Our story begins with a nightmare. A long corridor, with a mysterious door at the end of the hall. As we get close, it fades to black
Mono's POV
Mono woke up with a jolt, sweat pouring down from his head. Or was it the rain? He did not know. But, he had a bit of an instinctual sense of what he was doing here.
"The girl...Oh, right. I was going to save her." Mono thought to himself.
The question was, from what? The Hunter? The psychopath who dwells here in the vast wilderness? That would be impossible for normal humans.
But then again, Mono was not normal, far from it.
He had powers, like nothing in this cruel world. He could tune himself to the many television sets. But he did not realize the full extent of his power. Not at this moment.
All he knew was that that young girl was in danger, and he was going to risk it all, even though the 2 have never met.
Six' POV
Six was trapped in the basement for as long as she could remember, ever since seeing that other...thing with the paper bag.
She was kidnapped by the Hunter, but...why did he give her a music box?
That is going to remain unanswered.
She carved another tally mark on the wall, clearly going about this for a long time.
Six then has a flashback of her time in the nest, escaping alongside the Raincoat Girl.
"I'm on my way!" Six screamed as she pushed the boulder as hard as she could, seeing the Pretender getting closer to the girl with the raincoat.
The boulder fell, crushing the white haired abomination of a girl.
"Thank you.." the girl said.
"Whats your name anyway?" Six asked
The girl pondered for a moment.
"My name is-"
Before she could finish, the pretender, still alive, tackled the girl, as they fell off of the cliff into the ocean.
"NOOOOOOOOOOO" Six screamed, coated in sweat.
She noticed she was having a nightmare, again of her failure to save the poor girl.
"I'm..so sorry." Six said, with tears starting to drip out of her eyes.
Then, she heard a crash.
