Just like that Luffy eats the devil fruit all up. So now what? Asked Luffy. Now your coming with me to train said Garp. Ok said Luffy. Why? Asked Luffy. We've been here far to long, it's time to head out back to where we belong said Shanks. Oh, I see said Luffy all sad now. Thanks said Luffy as he was starting to cry. You'll take care of him right Garp? Asked Shanks. Of course I will, his my grandson after all said Garp. Good to hear said Shanks. Welp, we're off, time to go Luffy said Garp. Ok said Luffy as he and Garp walked away.
So grandpa, when do you think I'll be old enough to kick some pirate ass asked Luffy. Number 1 don't say bad words until your 18, number 2 my guess is when you hit petty officer ok Luffy? Asked Garp.
Ok said Luffy. And number 3 don't think just because your good friends with that pirate fule you, your still going to have to find and then arrest him someday ok? Asked Garp. Just like that the two sailed off to the seas to train, unknown to them of how long they will be training for.

Thanks grandpa said Luffy as he stepped out of the closet. He is wearing a button up red vest, no sleeves, short jeans, some sandals. And his straw hat. Plus his now 16 years old. So how do I look? Asked Luffy.

Anyways, now that you're a marine petty officer, I have a job for you said Garp. Yay my first job as a marine said Luffy all happy like. Yep, your going to an island called Spooner village, word is that is where you'll find nun other than Flapjack, captain of the Flapjack pirates said Garp. What can you tell me about him? Asked Luffy. He has a bounty of 10,000 Barrie's, plus he has a crew of 50 men on his side said Garp.
How come he has that big of a bounty? Asked Luffy. Some say he's a devil fruit user said Garp. Oh, I see said Luffy. Now that you have the power of the six power master skills inside you, the Flapjack pirates have no idea how much danger they are in for said Garp. Don't put it like that grandpa please? Asked Luffy. Sorry said Garp. It's ok said Luffy. Now where's my ship? Asked Luffy. It's right out there said Garp pointing outside.
Both Luffy and Garp went outside to see Luffy's ship. When they got out there Luffy see's his ship.
It's a big ship, double decks, 500 cannons.
What's her name? Asked Luffy. She's called the screaming Dunky said Garp. The screaming Dunky? Asked Luffy. Yep, that is her name said Garp. Why? Laughed Luffy. I have no idea said Garp.
Ok then, time to kick some pirate ass's Luffy said Garp. Ok, see you hopefully soon grandpa said Luffy.
You to Luffy, you to said Garp. Just like that Luffy is off to Spooner town to fight and hopefully defeat the Flapjack pirates. This is the first start of the straw hats marines.
