Volume One Welcome to the World of Magic,
Chapter 1 :Warnings of the Ministry of Magic

London, Paddington.
In the spacious Windsor Garden residential area, in a three-story building near the right side of the road, a red-haired, bald man put down his wand, wiped his glasses with his gray robe, and put it on the bridge of his nose again.
Turning around, he said to the young man who had also just put down his wand," Alright Carl, I' ve already dealt with these muggles' memories. It' ll be fine if you send them back later, but don' t do anything like this next time. Old Perkins is still busy casting spells on those muggles."
In the room, Carl, who was dressed in a gray woolen suit with a uniform figure and short black-brown hair, smiled apologetically at Arthur Weasley. He waved his wand and restored the mess in his house to its original state. He rubbed his slightly red right wrist and said with a painful grin," In fact, I' m still confused about this matter. This teapot is the antique porcelain that my wife bought a few days ago. We' ve already brewed tea with it a few times, so there's no problem, but today I don' t know how to go crazy."
As he spoke, Carl pointed at the fireplace with his wand. After beckoning for a moment, a transparent bubble wrapped around the big-bellied dragon-shaped monster slowly flew out of the burning fireplace and floated between Carl and Arthur.
The dragon-shaped monster that was trapped by the bubbles seemed to be very violent. It continuously collided with the surface of the transparent bubble, and it even spat out steamy blooms, hitting the seemingly thin bubble. However, no matter how hard it tried, the surface of the bubble did not ripple. Even after absorbing the blooms, the originally small bubble became even bigger and thicker.
"What surprised me the most was that even though the dragon was made of teapot, the water flowing out from it carried magic power. It even deformed the other furniture in my house. However, the magic power was not as powerful as its main body, so I could easily solve it. However, I could not change it back."
Carl stared intently at Arthur and pointed his wand at the increasingly angry porcelain dragon in the bubble. He said helplessly," There's no way. I can only use the Bubble Head Curse to trap it in a cage made of water."
When he heard Carl's words, Arthur's face revealed a look of uncertainty. But after he had made a few attempts, he had no choice but to carefully pull the bubble into his hand." If the situation is as you said, it seems to be a strange deformation rule. I'll take it back to the department later and let them analyze it with the instrument, but "
Arthur patted his old friend on the shoulder and comforted him," Fortunately, this matter has not been stirred up. As soon as the teapot flew out, you trapped it. Otherwise, if you fly to the street, the crazy members of the Prophecy Daily will definitely cause trouble for the Ministry of Magic. The election of the Minister has not yet begun. If anything happens at this time, you will probably be in trouble. As far as I know, your brother and father support Bartie Crouch."
Just as the two of them were talking, a yellow-brown owl flew over and repeatedly knocked on the window glass. Carl waved his wand and the window opened automatically. After the owl dropped a letter, it closed automatically when it flew out.
"Damn Ministry of Magic, when did you move so fast."
Carl opened the letter and sat on the sofa, speechless. He threw the letter to Arthur Weasley. After he finished reading it, Arthur laughed and said," Use magic in front of Muggles and impose a fine of 20 gold galons. This fine is a small matter for you."
After saying that, he looked at the stairwell again and asked," Little Eric is not scared, right? I remember if he should go to school in Hogwarts this year."
Carl rolled the letter into a ball and threw it into the fireplace not far in front of him. He got up and took a sip of tea." I wrote to Dumbledore. He said that Eric's name is in Hogwarts' student records, so I don' t have to worry. However, when he fell down today, he knocked his head. I made a potion for him, and I think he' ll sleep until night. My wife just fired at me for this matter."
Arthur nodded and continued," Fred and George are going to Hogwarts this year, too. I wonder if they will become classmates...Oh, it looks like these few muggles are about to wake up. I'll have to go back first."
Halfway through his words, Arthur greeted Carl as he looked at the sign that a burly man on the sofa was about to wake up. Before he opened his eyes, he spun around and disappeared from the room.
Carl put away his wand and rubbed his face. He walked upstairs to the door of the second room. He looked at his wife who was sitting beside the bed to remove the bandages for his son and scratched his hair awkwardly." Kathryn, your colleague seems to have woken up. Why don' t we go down and give them away?"
After sending off her colleagues, Catherine sat on the sofa without saying a word. Her long flaxen hair drifted behind her head. She lifted her teacup and took a sip of tea, then tapped the coffee table gently. With her piercing face, she looked at the embarrassed Carl," Speak, what's going on today."
Before Karl could organize his language, Catherine stood up excitedly and strode over to him. She poked her finger at his chest and forced him back. She asked angrily," Come tell me why the Victorian porcelain I bought suddenly turned into a dragon after the tea boiled. Why did it make the house go upside down? I told you not to use magic at home. Why don' t you listen."
"I know you are very uncomfortable after leaving the Ministry of Magic, but we can do something else. Your magic power is unstable "
"Do you know how scared I was when I saw Eric hit down the stairs by that monster?"
Kathryn's angry questioning voice grew louder and louder. Slowly, the voices could be heard upstairs.
In the room on the second floor that was covered with sea-blue wallpaper, on the four-poster bed, Catherine's angry voice echoed upstairs. The boy who had just been lying there was still very calm when his eyelids suddenly trembled. His body in the quilt kept on sweating. As his breathing speeded up, his head began to tremble slightly, as if he was struggling.
The things in the room were no longer stable. As the boy trembled, he began to twist and the bookshelf not far from the bed, a simple-looking ring suddenly lit up. It slowly turned into a silver dragon in a wave of dark light. It flapped its wings and flew over the boy. It circled around him a few times before disappearing from his body.
As it disappeared, the strange situation in the room returned to its calmness. Only an ink-green,2-inch-thick book that lay flat on the top of the bookcase fell off the right side of the bookcase on the last bump and made a soft sound.
The boy's breathing slowly became calm. Along with the noise downstairs, he suddenly opened his eyes.
