It was time. Tokiomi Tohsaka had prepared his summoning circle for the summoning of his servant. He questioned whether or not he should use a relic to ensure he got the best possible servant, however he chose not to for he thought that any servant he summoned would be guaranteed victory because he knew that victory would be guaranteed for him, after all, how could he not win? He was a mage of one of the founding family's, and the Matou family had all but completely run out of magus blood. Plus, even if his servant should fall in battle, he still had the backing of the holy church in the form of his apprentice Kirei Kotomine who was also selected as a master. What could the other masters do to stop him? This was his logic as to why he chose not to use an artifact.

And so, the summoning began. The summoning circle glowed as Tokiomi Tohsaka began to chant.

"Heed my words. My will creates your body, and your sword creates my destiny. If you heed the Grail's call and obey my will and reason, then answer my summoning. I hereby swear that I shall be all the good in the world, that I shall defeat all evil in the world. Seventh-heaven clad and the great words of power, come forth from the circle of binding, Guardian of Scales."

The summoning circle flashes a brilliant light that temporarily blinds Tokiomi. Once the light has passed, Tokiomi gets a look at his servant. The servant is clad in a coat that is mostly in red, with white hair and tan skin. The newly summoned servant looks at Tokiomi and begins to speak.

"I ask of you. Are you my master?"
