1) In this Arizona already won over Bailey. One of her first cases is with Erica Hahn and they argue over treatment. In the show Bailey and Arizona were the ones arguing but, for the point of this story, it is Erica. I hope it's not too confusing.

2) Ok, so I decided to restart the story. I'm sort of a perfectionist and it was bothering me, so I wanted to fix it. It will mostly remain the same with a few plot changes. I added Addison to the story because one I love her and two, I love her interactions with the characters. I guess maybe I can just say she is visiting and then she can leave again. Mark and Addison are not going to date or anything. He will be with Lexie. Also, I'm back home so I can write again. Hopefully, I will fix chapter two and have it ready before Friday. Anyways, I hope it's better. If not awkward.

3) I don't own anything it all belongs to Shonda. If I did own greys some things would be very different.

4) This is so long and none of it really matters except that I just changed some of the story.

"She's a pixie stick." Erica began ranting as she burst into the lounge. She ripped the scrunchie out of her hair and began pacing in front of the three surgeons currently filling the room. The atmosphere immediately changed from carefree to tense. Mark, Addison, and Callie quickly stopped their conversation and laughter, turning their heads to face an angry Erica Hahn. Callie's face dropped in shock and worry. She had been noticing an angrier Erica Hahn since their last argument. An angry Erica Hahn was not something Callie wanted to deal with. Nobody wanted to be on the end of Erica's wrath. Callie knew from experience how cold and sharp her words could be. They cut through skin like a scalpel leaving the receiver feeling empty and alone.

"You can't kind of be a lesbian." The phrase constantly replayed in Callie's brain. It felt like someone poured a bucket of ice water on her. You can't kind of be a lesbian. Callie thought that would be the end of their relationship. As Erica walked away, her heart steeled, believing it was another hopeless relationship. Erica's name could be added to the long list of people who abandoned and hurt her. Then Erica surprised everyone when she came back. Erica actually came back and, Callie immediately welcomed her with open arms. That is who she is. Forgive and forget. She would do anything for her loved ones, even if it means putting herself last. The two now continue their relationship as if nothing happened. Erica continues glaring at Mark and Izzie from afar while Callie pretends everything is perfect.

"Ooh, Callie, what did you do? Your girlfriend looks scary." Mark whispered interrupting, Callie's never-ending thoughts. She simply ignored him and gave her frustrated girlfriend her full attention.

"She just rolls in and thinks she's right. Dr. Kenley and I had a plan for Avery and, she rolls, actually rolls, on skates in the hospital and wants to change it. She even gave the kid a nickname. Now I must go into the OR with an airhead. How is she an attending? Did I mention she has SKATES!" Erica continued.

"Woah, Erica, who are you talking about?" Callie questioned. Although, the skates piqued her interest. As an ortho surgeon, she despised wheelie shoes. Most of her younger patients' injuries were a direct result of the contraptions.

"The new Peds surgeon. Arizona Robbins." Erica practically growled out, causing Addison and Mark to take a step back.

"Oh, she's here already. I have heard about her. She completed her residency at Johns Hopkins. She was Chief Resident. Everyone referred to her as a horror show. She is all unicorns and rainbows." Mark said.

"She's one of the best," Addison remarked. "Miranda and I have both worked with her. Webber made a good pick."

"I didn't know she was already promoted to the head surgeon. Mark, you also know so much about her. Something going on?" Callie commented with a raised eyebrow.

"She shouldn't be. Have you met her? How is she a doctor? I'm telling you the sweetness is nauseating. She has no professionalism." Erica continued to rant, completely tuning out the trio's conversation.

"No, Callie. I mean, I would be a liar if I said she wasn't hot. I saw her picture on google when I was looking." Erica and Addison rolled their eyes but, Mark continued. "But I've heard rumors that she's a gold star. She's giving me competition. Nurses are already all over her. They all love the sweet peds surgeon. I haven't gotten any action since she's been here. I'll show you her later. We should all ask her to go to Joe's, I really want to be her friend. That girl has serious moves. The two of us at Joe's together would be unstoppable."

Erica found no support in the hate Arizona Robbin's club she established in her head. Not even Webber agreed with her. Her pager went off and, alerting her of her surgery with Dr. Robbins.

"How am I going to last in surgery with her?" Erica muttered.

"C'mon, she cannot be that bad." Callie supported. She grimaced for the onslaught the new doctor would face in surgery. Nobody could face an angry Erica Hahn, especially a sweet peds surgeon.

"No, Cal, she is that bad," Erica added. The blonde scowled before leaving to get ready for surgery.

