Pirates of the Caribbean Fan-fiction The BlackBeard's Rebirth

This is a work of fan fiction from 'Pirates of the Caribbean, On Stranger Tides' world which is trademarked by Rob Marshall. Jack Sparrow, Angelica and BlackBeard are characters created and owned by Disney, and I do not claim any ownership over them or the world of 'Pirates of the Caribbean, On Stranger Tides'. This was created for a school assignment, not for financial gain, and is not a part of Rob Marshall's canon.

"Aye, aye, captain."

"Ok, you... you make us to the island and I got some stuff to finish, then wait... don't wait for me to come back. It's risky, it's risky!"

This is the 20th year since Captain Sparrow started his pirate story. He recently received a letter from his friend telling about Black Beard, that legendary captain who could control everything in his ship but died long ago. The letter says "little sparrow, you have no idea who's looking for you. Black Beard! He relived and, of course, remembered everything including how you fooled him. Better run, better run."

"Arrived, cap." Barbossa said. Barbossa returned to Sparrow's crew years ago, cuz he was once undergone an drowning when he was fighting with another fleet, and Sparrow said him despite Barbossa's betrayal. Of course, just saving an ignoble life that could have died any time won't be enough for Barbossa to change his mind. Captain Sparrow showed him that letter telling the rebirth of Edward, the Black Beard. We all know that Barbossa got so much hostility to the Black Beard, so he went on this sailing with Sparrow despite with a great suspicion.

"If we are not coming back in midnight, just go, just go! Leave us or you will be dead and nobody... literally nobody will be able to keep themselves alive. Got me?"

"Why you so afraid? Hahah, I should be the captain of the Black Pearl, you are not a good one. Hahah. How about this, I help you finish Edward and I be the captain, and... give you another banishment! The same island! Hahah."

"I knew you still want MY ship, MY ship. No gossip, just finish this."

As they got deeper into the island, the old picture is getting clearer. All the past scenes are reminding Sparrow that the Black Beard is about to kill him, drink his blood, and scatter his dead and dirty body to decorate his baby ship, Queen Anne's Revenge. Yeah.. They are arriving the Fountain of Youth.

"I'm really happy, yes, really happy you choose to save my daughter Angelica that time. Cuz I'm now relived. And you are not killing me twice."

"No, no, nope. Don't you remember? I mistook your cup with Angelica's. I was about to save you, yes, I do want to save your live."

"Just like always, you haven't changed for this long long time. It feels like i'm back to ten years ago, and... kill you on my own. I'm not letting you go!" With the last letter ended, millions of dead pirates with spooky and freaky bodies and spirits rushing out from Edward's back. Barbossa and Captain Sparrow got panic and tried their best to run away. Unfortunately but certainly, they got traped and unable to see their crew.

"Angelica, my dear baby, tell Sparrow how I relived and got this reliable crew, they will never ever betray me, and I can control their bodies and minds whatever I want, Hahah... Sparrow, little Sparrow, why aint you getting a crew like me?" Edward said this and looked to Barbossa.

"How about this, I saved Barbossa's life years ago and he is now one hundred percent loyal, you take Barbossa as your first mate and let me go. I promise I will find the new Fouontain of Yourth and locate it for you." "I got a map from someone." Sparrow then wispered to Edward.

"You are saying I take Barbossa this coward as my first mate? Not surprise." Edward said "But you think I will trust you again and watching you get the hell out of this place? I don't think you are walking out of here with your full body."

"Trust it or not? It's your choice and I know, I know you can keep your, Huh.. your full body, or to say, your... leave it.. only for a certain time in a month right? Give me a short freedom or Give up your freedom, it is your thing, may you choose? My captain."

"How did you coward get to know this!" Edward was in great furious and his ship goes crazy, willing to kill Sparrow. "Show me your map, if it is not true, you will stay on my Anne for your entire life." Edward soon becomes calm and said to Sparrow.

"It's on my Black Pearl, we need to go back there and check it for you."

"Alright, but if you dare to do any trick, you know what will happen."

"Of course, my cap." Sparrow answered to Edward. He has already made his plan. He thought "I could even escape from Davy Jones's 'locker', of course yours as well."

Since Sparrow and Edward's sailing from The Fountain, it has been five days, but there is no trace left by the Black Pearl. "Five days passed, Huh? I don't see any ship with black jolly roger, according to our treaty, you will be dead." Edward was extremely angry cuz he knew that Sparrow fooled him one more time.

"No, my cap. My crew is waiting for me, but not you. Well, I asked them to go if I did not return to my ship in an hour. It takes time to locate my ship. But captain Edward, be chill. Ok? The map never flies away."

"You do know the map, right?" After saying this, Edward used his "ship hands" wrapped Sparrow's throat and put his pistol into his head.

"I'm seeing my ship! The Black Pearl! Over there!" Jack screamed, pointing at somewhere. "I'm getting you the map, put me down. OK, good boy. Well, of course, I need to go alone. My ship would not let us getting into its range for about, huh, fifty feet. It runs away!"

