Ok, this is going to be a book inspired by TheKite's old work. Some figures may be familiar, but since he's mostly done pokemon stuff, and dropped all fallout related stuff, I figured. What's wrong with some mild inspiration.

I think you will enjoy this book, be warned, there will be very little actual story, outside of chapters devoted to a specific character.