"Addison, after surgery, you need to introduce us to her. I want to meet the girl who has already made an enemy in Hahn. I need to place my bets on who will win if they fight." Mark was excited for the prospect of meeting the female version of him.

"There will be no betting." Callie interrupted before Addison could answer. "Besides, a peds surgeon does not stand a chance against my amazing, cardio girlfriend."

"Whatever, Cal." Mark brushed her comment off with a knowing look. Both of her friends knew it was no paradise for the couple. The three walked together into the cafeteria, deciding to drop the conversation. However, the lunchroom became filled with gossip over the new, perky doctor. Callie swore this place was worse than her old school concerning drama and gossip.

Erica Hahn became more discouraged as Robbins insisted on her course of treatment for Avery. She was taken back as Arizona snapped and handed her the card to call another doctor. Tension grew between the pair and, Erica felt like ripping the card to shreds. She hated the blonde's perkiness. She hated her know-it-all personality. She especially despised the pigtail braids and wheelie shoes. It was nauseating to even look at. She also hated the blonde's flirty behavior. She had seen the new surgeon check out many nurses during their time spent together. Unprofessional. The blonde honestly reminded her of Mark and, if she had to play nice with Mark for Callie, she could at least take her frustration out on Arizona Robbins. Erica burst into the lounge for the second time that day. Her fingers forcefully dialed the number on her phone. She placed the call on speaker and leaned back with a frustrated sigh. She knew, at this point, some of her behavior was irrational. She was a doctor- a renowned cardio surgeon, to be exact, she did not have time to get into petty drama. However, her personal and romantic life was currently plummeting, and it only added to her stress. She slowly felt Callie slipping from her fingers and tried to do everything she could to please the other women. Although, it just seemed to make things worse as her jealousy and anger managed to take over. Mark, Callie, Addison, and Bailey walked into the lounge as Erica waited for the doctor to answer the call. Great. Just what she needed.

"Erica, how was the surgery?" Callie asked as she gave her a pumpkin muffin to cheer her up. She already saw the deep frown lines on Erica's face.

"Not good. Robbins and I had a disagreement and, she told me to call Norman Makayla Hopkins." Erica ignored Callie's peace offering as she waited for the doctor to answer. She was finally hoping someone might agree with her rather than complement the newbie. Mark and Addison took note of the tense interaction. They gave each other looks before Callie could notice.

"Ooo," Mark whispered as Callie elbowed him.

The doctor finally answered the call. Erica quickly sat up straight and remained as professional as possible. "Hello, this is Erica Hahn at Seattle Grace. Arizona Robbins told me to call you."

"Ah, Arizona Robbins. I have missed her here. One of my star students. What seems to be the matter?"

Erica explained the case as the surrounding four eavesdropped.

"Dr. Hahn, I agree with Arizona's assessment. I'm not even sure how Avery is still alive. I understand she is new, and you might not trust her. I get that feeling but, Robbins is one of a kind. Her methods may appear over the top and perky but, she is an amazing doctor. She is passionate and driven. She is perfect for Peds. Her skating may put other doctors off, I used to hassle her for it myself. However, it puts the kids at ease. As I watched her interactions, I learned her bedside manner was one of a kind. You need to give her a chance because she knows what she's doing." The call ended shortly after. It did nothing to calm Erica's mood. Instead, it made the fire in her grow larger. Her hatred for the blonde continued to grow.

"See," Mark supported. Another elbow was aimed at his ribs. "Ow, Callie again." He complained.

"That was actually me," Addison smirked at the two trying to ease the tension currently suffocating the room.

"Hahn, give her a chance and stop this act. She is a surgeon just like us. A good surgeon and, I will not have you scaring the innocent peds surgeon away. Webber practically begged to get her here." Bailey reprimanded Hahn before leaving the room to escape any more drama.

"Technically, I'm her boss."

"Nobody is Bailey's boss," Addison replied to the disgruntled Cardio surgeon. Erica rolled her eyes and left to check on her post-op patients.

"Ok, time to meet Dr. Robbins, ladies." Mark grabbed Callie and Addison's hands while dragging them to the elevator.

The trio stepped off the elevator and before any had a chance to react Callie was on the ground with a blonde doctor on top of her.

"I'm so sorry. You came from nowhere. Literally, you just randomly appeared. I was showing Luke how fast I could skate. This is really awkward. I'm so sorry. I swear I'm a better skater. Please don't tell Webber or Bailey. They're scary and, he already may have issued me a warning." The blonde rambled. Mark burst into laughter as Addison tried to hide hers behind her hand.

"Please tell me I didn't hurt you because you are super pretty and, this is an awful way to meet a pretty surgeon."

"Callie Torres ortho. You want to get off me?"

