Hey guys so this is my new set of images based off of the video game Code Vein. I absolutely love this game and these are what my characters backstory, before you see the Memories of the Protagonist.

Aria's POV
I woke up in a room or sure where I was. I got up and walked out of the room. Before I could I saw my Night Thorn sitting on the desk chair and my Warped Blade propped up against the wall, looking brand new. I also noticed that my boots were on the floor in front of my blade. I walked out the door and down the hall. I passed several rooms and a set of stairs as I made my way down the hall. I came out of the hall and to my right was a huge door that said Hot Springs on a sign hanging from the door handle. To my left was a huge open space. I saw a car with a big busted blond women standing in front of it. There was a small lead off to the right of that and a bigger one to the left of the car. Straight a head of it was a balcony with a view of the city center. I made my way to it when I came past a red headed man. He gave me a look that I couldn't decipher. I didn't have much time when the man I met, Louis popped up. "Hey your awake. We weren't sure if you would wake up after viewing that vestige." He said. I looked at him confused then I remembered the fight with Oliver, protecting Io, killing him, then seeing his last moments up until he lost himself.
It was at that moment, that I felt panic rise in me. My chest tightened and it was getting harder and harder to breathe. "Aria." I heard. I looked up to see Io. She looked between me, the red head and Louis. My breathing kept getting faster and faster, my vision going blurry. I felt a hand on my arm and then to my face. "Let's get her back to her room." I vaguely heard Louis say. The next thing I knew, Louis and Io had me in the room I was in earlier on the bed. "Aria, I need you to calm down. Take deep deep breaths for me. In and out." Louis said. I nodded and tried to calm my breathing. When that didn't work Louis looked at Io. She grabbed my hand and out it against Louis's chest. "Follow his breathing." Io said. I looked at my hand, and Louis's chest. I imitated his breathing and felt the pain in my chest slowly subside. "Io, why don't you go ask Yakumo or Coco for some blood beads, she must be hungry." Louis said. Io looked hesitant but at my nod she left.
"Are you alright?" Louis asked. I nodded and my breathing returned to normal. "You want to talk about it?" He asked. I looked at him and fiddled my hands on my lap. "The lost, that we fought to protect Io? I knew him." I started. Louis nodded and gestured for me to continue. "His name was Oliver." I started. "When I found you, I had just left him. We had been attack by one of the revenants that was bossing us around. I instantly killed him. I went to see if Oliver was okay. He made a joke and I figured that he was okay, he told me to go on, to get some blood beads so I could take care of Io. He told me he'd catch up. I was worried about him even after I met you." I said in what felt like one breath. Louis nodded and gestured for me to continue. "When we came across him in the cross roads I was happy to see him. So happy, he made it out. But then, he attacked me and you stepped in the way. And you told me to cast aside my doubt." I said. "I'm sorry, I didn't realized that you knew him. I shouldn't have said that." Louis said. I shook my head. "It's fine, you didn't know." I said.
Io returned with a blood bead and handed it to me. I smiled and she smiled back and left the room. "Anyway, seeing him turn like that, turning into that thing." I said. "It was harder on you to kill him than it was to kill the other revenant." Louis said. I nodded and brought the bead to my lips. I bit into it and drank it. I watched Louis out of the corner of my eye and sighed. I just met him and I was already unloading on him. Then again I just had a panic attack over a guy I just met and had to kill. "I'm going to go out and make sure that everyone is okay then, when your ready, come get me and I'll introduce you to everyone." Louis said. He got up and patted my shoulder. He went to the door. "Louis." I called. He paused and turned to look at me. "Thank you." I said. He smiled and nodded before walking out the door.
So yeah, this is the first image that is in line with the story line that I decided to start and embellish. If you don't play the game you might be confused but that is okay. Enjoy everyone!