"How stupid I am to you! Letting you go alone? That's damn dreaming, I can throw your damn head into your boat and exchange for the map! That sounds pretty fair to me."

"Oh, my cap. That's not what I mean. You can send someone along with me, like Barbossa, haha. But not you. You do know your imagine in my crew's minds, don't ya?" Sparrow smiled while answering. "you send someone and go with me. I will tell my mate to gimme the map. And I will stay far away from you ever, never show my face in your sight. Deal?"

Edward asked his chief mate to bring the spyglass. He turned around and tried to locate the Black Pearl. "so where is your tiny boat? Little sparrow?"

"behind the cave, my cap."

"I didn't want to show him up to you until the last time, but… come out my son. Grey Beard, he will go with you and get my map."

"Grey Beard? Oh, that's… huh, let's go mate."

"Brother, just kill this coward. There is no other fountain!"

Black Beard slapped on Grey Beard's face and railed to him "I need! I need the fountain! I do not care whether this little sparrow is true or not! I need that to obtain the absolute rebirth."

The whole crew was shocked, they never see their cap this furious before. The ship was crazy, each part of it was like dancing in the air but with great anger. Everyone on the ship knew that if they say something else about the Fountain, there will be no place for themselves except deep down the ocean.

"Aye, Aye cap. I'm keeping my both eyes on him."

They went down on the little boat and driving towards the cave. It was so dark in there that they hit on the wall for many times. No one could tell whether Sparrow was still on the boat or not. Grey Beard took out his pistol and shot on a torch to obtain fire.

"Guess you don't intend to escape. Huh?"

"That map doesn't belong to me, you instead, and Angelica of course. I knew there was something happened between you and her, right?"

"How do you…! Where did you get that!? It was supposed to be a secret!"

"Don't get pissed off! Angelica told me this. And you two both know that Edward wasn't your father, right?"

"Yeah, that we do know. But you were not supposing to be aware of that. Shut your mouth now, or I will put a bullet in your head right after I get the map."

With the light appearing, they were about to the other side of the cave. And the Black Pearl was right there. Sparrow got on the ship and asked Gibbs, his chief mate, to hand over the map. "Gimme the ma~p, Gibbs." Sparrow winked his eyes.

"Aye, cap. The map. What's use, we sailing for this now?"

"Nah, of course not. Gibbs! This is for our old friend Black Beard…his son Grey Beard, and our beauty Angelica. It always does."

"You are not doing this, I will never betray my 'father' who gave me a second life on the ocean."

"No you ain't. But Angelica does. She is about to die, and she needs the ma3p. You want see her? Ask Angelica here Gibbs."

"No need. Dunkin, my love. See how weak I am? I need that fountain please. And both of us know that Edward doesn't share." Angelica was actually on the deck all the time.

"Angelica? You on this ship? I'm looking for you all the time since our last met."

"Sparrow saved me after that crash and let me stay on the ship. You cannot let Edward get to that Fountain. Please! I'm begging you. He will kill everyone."

"I'm… I need some time."

"What you need to do is just send him this map, it heads to the Fountain also, but just a little detour, and we will be waiting for you, for Edward." Angelica said this in strong tone despite her weak body.

"Maybe…Ok I think, I'm on your side. I will do everything I can to save you Angelica." After a long hug, Dunkin returned to Queen Anne's Revenge.

"Father, here's the map."

"Good boy. Good boy. Let's go boys! I'm getting back my life! Be excited! And Full Rudder!"

A week past and Edward was finally there. What he didn't know is that Sparrow and Angelica have already been there waiting for a day. They have set tons of traps just to kill Black Beard and couldn't wait to bury him here forever. And of course, Angelica has already drunk up the Fountain of Youth.

"My Fountain! My Life! Oh I'm gonna live forever, the ocean, the world will be mine. Hahhh!" the whole cave was suddenly filled with Edward's laughing. All the crows flew away, it seemed like they met someone darker and crueler than them.

"Put your voice back into your mouth! No sound allowed!" Sparrow said to Angelica, who was freak out and screamed cuz she hasn't seen her 'father' for tens of years.

They covered their mouth with their hands, waiting for the best time to show up and kill Black Beard. Just when Edward stepped on the trap, Angelica and Sparrow threw down the huge net and caught both of Grey and Black Beard together. Dunkin already knew about this so he used his knife to escape from the net, but Edward was still trapped inside.

"Father, no your ain't, Black Beard, I know what happened that time now, when you three were at the Fountain, I know what happened here!" After saying this, Dunkin took off his pistol and almost pulled the trigger. "Any left words? Edward?! You will never get your true immortality!"

"Any left words? Hahhh! You literally fooled me again and I didn't even notice it! After the first time, there will be the second one, third one… Hahhh, Sparrow, they can get away from me, but… NOT YOU!" Edward said the last two words extremely powerful and furious. It's like the entire world would be torn apart.

"Ew~ get back to hell and you could show off to your 'undead friends' that this is the day you almost caught Captain Jack Sparrow."