"Sorry," Arizona separated herself from Callie and scrambled to her feet. She outstretched her hand and gave Callie a megawatt smile.

"Arizona Robbins, peds." Callie finally met Erica's new enemy and, she was not happy with their introduction. Her back was definitely going to hurt later because the peds surgeon decided to skate in the hospital.

"As an ortho surgeon, an enemy of mine is those awful skates you're wearing right now." She responded, pretending to be unaffected by the smile beaming at her. It was slowly melting her resolve to hate the new surgeon. Erica. Think of Erica. Your girlfriend despises this woman.

"Arizona, this is Callie Torres and Mark Sloan. They wanted to meet you. Although, it seems like you took meeting Callie into your own hands. You always like to make an entrance, don't you?"

"Hi, guys. Lovely to see you again, Addison. You know, I do love to put on a show. It's my first week and, I already made an enemy with a scary cardio surgeon. Anyways, this kid is Luke and, it was totally his fault I was on skates anyway."

"You're blaming a child," Addison smiled. "Is that because Webber already gave you a warning?"

"If he asks, I was never skating in the hospital. The first warning was awful. He is a terrifying Chief." The fear in the blonde's eyes amused Callie. The woman genuinely looked like she would cry if she continued to talk about Webber. Her hand even nervously tugged at one of her pigtail braids.

"You're afraid of Webber? The man is a giant softie." Marked laughed.

"I have authority issues." Callie couldn't help the small smile that formed as she watched the blonde pout and become self-conscious.

"Anyway, let's ignore that, Luke, do you want to say hi?" The child hiding behind Arizona finally peeked his head out to wave to the three other doctors.

"Dr. Robbins, you wiped out. You ran into her so hard. I can't wait to show my mom and dad." He cackled. He ran his fingers over the camera, clutched tightly in his hand.

"Show?" she questioned as her eyes narrowed. Luke innocently held up his mom's camera with a smirk. Mark and Addison fell into another fit of laughter.

"It's recorded! Luke, you need to send me a copy of that." Mark leaned over to high-five the kid.

"Oh, no. We are not having that video circulate the hospital." Callie interrupted.

"Imagine Callie's face in slow-mo. She looked so scared." Addison laughed at her friend's expense again. She felt bad for laughing but, it was impossible to stop the giggles escaping her mouth.

Arizona blushed, "I will take care of its Callie. Luke owes me a couple of favors anyway. I beat him in our contest earlier."

"Did not."

"Did too. Totally crushed him." Callie stared at the dimples on display. Dr. Robbins was definitely made for peds. She found herself wanting to hate the doctor who made her girlfriend angry and crashed into her but, the smile lighting up the blonde's face slowly softened her. Wait, did she call her pretty earlier? Callie's mind flew into overdrive.

"Would you like to join us at Joes' later? It's the bar across the street. Think of it as a welcome to Seattle." Mark offered.

"Sure, I would love to. Awesome." Arizona answered. Callie caught the use of the word awesome. This girl really is perky.

"Perfect because I can tell you what nurses to avoid and which ones to go after," Mark added and, Arizona laughed.

"I appreciate the help but, I don't think I need it." Arizona winked at Callie. "Although, it would be helpful to know who to avoid."

"Ok, cool. I don't have any more surgeries today. How about you, ladies?" He turned to Addison and Callie.

"My shift ends in 15." They both responded.

"Me too," Arizona added.

"Alright, we can all meet in the lobby in 20. Callie, is Hahn off tonight?" Arizona grimaced at the mention of Hahn. Addison noticed the immediate change in the peds surgeon.

"I think she's working late but, I'm not sure."

"Ok, you can invite her if you want," Mark suggested. He wanted to offer as a peace offering to keep himself off Hahn's bad side. He held a grudge over Erica for her treatment of Callie but, he was trying to reach out for Callie's sake. He didn't need Erica's giving Callie an ultimatum to choose between her relationship or friends.

"I'll see," Callie answered but, she still didn't take her eyes off of Arizona. The blonde was reaching in her pocket to offer Luke a lollipop. It seemed to do the trick because Luke put his mom's camera back in his pocket.

"Well, I will see you three in 20. I'm going to finish some paperwork and walk Luke back to his room. Race you?" Her eyebrow rose as a challenge to the child by her side. He immediately took off and, Arizona hurried to catch up.

"So that's Arizona. What do you think?" Addison asked her friends.

"She definitely belongs in peds. I understand Erica now." Callie answered.

"You don't like her? I agree that she is perky but, she was funny. I can see her joining our group. Plus, she was totally checking you out, Cal. Seriously her eyes did not leave you."

