Earlier that week dean had complained his teeth hurting. So Sam obviously told him to go to the dentist and get it checked which lead to a series of unfortunate events that has Dean getting his wisdom teeth out today and of course sam and Bobby couldn't be there because of whatever problem was on the rise so it left Castiel to watch over dean in his recovery
witch, of course, the angel didn't mind but he had no clue how to handle the situation, to be honest, but really wanted to make sure dean was ok.
there was also another feeling of worrying that he couldn't really place his finger on."Hello sir mr zuplin is just now getting out of surgery you can take him home when he wakes up do you want to go back to his room"the nurse asked bringing me out of my thoughts.
"oh yes of course"I said getting out of my seat she nodded smiling before she started walking down the hall. I followed her down the hall till we reached his hospital room.
"go on in hun"she said smiling as she started walking away down the hall.I opened the door and walked in to see dean laying on the bed looking well you know like he got his wisdom teeth out.I would normally just heal his injury but i didnt really want the doctors and nurses to be suspicious as dean was adiment he really didnt want to be teleported unless it was in his exact words''The end of the fucking world''.
So he had to wait for dean to wake up and so he sat in a chair next to his bed. as he waited for a few minutes before dean started to stir.
''Cas..''Dean grumbled as he looked at me confused before saying"what are you doing here"."you just got out of mouth surgery so I'm here to take you to Bobby's" I answered .he nodded before laying his head on his pillow ''you wanna know something" he whispered slurring his words a bit because of all the gaws in his mouth.
'sure dean but after you tell me I have to go get the nurse so I can take you home"I said understanding that he is completely delerias.
he motioned for me to lean closer to him.I did as he asked and leaned my head far enough towards him so he could whisper what he needed to say into my ear."I love you"he whispered before he leaned forward and lightly kissed me on the cheek.my cheeks flushed slightly but I took a second and nodded before saying
"we'll talk about this when we get to Bobby's ok,I'm gonna go get the nurse".he nodded pouting a bit as I left the room and went into the hall.i looked around seeing the nurse walking towards me."oh hi I'm assuming Mr Zuplin has waken up"she asked''Yes he has i was wondering if i could take him home''I asked."yes of course usually I'd come with you but we're swamped today you can just take him home"she said before rushing off.
I then walked back to dean's hospital room and walked in."hey dean were going to Bobby's but I'm going to teleport you ok and yes I know you don't like it "I said. dean shook his head in protest but it was to late as I already teleported us by the time he finished his sentence. I teleported dean into Bobby's spare bedroom on to the bed so he was comfortable.
he looked confused for a second and was about to try to argue but was cut off by me healing him.dean looked shocked for a moment before saying "thanks cas"."it's no problem dean" "I have one question though was funny when I woke up well more funny than I am" dean asked?"well see for yourself"I said showing him all the things he said.his face turned bright red as he just looked at me not saying anything.I went over and sat on the bed next to him.
"was what you said true dean"I asked him calmly.Dean paused for a second just looking at me before saying."yes cas it was but I know you don't feel the same so can we just drop it" he said as he stood up to leave."dean please wait"I said after him but it was to late as he already left the room.I walked out of the room to find him to finally find him sitting at the kitchen table drinking a glass of water.
when I walked into the room dean just looked at me and back at his water." Dean"I stared but was quickly interrupted by a pissed off dean"damn it cas please just stop" he grumbled glaring at me." no you stop and just shut up for a second" I snapped back." now I feel the same way so if you're done thinking you don't deserve anything which you do you can come upstairs and we can talk about it," I said calmly.
He nodded as we made our way back to the spare room. I opened the door to the room as we walked in and closed the door behind us.I went over and sat on the bed as Dean sat next to me." so do we want to take things further"I asked. He nodded before saying " I know our lives are hectic but I want to make it work" he said giving me a small smile.
"Well then we'll make it work ok".he nodded smiling before he leaned closer holding my cheek gently before saying "can I ".I nodded before his lips lightly touched mine.after a few seconds we broke apart both smiling."you wanna watch a movie till Bobby and Sam get back" dean asked smiling?"sure dean what are we watching" "um how about back to the future"he asked?"sounds good" I said inching Towards him.he saw what I was trying to do as he shifted himself closer as he rapped his arm around me starting the movie.
Many things had happened in are lives since that day.some good some bad some days we felt unloved by the other but we have always found are way back to each other.
