up to Gibby
"Gibby what is mom talking about?" Guppy asked
"Okay you were going to find out soon. Guppy I'm going off to the army." Gibby said
"What? No. You can't leave." Guppy says
"I'm sorry but I want to go try out." Gibby said
"First Carly left, then Sam and now you." Guppy said
Guppy starts crying
"Hey, hey don't cry. I'll be back. It's not like I'm leaving forever." Gibby said
"Well it feels like it." Said Guppy
"You know, I don't leave for a few days so why don't we hang out today." Gibby says
"Where?" Guppy asked
"We can watch some more of your Drake & Josh marathon." Gibby said
"Okay." Guppy says
Gibby turns on the TV, turns it to Drake and Josh and sits on the couch. Guppy sits next to Gibby and Gibby puts his arm around his brother's shoulder
"I'm really going to miss you." Guppy said
"I'll miss you too. I wish you can come with me." Gibby said
"Why can't I?" Guppy asked
"You're only 8 and I'm 18 so it wouldn't be safe for you." Gibby said
"I wish I had something to make me thing you're here." Guppy says
"I might have something." Gibby says
Gibby goes up to his room and takes out a doll of him
"Here. I went to a doll place yesterday and got myself replicated in doll form." Gibby said
"It looks exactly like you." Guppy says
"I know. I want you to have it so you'll have something to remember me by." Gibby says
"Thank you. I love you man." Guppy said
"Love you too dude." Gibby says
Gibby wraps his arms around Guppy. Guppy does the same and they continue to watch the Drake & Josh marathon

A/N Let me know what you think of this story. Sorry if it's a little sad. I just wanted to do a brother moment between the two. I will do a sequel to this story where Gibby comes home but I'm going to wait for a couple of months to do the sequel.