"I don't not like her but, now I will always remember her as the doctor who knocked me to the floor. Also, she was not checking me out. She was being friendly."

"Arizona Robbins does not do friendly. That look was I want to make out with you in the bathroom at Joes'." Addison remarked.

"Addie! I'm dating Erica. The only person I will be kissing in Joe's bathroom is her. Sometimes I really think I need new friends." The brunette teased. It distracted herself from the thought of kissing a blonde in the bathroom. The wrong blonde.

"Whatever, Cal. We both know Erica's not fun enough to do that. She's too stuck up and professional. Robbins, on the other hand, would totally do that. Hell, she would kiss a stranger in the bathroom. I get the vibe."

"You barely know her, Mark."

"After tonight, she will be my best friend. I'm serious we would make such a good duo. Think of what we could teach each other."

"Whatever, I'm going to get changed and find Erica." Callie walked off.

"I think we annoyed her," Mark whispered to Addison.

"We both saw those looks during the fall. She was annoyed because we only told the truth."

Callie did not stop thinking about what Mark said. She could definitely see Arizona's eyes on her. She could feel them. It felt like her body was on fire with every glance. This was not good. Callie quickly changed into jeans and a redshirt while also taking note of the forming bruises on her body.

Damn, skates and damn Arizona Robbins.

Callie then went on a hunt for Erica. She searched for a couple of minutes and asked nurses where she was but, nobody knew. Callie gave up and walked to the lobby. She was typing out a quick message telling Erica where she would be but, she was startled by a tap on her shoulder.

"Callie, hey." Arizona Robbins stood behind her, giving a small, shy wave.

"Hey, Arizona." Callie forced herself to focus on Arizona's eyes rather than the fitting blue dress she wore. However, the blonde's eyes seemed like the worst choice because Callie felt herself getting lost in them. Her mind immediately decided it was her favorite color. There was just this sparkle in her eyes that took Callie off guard. She didn't think people's eyes could actually sparkle like that. Callie shook her head to stop the thoughts but soon realized how weird that must have looked. The blonde didn't comment and instead asked about Mark and Addison.

"They should be in the lobby already. We're meeting them, and we can all walk across the street to Joe's. It's pretty popular with the doctors here."

"Sounds great. So, you're ortho, right?"

"Yep," Callie muttered.

"So, you guys really aren't fans of skates in that specialty." Arizona teased. She was shocked at how quickly she felt the need to bond with Callie. She desired to know everything about the ortho surgeon. She even suddenly considered ortho her favorite specialty. Considering Arizona slept with as many nurses as possible and easily moved on, she was scared by how fast her heart chose Callie.

"Half of my patients that come in have broken bones from those. I don't know why anyone still uses them." Callie gave her a pointed look while pressing the button for the lobby in the elevator. The two stood side by side awkwardly for a moment.

"They are fun." The blonde shrugged, interrupting the silence.

"Let's see if you still say that when I'm casting that arm of yours." Arizona laughed at the brunette's detest for her shoes. Although, she enjoyed the image of Callie worrying and fixing her.

"I wouldn't mind if you were my doctor. Plus, the kids like it. It distracts them. Puts them at ease. Especially Luke. He is my mischievous patient, always getting me in trouble."

Callie ignored Arizona's first comment. "I could tell. I have never seen a kid laugh so hard."

"Oh, and he may have shown some of the nurses the video. It made him so happy I couldn't take it away from him. Plus, it's all at my expense. Nobody can really tell it's you. They just see me absolutely tackling someone by the elevators. Although Mark and Addie are in the background laughing. That's the main giveaway." Arizona sheepishly began tugging on her braids again.

"Of course, they are. Also, it isn't a big deal. I don't mind if it made Luke happy. Just no more running into me, please."

"I will try my hardest not to ever tackle you on skates again, Callie Torres." Callie laughed at Arizona's mock salute. The perkiness was slowly growing on her. The other side of her told her to walk away now. She was already too close to the blonde Erica would lose it. Callie was dreading for when Erica heard about the skate's incident. There was no telling how she would react, even if it was an accident. As soon as the doors opened, Callie practically sprinted to Mark and Addison.

"Hey ladies, looking good tonight. Ready?" Arizona caught up to the rest group as Mark began to talk.

"Yep, all ready," Addison added from behind him.

"Great. Robbins, I cannot wait to show you around. I already see a great friendship between us."

"You like to get ahead of yourself, don't you, Mark?"

"C'mon, blondie. You know we would make an elite duo. I'm sure the nurses have already talked about me."

"Hmm. They have talked about you. Can't guarantee that it is all positive." Addison nodded in agreement as she laughed at Mark's face.
